This review has been LONG overdue! I cannot speak highly enough of Barry at B&C Installations. We are happily repeat customers. My dad sent me there for a head unit many years ago, because he was a customer there and now over the years I have taken at least three of my vehicles, which also include my two sons vehicles for various needs.I recently replaced my stock radio in my 2016 Jeep Wrangler. Barry helped me select the perfect replacement unit (with an awesome LCD screen and great features at a good price for within my budget).Barry is knowledgeable beyond words. He takes the time to make sure every job is done completely which INCLUDES the aesthetics of each job (radio squarely placed, wires hidden, the sound balance, etc). Quick appointments, fairly priced, relaxed atmosphere Stands behind his work. Very pleased.I m looking forward to purchasing my son a remote starter for the Holidays. I have full confidence the job will be done to perfection!

He stands by his work and is very reliable. I bought my remote automatic starter from him at least 5 years ago, yet I just destroyed the fob, and he replaced it for free.

2022 Subaru Outback with the standard 6 speaker system. Worst sounding stereo system ever. I thought I would need a completely new system. Then I stopped and talked to Barry at B&C Installations. He put in a set of Primus 693C (front doors and dash tweeters) and a set of JBL Club 622 s for the rear doors. Amazing freakin sound. The sound rivals the sound system I have in my house!!!! I talked to Barry yesterday and had the speakers done before noon today. Very reasonably priced, great work and very knowledgeable! Would highly recommend.

I went to Barry for my 2008 Jeep Wrangler and now my 2018 F150 Raptor. He is truest one of the best audio installers around. Barry stands by his work and always is doing whatever he can to make sure you leave a happy customer.

I had a full sound system & remote start installed into my truck, absolutely NO complaints with Barry. Great & professional guy. Would recommend 10/10.

Barry does excellent work and is reasonably priced compared to other local audio options. Definitely one of the most experienced guys around he knows what he's doing and will guide you in the right direction. I will be bringing my 4th car to him soon, I've had zero issues in all my vehicles and they sound amazing after hes done with them 11/10!!!

WHEN YOU DRIVE BY B&C,OR IF YOU PULL INTO THE PARKING LOT,IT LOOKS LIKE A HILLBILLY HONK TONK!!!! DONT BE FOOLED FOLKS! THIS GUY KNOWS WHAT THE HELL IS DOING,AND GIVES EXCELLENT SERVICE AND INSTALLS.BARRY IS A REAL NICE PERSON AND HIGHLY INTELLIGENT AROUND ELECTRONICS.BARRY INSTALLED A REMOTE STARTER FOR ME LAST MONTH,AND I LOVE IT. BARRY HAS BEEN THERE FOR MANY,MANY YEARS,AND I ACTUALLY THOUGHT IT WAS AN ( INBRED HILLBILLY HONKYTONK BAR)!!!!!!!!!!! Barry is amazing. Very knowledgeable in the field. Been doing it for 40 years. This is the 3rd time he did work on one of my vehicles and I was not disappointed. My F150 now has an amazing sound system, a remote starter, and my Mercury also has an amazing sound system. The F150 had a small issue with a high pitched whine identified and rectified immediately and free of charge. Guy is awesome. Highly recommend.

Stopped in to replace my car radio. Barry hooked me up with a reasonably priced replacement. He was able to install immediately and 15 minutes later I was good to go. Highly recommend !!

Just had a new head unit and speakers installed by Barry at B & C on my dad's '98 Dakota. He did a fantastic job. He was quick, professional, and answered all my questions. I'll definitely be returning next time I need quality audio work done on my car.

Barry is a true audio professional who installed a killer good sound system in my Acura MDX. I told him I wanted everything to look stock, but the sound to be amazing- and he completely delivered. Highly recommend!

With in 24 hours I had to go back three times. The first time my driver side speaker was not hooked up, the second there was one copper strand going to the amp the he covered with duct tape so I couldn't see it. The last was the back right speaker was blown and when I told him about it he just adjusted the amp too make it go away. (didn't say a word after I told him it was blown did his work and walked away leaving me to guess it was done) After leaving the blown speaker kept making the sound for different songs. I decided to get all the work checked out at boomers, they found screws not put back in just rolling around in the door panel. Needleless to say not great work and I now have to replace the damaged speaker through boomers.

Normally, I d always do my own car audio installations for friends, family, myself, etc. but due to a back injury I ve shied away from it. That being said, I ve never had to go to a shop to install subs, amps or wiring for that matter, until recently. I was very skeptical to allow someone else to work on my sons car, I ve seen some butchered installations in the past. Some of these big box stores and other stereo shops will hire just about anybody that can turn a screwdriver and a wire cap. The end result is usually not good... Which brings me to this review...Already knowing in advance what places I d be avoiding, I decided to call B&C in Watertown, on Google, it looked like a nice quaint location and thought perhaps this place would probably give me the best one on one experience. Boy was I right!! I called the shop and spoke to the owner Barry, not only is he the owner, he s also the installation professional, sales professional, a REAL PROFESSIONAL! So we spoke for a little bit, already knowing some answers myself, I asked him some questions, we chatted for a little over 5 minutes, I was sold, Barry was very friendly, very knowledgeable, very helpful and very fair on his pricing. He definitely knows his stuff and doesn t pressure you on anything, because of this great experience thus far, I scheduled my appointment.Appointment day - I called ahead to tell Barry we were going to be a few minutes late because we had to get gas, he was very understanding. So we finally arrive and walk into the shop. My first Impression was wow, he has a very good inventory. Wish I knew he was here years ago. We were kindly greeted by Barry and we dropped off the car. After having lunch in Waterbury we decided to swing back to the shop. Perfect timing, he was already done and pulling the car back out. Now that was quick I m thinking!! I m still impressed today and it s been a couple days already (LOL). So anyways, he shows us his work from under the hood to the back of the trunk and demos the audio for us, wow!! The wiring is great! The audio is great! This man is great!! For real...Finally, tell me this, when was the last time you been to a car audio shop and see a car audio license hanging behind the counter? Probably never! Why? Because most of these other places hire just about anybody just as I said before and these installers are not licensed, certified or whatever. In conclusion, if you want PROFESSIONAL work go to a PROFESSIONAL guy! Thanks again Barry, I ll be back again soon!!

Excellent service! Very experienced and knowledgeable! Pricing was good and fair. I have ZERO complaints about barry from B&C UNSTALLATUONS INC. He did an emaculate job and i would reccomend B&C INSTALLATIONS to anyone looking to get car audio work done. I love my system and it sounds great and THUMPS!!!!

Barry is as knowledgeable as it comes when it comes to car stereos and remote starts. He is old school as it comes. Will always go the extra mile to help the customer. He stands by his work at all times as well.

Many of my family members and I have been going here for years , He is great, he is the most educated person in this industry in this area probably in this region lol. Go to him you'll see(: My family and I go to him with any/all our electric problems ,car starts, stero systems, electrical etc. And he does show appreciation to those returning customers as we appreciate him! Currently living out of state and holding out going anywhere with my current radio problem, will be making a road trip back home just to make an appointment ! He will explain and or show you whatever it is you're curious about , Crud I've sat outside and got to watch and chit chat with him while he installed my stereo system , one of a kind guy one of a kind environment !

Bought a gift certificate for my husbands bday for a remote car starter. Owner was super helpful and friendly even though I knew basically nothing about my husband's car. Very good price.
