I could not have had a better purchasing experience! I was torn between two different dealerships that had similar vehicles (year, make, model, mileage, price). But Litchfield Hills made sure that the vehicle was in impeccable shape, which was evident in what I believe was a 50-point inspection. The vehicle was in immaculate condition. The pricing was fair. Even more than that, John and Anthony were very personable! They even provided recommendations for shops in my area for maintenance. I can absolutely see why they are rated so highly and highly recommend this dealership!

I have been driving my Mercedes C300 for a couple months now, I absolutely LOVE it!!! It drives with no issues and feels brand new!! John was amazing. He did not put any pressure on me to buy anything and did everything he said he was going to actually, he went above and beyond. It was a smooth experience with no difficulty or drama. John went out of his way to find the car that was truly fit for me. I cannot recommend Litchfield Hills Motor Cars enough. I have owned 3 cars now and this was the best buying experience of them all.

We were looking for the hard to find, 2011 Porsche Cayman for over a year and Litchfield Hills Motor Cars got one in! To say it is beautiful is an understatement. John, Anthony, and John were awesome! The whole buying process was smooth and easy. We would 100% recommend this dealership to everyone we know whose looking to buy a car from a team who has integrity and that something special. They are truly great to work with!

Where do I begin ..??? I m not sure what impressed me more upon entering the office, the fantastic mid century modern aesthetic or the near sterile mechanics shop!!! These gents came to play and it seems to me they re winning!!! Attention to detail is the name of the game.We were fortunate enough to meet the John s as well as Anthony who got us the actual loan. Let s call him dark haired John, he is literally a car encyclopedia and knows every detail of each one of the cars in his lot. He also held our hand through the entire process. He even talked me into a more reasonable car financially!! Did you just fall off your seat?? lol !!Anthony is just the tops! Aces! The cats pajamas!!! We needed to have some special strings pulled to get financed and he did it with a huge smile!!!! He basically performed a miracle, the man should be sainted.Lastly, white haired John, he is more of the strong silent type. lol. Man of few words but again knows his stuff!!!We couldn t be happier with our Mercedes and the service we got from the entire staff at Litchfield motor cars!! We already have plans of purchasing from them again in the near future. If you need a fabulous car run don t walk to see these gents. So to wrap up thank you so very much Anthony, John and John!! Wow. Where to begin?I searched for more than 1 year for a pristine, pre-owned low mileage Mercedes Benz SUV to replace my 2015 ML 350. One annoying and frustrating experience after another with shady and unethical dealerships was the result - until I found Litchfield Hills motor cars.Out of state car shopping is not easy or convenient. I live hours away in NY, but after finding this vehicle online and then speaking with the owner John McCormick, I was comfortable enough to trust his description of the car to make the 2 hour drive. As a NY'er who's unfortunately justifiably skeptical of everything and everyone , I rolled the dice and went.This is not some corner used car lot. John and his finance manager oversee an upscale and honest business. No last second bait and switch, no excessive dealer prep fees ( only exactly what was stated before meeting ), and no disappointments with the reality of the product versus the photos of it. The SUV was better in person than the hi def photos of it, and that is saying something.My "new" 2018 MB GLE with 15,000 miles was bought at a very fair market price, and working with John and Anthony was a fantastic experience. Two good people operating a great business. You will not be disappointed unless you want some high pressure nonsense from a dealer, because you will not receive that here.As I am literally writing this review the Fed Ex truck just pulled into my driveway and delivered my new NYS registration and temporary inspection sticker. John managed to get these to me even quicker than he said it would probably take. Somehow I am not surprised.Once in a while you find a gem - Litchfield Motor cars is one. Go shop for your next pre-owned car there.Andrew Garth

I've been looking for a Ram 1500 forever, and finally found one at Litchfield Hills Motor Cars. From the first call to delivery and follow-up, John (and Anthony) have been fantastic...As others have mentioned, not one bit of pressure. Very honest and straightforward people that were a real pleasure to work with to make this purchase a reality. They handled all the paperwork without any hassle or headache. I've already told people about John and his team, and will continue to do so. Thank you John, couldn't be happier with my new truck because of all that you did to make this deal happen. Posting for my husband:This is the first Google review that I've ever written. I called Litchfield Motorcars a month ago and spoke to John. I told him my budget, and he found the perfect vehicle for me! Not pushy at all, and incredibly accommodating. Phenomenal, A+ all across! picked up one of my dream cars 970 panamera gts in showroom condition after a few weeks of communicating back & forth, dylan & john assured me that the vehicle was going to be mines ,This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle,really friendly and accommodating, The level of professionalism was exceptional. Anthony was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish and provided nothing but the highest quality service. No high pressure sales tactics like you find at so many other places. This made me feel very comfortable and confident in the purchase of my MDX which I plan on having for the next 8-10 years. He went above and beyond and stayed hours late when I had made a mistake with my financing and needed to go back to the bank (an hour away) so that I could drive home in my new vehicle just before leaving for vacation. I will recommend Anthony and Litchfield Hills Motor Cars to all my friends and family as well as anyone looking for a high quality used vehicle. Fantastic purchasing experience! We traded our minivan in for a beautiful LR4 Land Rover that they had. They told us that the Rover was in excellent condition. We drove it home from Connecticut to Vermont. On the way it started to over heat. I needed to put coolant in it every 5 days. Eventually it overheated to the point where I couldn t drive it anymore. I brought it to a reputable Land Rover repair shop and they have replaced the entire cooling system. It s still overheating. Also, there has been no air conditioning. We have been told that we need new air conditioning lines and the brake lines need replacing asap. I have 3 kids and have been without a car for 3 months. DO NOT TRUST this business

I don't even know where to start. If you are in the market for a used car, this is the place to go. John was incredibly informative and I knew they weren't shady salespeople selling junk cars right from the start. I worked with Anthony on the financing end, and he was super willing to help answer all of my MANY questions I had. The whole experience was a positive one. 5 Stars isnt enough!! In January of 2023 I purchased a 2016 GLC 300 from Litchfield Hills Motor Cars. It s a beautiful vehicle. I believe the dealer s reputation in the community is just as important as the condition of the cars on his lot.John & Tony at LHMC went above and beyond to make my transaction as effortless as possible. They took care of every detail - from financing to registration. They didn t have to clean the car as it was already in impeccable condition!John even offered to have one of his guys, also named John, pick me up at my house (30 minutes away) so I can simply drive off after the paperwork was signed in my new Benz - an offer I took him up on. John loved my little pup Nico. We talked like he was a member of the family.That is what you ll find here. You will be treated like family. I ve never written an Internet review before, but I gave John my word that I would do so. That s how great the experience was!John - I said it before, and I m pleading again: Never lose sight of your current business model and what s important. As long as this remains, you will absolutely continue to have my respect and business throughout the years.P.s. I ll stop by with Nico one of these days! Steve

John and Dylan were fantastic to work with from our first visit. It took a little while to find the car, as I was set on a white Mercedes GLK, but John and Dylan made it happen. They called me the same day it arrived and took care of getting the car ready to go within a couple days. This car is in fantastic condition inside and out. The process was a breeze, nothing was hidden and I was so comfortable and happy with their level of care I sent my family along to them too. Thank you John & Dylan.

Awesome experience from beginning to the end! Both John and John were extremely friendly and supportive throughout the car buying process. They took there time and helped us find the car that was right for us. We ended up with a 2015.5 volvo s60 and we love it.
