I recently had my BMW's rear brakes replaced at the German auto repair shop, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Special thanks to Jacque(Jackie) who was great with communications, transparency and making sure that everything went well. Jackie took the time to explain the process and answer all of my questions. The technicians did an excellent job with the brake replacement, and my car feels like new again. I highly recommend this shop for anyone needing German auto repairs. Great job!

I recently purchased a 2015 Mini Cooper and was looking for a shop that I could rely on to keep up with the recomended Maintenance schedule. I found German Auto Repair on the internet and gave them a call, made an appointment and scheduled a few things to be done. I can't say enough about the professionalism, cleanliness and all around awesome service that I was provided. Turn around time for the things I needed done was very quick and I am very happy to have found this service center. Jacque ( Jackie) who is the front end person who I worked with, went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. Thank you to Jacque and the Team at German Auto Repair! See you soon!

I ve taken my cars to German Auto Repair at the recommendation of a friend. I ve been looking for a repair shop that gave me that honest feedback, classic workmanship and an unbeatable price. I have been using German Auto Repair for the past 2 years and always have amazing service. You get great customer service and they get right back too you. I have had major and minor work done from German Auto. The work is always done top notch and nothing missed. They even take pictures of your car during service of everything checked and what needs service. On top of that they provide a 3 year, 36,000 mile warranty on their work. On my last visit Eli did an amazing job handwashing my car after service! I highly recommend them for any service, you need in the future.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Auto brake replacement

German Auto Body Shop, hands down is the best shop I have come in contact with. Jackie, has the best personality, she efficient, pleasant and knows her stuff! She walked me through the whole process with the warranty and how it works. I will definitely take my Mercedes ml 350 to them again. Grayson, my suv is riding like a new car

have been coming here since 2019 servicing my TDI- got a 14 c300 and had it come in for an oil change. picked up the car and 4 days later was making a funky sound. checked oil- it s down a quart. called and asked if the service was done correctly and was told it is because my car is leaking oil from the timing covers . timing covers are pretty dry .. if my car was leaking a quart of oil every 4 days it would have blown up way before i brought it in period. not like i am not a long timecustomer & trying to pull a fast one. added oil and car has been perfectly fine. lost my trust :(

Called for an appt at the last minute, Jacque was able to get me in the next day..yeaaa!! Was nervous about using the drop box but no worries it is lit up like a NY Christmas tree .My car needed brakes and a few other things .German Auto provided a full report of all items that needed attention then let me immediately know they were able to perform the services. Once I drove her it was amazing she drives and rides like a dream Thank you all so much for making me feel safe again The techs are amazing!! Job well done!, Give my regards to Steve .don t worry if you go and I recommend you do .you will meet him .definitely a cutie

Great staff. And very knowledgeable did a great job on our 2005 clk 320. Like new !!!!! I took my car to a couple of places. They had no clue of the problem!!! German fixed it. Good as new. Thanks guys !!!! AL

Rear axle seal seep repaired and the car drives wonderfully again! There was a bit of sticker shock at $1286, but that seems to be inline with other repair shops. Excellent communication, customer service, and they were also kind enough to provide me a list of future services they recommended. Prepare for some sticker shock, but they were a pleasure to deal with.

I was looking for an alternative to my current dealership due to location and cost. Jackie and team did an excellent job repairing my 2007 730xi brake fluid line. They took the time to explain the job, cost and timeline and everything came out perfect as explained. No surprises. The car is running like a champ again and I will definitely bring it back. Great job.

I have used German Auto Repair a few times now upon a recommendation from a relative and I'm so happy I have. Not only are they close to home they also provide best service I have ever had in regards to both customer service as well as work being done to my vehicle, to date I have had major and minor repairs/maintenance done. From the initial call, to the scheduling and updates throughout, German Auto provides top notch service. Mercedes takes weeks to get into, let alone they all charge different rates for routine service Go see Mark, Stephen, and the team at German Auto-you wont be disappointed!

Overall very good experience. In terms of dealership related repairs GAR is half the cost so very competitive and much more reasonable. Diagnosis and repair is very thorough. Will use and recommend in the future.

UPDATE - 7/27/2023German Auto Repair eventually DID return my call. As a small business owner, I can empathize and understand how situations like this can occur; I will reach out to them for the next necessary repair to the vehicle. Rating updated for follow up.I'll start by stating this review is NOT about the capability of German Auto Repair.I have a 2017 Mini Cooper which needed to have the shifter replaced. My warranty company would not cover the entire cost for this repair at the dealer, so I was looking for an independent European specialist in the area. I placed a call to GAR on Monday at around lunch time to discuss the repair and cost. I was told that it was lunch time, and the service representative would call me back later to discuss.I did not receive a call back on Monday.I called again on Tuesday BEFORE lunch, late morning. Again, I was told that a customer service person would call me back to discuss the service needed with the vehicle. 5 hours later, I'm done waiting for someone to discuss. I called another shop and was given an estimate, appointment time available within the next 3 days, and all the information I needed WHILE I AM STILL WAITING for GAR to return EITHER of my phone calls.Clearly, they are doing well enough that they don't need to respond to potential customers. I suppose if you're not in need of repair and you're comfortable with this sort of treatment, you may find that the service received is competent and fair value - when you actually get your car repaired here.

I got a rear brake job done there and it was fairly expensive. However, they said I need new spark plugs and cabin air filter and wanted to charge me 800 dollars for that even though it's not needed.

I ve been going to Mark and his team for the better part of 10 years. I always get their absolute best. I just had my car at the dealer for service covered under my warranty and they informed I needed front rotors and pads. I told them to hold off, called Mark, and he took care of me 2 days later. Nice experience overall. Friendly staff. Gave me a web link that explains what work was performed on my car with pictures of areas that need further check up. A loaner vehicle wasn t available but ride home and back to the shop were provided. Rates are reasonable also.Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

I have been using German Auto for over 10 years. Marc always provides excellent and exceptional service. I have never had any issues with any of the work done by German Auto. Mark, Jacque and the entire German Auto Repair family have provided excellent service for my 2005 Audi over the past several years. I trust them implicitly and I know that they have my best interest in mind when caring for my vehicle. After years of -"feel like a number" dealer service I would never go back and neither should you!!

Used for pre-purchase inspection for a used BMW I was buying from nearby dealer. Not cheap, but definitely "you get what you pay for". Easy to make appt., dealer dropped off and picked up car, and they delivered very thorough report with lots of pictures and green-yellow-red problem indicators, communicated issues directly with dealer. Followed up with call to me to answer questions. Very minor issue was not a lot of detail on structural issues were in the report, though they did answer these questions by phone.
