My first time was just a random stop, due to an issue with my car. Jay was amazing, kind and helpful. He immediately checked my car and told me what was wrong was respectful made me feel totally comfortable. He told me to come back the next day he would fix the problem he priced it out was very reasonable. I trust him with all that I am. I went to on a solo trip to North Carolina and I had him check my car before I left. Not one issue the entire trip. I appreciate him and his staff they are always friendly, kind and welcoming. He really is the man! A thousand thank you that you do for me.

I can't say enough about how great Jason is!! He's reasonable price wise and is very thorough when diagnosing and servicing vehicles. What I ultimately appreciate is his automotive knowledge and how honest and upfront he is. Jason also will take time and answer questions you have. He will continue to get all my business and I highly encourage others to give him their business!

If you are looking for a mechanic, that's trustworthy & will tell you exactly what's wrong with your car. You need to go see Jason at Keyless Auto.As a single mom, the one thing I really know nothing about is cars. My clutch went in my car, and I needed it fixed. My car was towed to Keyless, I have never been there before. The guys, that towed my car, highly recommended Keyless. So I figured, what the hell, I didn't know where else to bring my car. Over the years, I brought my car wherever. I had never found someone I trusted. I don't care what anyone says, but as a woman with a car, they could have charged me for anything & not knowing what's being done to my car. I would pay & say thank you.After my car was brought in to Keyless, the owner/mechanic Jason called me. He explained what was wrong, why it could have happened, what he should do, & how much it should cost. I've been driving (stick) since I was 16, let's just say, I'm almost 50 now. This is the 1st time in my life, a mechanic explained to me what happened & why. Yes, I'm a woman. I may not fully understand cars, but I'm not a idiot. Jason is not only an amazing mechanic, he gets that we aren't all "car"people.If you are looking for an honest mechanic, please call Jason at Keyless Auto in Watertown.

I needed a extra keyless key made . Stopped by and saw Jason . He looked it up and ordered it . He programmed it in about 15 mins. He was very upfront and honest .I would definitely recommend him to everyone

Great customer service and quality of work. The water pump died and froze up on my Traverse and thus serpentine belt broke. Needing my car ASAP working, I called Jason, he provided a very fair price, i dropped car off same day and got the car back fixed the following day. He took the time to physically show me my old water pump and why it needed replacing and failed. He did a overall inspection on car while it was there, giving me a heads up on other pending issues and maintenance items. He saw my wipers were very worn and replaced both, at no charge. I highly recommend Keyless Auto and will be using them for any future work.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Jason is fantastic. I stopped in to ask a few questions about the business, and during our conversation it came up that I had some minor things to repaird on my Volkswagen (inside rear door handle needed to he reattached, as well as door check)Jason took time out of his day to quickly set everything right, while showing me how to take care of similar issues in the future. Both of these issues were cause by another shop, and Jason corrected them for me without asking for anything.I will not hesitate at all to return to Jason for general maintenance and repair. I will he seeing him for a DSG transmission fluid flush soon, and highly recommend him and Keyless Auto to anyone seeking honest, reliable vehicle care in the Watertown and surrounding areas.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

Dropped off my car for an oil change this afternoon, last minute- light came on this morning. He said he could do it, no problem at all. Was super quick and professional. I ran home to get my daughter off bus and have snack and came back with her. He answered all gazillion questions she had without blinking an eye. Mentioned a couple problem areas to be aware of, but didn t push a sale. Great garage. I ll be back.

I can't say enough good things about Jay he is reliable and knowledgeable and always gets the job done, I've had problems with my back gate on my Tahoe and problems filling my gas tank for YEARS no one was able to get it fixed and forget the dealer I stopped bringing my truck there once the warranty expired. Jay was able to fix these things!!! Plus other maintenance on the truck, I haven't gone anywhere else since finding Jay he's reasonable priced but most importantly he can fix anything! I used this place for my headlight initially, then an oil change. My experience was great.
