Dealership feel facility but with a Mom and Pop shop relationship. Place is very clean, owner is available and easy to talk with, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. A true hidden gem for car care.

Joe is very fair and thorough. He recently did my car s ball joints and front brakes. It Feels like a brand new ride! He has great knowledge of cars and will walk you through your car s issue. Also I like how immaculate he keeps his shop. Give them a try!

Great auto service! The owner, Joe, is knowledgeable, friendly & professional. He explains everything clearly & doesn't perform unnecessary work. The senior mechanic, Sean, is without a doubt the best mechanic in the county. He's a human diagnostic machine wizard of car problems.

My family has been coming here for a few years. The service is Always impeccable, the shop is the cleanest I have ever seen. Everything is done in a timely manner and I can always leave feeling confident about the service to my car. I brought my Hyundai Tiburon back 3 times before they fixed it right. I have a Mazda 3 now. On June 2nd I had them install KYB struts/shocks in my car. I bought it back because I heard a knocking noise in the front drivers side. They had to replace the front drivers side strut.I called them again because there was still a problem with the front end. The owner [Joe] said to me that I was the only one that keeps coming back because there was a problem with the work they do. Well Joe, if you fixed it right the first time, I wouldn't have to keep bringing it back. I wouldn't recommend this garage to anybodyWhy don't mention the comment you made to me in regards to bringing both my cars back.It's your job to fix it right the first time. Even if the customer has to bring it back 100 times, YOU have to make it right, without complaining!!!!DID YOU FORGET THE SAYING"THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

This shop is the cleanest of any auto shop I have been in. They have been in Watertown since March of 2017 I think the owner told me and they were located in Woodbury prior to that for many years. Owner is very easy to talk to (as well as the technicians). Honest prices! My car was in and out in an hour on two occasions. They do most auto repairs and tires, too! I highly recommend this business in Watertown for fast, friendly and honest work.

Joe and Shawn are the best, all the employees here are awesome super knowledgeable, I have been here many many times for 2 different cars and the quality of work is absolutely outstanding, route 63 is the only place I would trust. The best mechanics in the area. Very honest and reasonable prices. Thank you joe!

Brought my vintage jaguar there a few years ago for maintenance and had a great experience, Had emergency issue last month on my truck and Joe quickly took care of it that day. This was my second experience using this repair facility. Both instances were outstanding. My car was serviced quickly without any long wait. The proprietor has outstanding customer relations skills. The problem was diagnosed immediately. The technician even checked the entire framework for other possible issues. Bottom line is I highly recommend Rt 63 Automotive.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This is by far the best mechanic shop I've ever used. The owner, Joe, has exceptional attention to detail, is extremely thorough, and settles for nothing less than doing the job right. I've used Route 63 for tires, maintenance, repairs, and to check out any used car before I buy it. I get great value and great service every time.

After bringing my cars over the years to many mechanic shops & dealerships I recently had transmission troubles with my 2006 Scion and chose route 63 for the first time!!!!And was I surprised on how the gentleman at the front desk had the customers best interests first he went through all my options and the transmission fix was perfect and route 63 pricing was very very very competitive and the cleanliness (no tools all over .. everything in it's place) and the mechanics are respectful & very considerate of your car and return your car to you like it's there own!!!!!!!!This review is from a new customer who was stuck there with a transmission problem and had nothing better to do so I watched everyone work!!!!!!!!!I found my go to mechanic shop!!!!!!!!!!Trust me route 63 automotive won't disappoint!!!!!---S.Tajildeen

Best experience I have had at a garage. Super clean. Transparent process. Awesome owner in Joe (and cool). They know their stuff, I can guarantee you that. Excellent for classic car owners.

Very bad experience after my first two visits never again, the technician stuffed shop rags to stop a small oil leak , only way I found out after the 3rd time going their to get it fixed I went to the dealership to get it fixed.They charged me over 2k to get this done and it was a $5.00 part no charge from the dealership.

I own. A subaru .was in an gront end accident 2 yrs prior .had it fixed by durable radiator.they did awesome job.. still had a problem with that they couldnt figure out. Brought it to 2 different subaru dealerships.. they had no clue...i figured i had to just live with the problem .. some one suggested rt.63 garage. So i called and made appointment. Was very surprised how knowledgeable. They were of my car .they did a diagnostic on it and found the problem .. i was like really !!!! When i when to get my car it was fixed. It ran like when i first purchased it..very reasonable price.. they definately are my new garage to get my car worked on ...when you need a garage you can trust bring it to Joe . Thanks bud.
