I would check your paperwork these guys are the biggest ripoff artist's. They will smile in your face and take your money. I caught them twice they changed my serpentine belt when I showed them my receipt for a new one which was changed 3 months prior they said oh well we will give you a free oil change for the error. I would stay away from these ripoff artist's

Frank and his team were friendly and helpful to resolve an ongoing check engine notification due to a couple of emissions issues on my 2010 RAV4. I reviewed with them the things I had tried and they were able to find the issues that triggered the light. They provided detailed troubleshooting steps and the required parts needed.

Job not complete.Brought my car in to look at the axles, front struts and other things.They replaced the CV axles, sway bar links and did an oil change.My driver side strut was shot when I brought the car in originally, and they left it untouched. I was thinking I didn t need them done until 2 days later when I m hearing the same noises. Now my suspension is pretty much shot. Although they replaced my front CV axles, they left the driver side strut alone though it was shot. Thank you

Dropped in for emissions testing. Quick, efficient, friendly. The staff were professional and knowledgeable. Will be back for other car issues when needed.

From the moment I walked in until getting into my car to leave this is by far one of the best experiences I have had! Every person there was extremely nice and went above and beyond as far as I am concerned. I would rate this business more than a 5 if I could - 100% recommend!!!!

Super friendly and fast service! I m new to CT and needed my emissions, they got me in and out in about 10mins and welcomed me to town. Highly recommend!

Went to have the shocks checked and to get an estimate on changing front and rear. Gave me an estimate of $2400. Pretty much laughed at them then brought it down the street and had it done for $800. Come to find out the owner used to be the manager of Meineke which explains everything! The people who came up with this estimate are the nicest people which is why the other reviews are so good.

Just got my white audi back yesterday, it had failed emissions a month prior so I'm sure your familiar with what comes next. I've only had a car out of warranty a few times so my relationship with a local garage is non existent. That being said Chris was the best of the best. He was professional, courteous, respectful and was willing to make repairs with new brakes and tires within a budget we set from the get go. Very happy with the service, place and people there. I'll definitely go back without question.

Went in for tires and an alignment for my car which had a pretty ugly shake on the highway. I'm no mechanic but they said I only needed two tires (a plus because I ended up getting brakes which I needed anyway) and had my steering fixed as well (also a problem I knew about but was avoiding). I would have rather not spent the money, of course, but the service was awesome, the steering was slightly cheaper than another quote I got. Again the most amazingly nice people. Got texts for the estimates which were slightly higher than the bill and my car drives like new. No complaints here and I wouldn't hesitate to go again.

Just recently moved to the area, and needed to get my emissions test done. The staff that I spoke with were friendly, and the gentleman who did the test even gave me a recommendation on a good car wash in town.

I have taken my car here a few times now, and to say I am happy with the service is an understatement. They have fair prices, friendly faces, and a very welcoming atmosphere. Definitely a place to go if you need to get your car fixed!

You know when you go into a mechanic's office and you are there for one thing and they "recommend" 20 more? Well, this isn't one of those places. I waited a few hours for my car and in the waiting room over heard the owner, Frank, talk to other customers. An elderly lady, perfect target for most mechanics, was there for an oil change. He showed her the color of another fluid. She was ready to say do it but he said it can go until the next oil change. I was surprised to hear that! A few other customers got the same treatment. As far as my car, he mentioned a few things that I should keep in mind but didn't push anything (none emergencies anyway). He took me in within 24 hrs no apt and though couldn't fix the problem that day (needed a part), fixed it 2 days later. And even gave me the lower quoted deal in the end! (Bc of being so quick I was able to get my emissions & registration out in time). A week later I receive a call making sure I'm happy so I decided they deserve a great review. Thanks guys!

If we could give this shop more than 5 stars we would. Their service has been top notch time after time, with a high emphasis on making the customer's life easier with superb customer service. This shop, Chris in particular, has gone out of their way to service all my cars and to ensure customer satisfaction is obtained. I trust them more than a dealer. I am a customer and so is family, because they have earned my business.

Early diagnosis, honest advice with very little sales pressure to do things not needed. Vehicle is running better than the last times it was serviced at Nissan dealer. Prices fair, customer satisfaction seems to be very important to this operation. Would recommend to friends and family.

I went here today to have my emissions tested. I had been going to the Quiet Zone in Thomaston but am in Watertown now, and when my test date was coming up due I stuck with the name because I always had good service there. This one is conveniently located on the main street, the service was quick and friendly both from the mechanic and front desk, and my vehicle passed :-) !

Love this place,they are friendly and it is a little expensive but I can reassure you that you will not have any issue,s with your car being repaired here,and if u don't have the money and u need several things done u can ask them to split the things to do in separate times to pay for what I absolutely need asap and have things done one at a time and pay one at a time ,I am so happy my car is running better than ever now since I've gone to Frank's Quiet Zone in Watertown. Thank u guys for your hard work ,it definitely paid off

Courteous, personable & professional auto care done in an expedient manner. Any issues with the vehicle are explained to you in easily understood terms; they don't bury you in technical jargon.They make you feel like you've been their customer forever, even if this was your first visit.

Just moved to town, found this place and I have to say from the moment I walked in they made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Came here for emissions Had great conversations about local places to visit I will definitely use this place in the future for other car needs!!

I am not happy with the service I received. I paid 150.00 dollars for an alignment. The big problem is they did not give me a before and after print out. They said the mechanic did not do it and now the results are gone. My personal mechanic said that the results are stored on the computer and he should of been able to access them. So I went to Joe's Tire Shop Waterbury on a hunch and you can see the results yourself. I heard things about Quite Zone but I live in Watertown and I like to try and do business locally but not anymore when it comes to tires. Sorry guys but the results speak for themselves and it's only been about a month since you "did" the alignment. I have not hit any major pot holes so either you machine's are off or you did not do the alignment as my mechanic was suspecting.

Quiet Zone gave me terrible advice on a used car purchase. They advised me to buy it. I paid them $1,500 to fix it up to get me home. Now just a few months later I am realizing the car, and Quiet Zone's advise, is junk!
