Absolutely the worst experience possible. Brought my car in for light front end work. New grill, bumper and lower trim. It took two weeks for the car to even be moved into the shop. There was zero communication on their end, as if it was normal to keep someone's car for that period of time without even working on it. After a month, I had to call to get some answers as to why it was taking so long. Their answer was that they were now waiting on parts. After another two weeks (yes, 6+ weeks of waiting- for less than 20h of labor!), the car was finally done. Or, so I thought. About a week after having the vehicle I started to notice a low beam/turn signal error where one of my lights would flicker. Recently I broke down and took it to the dealer to look into it. They found a loose/damaged ground wire to that headlight, which cost me $345. Did Crabtree take responsibility for this? No. Even though they stated that they removed my headlights, or such, they denied culpability and told me to get the money from the insurance company. What a joke. My recommendation is to avoid this place. Call the dealership and ask where they recommend people to take their cars.

Lorenna was very professional and treated me well. She is attentive after the sale too. If there is something you have a question about your car she will help you through it. Would recommend you use her for your next car purchase!

He is very friendly and thoughtful, explaining everything details in plain language and preparing everything I may need in advance. When I initially brought my car in, I was provided with rough timelines for the completion of the repairs. However, it quickly became evident that these estimates were far from accurate. To make matters worse, I was informed that my car was in the final stages of being finished, leading me to believe that the repairs were almost complete. However, when the promised deadline arrived, I was informed that there were additional steps that still needed to be performed. This lack of transparency was both frustrating and unprofessional.Compounding my dissatisfaction was the fact that I had rented a car from Crabtree Collision's internal rental company to cover my transportation needs while my vehicle was being repaired. Unfortunately, due to the prolonged repair times, I was forced to endure weeks of rental bills that far extended beyond what was originally expected.While the repair time was a major drawback, I must commend Crabtree Collision on the quality of their work. The repairs performed on my car were of original quality, and I was satisfied with the final outcome. However, the positives in terms of work quality were overshadowed by the negatives of the overall service experience.Service: Body & Trim

It felt like i left my car in good hands... Had rear quarter panel damage on a body line not easy to replicate and it looks like nothing even happened they colored match the paint, cut and buff the whole car and i even appreciate that they clean my windows and interior, my car came out better than when i bought it i would recommend anybody to storm autobody.Thanks Matt and Jeff.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

My daughter took her car in for major repairs and painting. They had her car for a month. She didn't know to check the car before leaving. I examined her paint job, and it still had flaws, and the paint job looked rushed. I will never recommend this company again.

I was in involved in. Car accident in November 2021. I contacted the shop who set me up for an appointment to do car repairs. They did an excellent job. I was very pleased. Somehow I lost the tow cap on my front bumper. I went to one Toyota dealership who wanted me to pay $11.73 for the part, and an additional $85 plus tax to paint it. I thought that was outrageous for such a small part. Then I went to Curry Toyota in Watertown, CT. The young man in the service department ordered the part for me. ( Same price as the other dealer. ). Then he sent me over to Storm Auto Body Shop for a price to paint it. I was shocked and thrilled when I was told that because it is such a small part they wouldn't charge me anything. Talk about good PR! I was called when the part was ready and they snapped it in for me and off I went. I am one very happy customer!Because of the courteous treatment and honesty of the people I dealt with, I am recommending not only Storm Auto Body Shop ( who is absolutely the best ) but Curry Toyota as great people to do business with. I know I will be having my car serviced there in the future. Thank you so much for restoring my faith in people. You are so worthy of 5 + stars.Service: Painting

Please don t go to this body shop previously know as storm auto body . My life biggest mistake was to bring my car after accident to get fixed at this shop.last year my car had accident they fixed it and door harness of that side was damaged because of accident and when I took my car to them to get it fixed they said we will look into it .I dropped my car after 1 day Jeff called and said it is not because of accident and we not going to fix it . Even thought it was because of accident .issue was not there before accident and it was harness of door which was in accident . And he took diagnostic fee as well . Don t trust their manage ,insurance company was ready to pay for fix but he was not ready to do it . I Repeat don t go there .Service: Body & Trim

Unfortunately, have had to use these guys twice in the last 2 years. They do excellent work and will make every attempt to accommodate you. They even provided me a brand new loaner car when my insurance company stopped paying for the rental. Satisfied customer for life

Did a great repair job on my Jeep GC. Dropping the car off and getting a rental directly from them was so easy! They also took care of all the paper work with my insurance. My only minor complaint was some lack of communication with regard to how long the job was going to take, but in the final analysis it all worked out and I would not hesitate to go back there.

I somehow hit a snowbank and my right front flare popped out. I went to Storm and Jeff advised me to go to the dealer, order the part then come back. He said that since I was a disabled veteran, he would install the new flare at no cost! The dealer even delivered the flare to Storm. I cannot express my gratitude to Jeff and Storm -- when I went to have the flare installed, I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Thanks Jeff and Storm!!!

A quick recap of the service I received at Storm Auto Body. I have a 2017 WRX in white. Got rear-ended that cause some damage to the trunk and rear bumper. I'm a USAA member, they're on the list as far as "stars" which basically means it's covered under warranty after the fact. Jeff and his staff walked me through the whole process, called me for updates, and most importantly gave me a loaner car. This was extremely helpful considering the turn around time on the car was about 10 days. As of right now everything came out flawless. I hope I don't have to see Jeff or Storm Auto Body again but if something did happen to my cars, I wouldn't hesitate to come back. A+

Best licensed autobody in greater watertown/waterbury area. Jeff and Justin are friendly and honest, and have built up alot of trust over the years. Dan and Roger and rest of techs are top notch and Pete is skilled painter. Only place our family and Toyota dealership bring our vehicles. Free Estimates, tell them Phil sent you!!!
