Unbelievable service! Called them mid day on a Sunday and they came quickly and got the job done! Tom and Chris are super nice guys and they didn't charge what I expected to pay for a Sunday tow! Its pretty awesome in today's world that you don't get ripped off even when they had cause. Getting a service like this on a Sunday isn't easy let alone be charged an extremely fair rate! Thank you guys!!

I showed up w/o an appointment and was seen the next day. The price was very reasonable, less than I anticipated. Done the day the parts arrived. The work was flawless! An unusually nice experience! Thanks guys, I will be back as soon as I crash again!!

Have to thank Main Street Auto for a great job on my truck!! Not often one gets to have a brand new truck twice!! My second experience with them - OK to say I hope it's my last, but should fate differ it'll be Main Street for sure!

My car needed a new bumper and undercarriage repair and a new fog light . It took them 5 weeks to do it all which is fine because I understand body shops are busy these days and this isn t my first time dealing with a body shop . But after a few days of driving the car I drove over a bump in the road in Waterbury and after that I noticed my under carriage still hanging down and the lining of the tire wall falling out of place and rubbing against my tire and almost popping my tire . It is very sad that a routine bump in the road can cause there repairs to fall apart tells me they didn t take much care. My insurance also paid for a new under carriage and I m 99% positive none of the parts are new because ithr Bolts that have them in place are a little to big for the lining of the tire wall causing it to be loose , the bumper isn t the worst , paint isn t perfect little dark . Fog light is in fine but this was least of my concerns because I could of done this at ho

What a great experience with them! It was quick and easy to set up a towing and Shane was wonderful and was very respectful with my car. Highly recommended.

Rude & unprofessional!! Called for a tow for less than a mile. Male that answered at 5:32 pm was rude and arrogant and seemed like he had better things to do than tow my vehicle. I would rate them a zero if possible. Businesses like this are the armpit of our communities.

Chris is a real lifesaver! My car hit some ice and slid off my parent s driveway into a slightly wooded area. I called AAA and the company that responded refused to help because there was ice on the driveway and they didn t have the proper equipment to get the car out. We then called Chris, who showed up quickly, and rescued my car In freezing temps, all with a positive attitude and smile on his face. I can t thank you enough for helping me get home safely!
