Staff is great, but it's not a great idea to have Uber deliver your parts. Not at all dependable. I guess Abvanced doesn't mind shrinking it's market to save money on drivers!?! a really stupid way of doing things

I am very disappointed, there s no return policy posted at the store or in my receipt . I purchased a resonator for my vehicle that it didn t work properly than I decided return but I heard from the rude manager that I won t have my money back because is a company policy .. BS . I ve been using this store for years and this is how they handle the customers. God has more to give me than they want to take away . I ll never go to this advance auto parts store anymore, AUTOZONE the next door treat me better .I Left the part in the counter top of the store and I walked way because I don t need nothing from losers.

They generally have the parts I am looking for. I think I have had to order a few things but that doesn't happen often. Seeing as I am driving older imports that isn't that bad. The new manager is totally cool.

Good parts at great prices staff is very helpful and friendly. I even purchased Harley parts from them. They have a good line of detailing products to everything for rebuilding your vehicles engine. I just noticed on the site that they re advertising lbgqt friendly I don t agree with their decision to advertise something like that but won t stop me from purchasing items I ll just order and have delivered

Had the best experience purchasing a new key fob battery for my car! Nate was amazing, very nice, and incredibly helpful. Will come back again for sure!

I always look at Advance Auto parts as my go to parts store. They are conveniently located, well stocked and have knowledgeable and friendly staff to help you find exactly what you need.I have found Barbara, in the Watertown, CT store very friendly and helpful. She always asks if I need help and smiles when she does it. All the other clerks are similarly outgoing and friendly.If you're in Watertown, CT and need parts, give Advance Auto Parts a try. You won't be disappointed!!

Friendly and helpful, didn't even hesitate to offer to replace the wipers on my truck. Did it quickly and easily keeping a smile the whole time and being very friendly. A good stop that we will certainly do it again when we're in Watertown and in need of automotive parts.

I've been buying parts almost exclusively from Advance for about 5 years now. The watertown location has had mostly the same staff for that entire period. They have most of the same inventory that you'd expect from an auto parts store, but the staff here are exceptionally helpful. They know their regular customers, and often offer helpful advice for the job you're trying to complete.

Never go in and purchase parts. Always buy online and pick up in store. Advanced auto always has at least 20% off or $40 off $100. I usually buy them at home and drive to the store to pick them up and have saved alot by doing so. A quick Google search of coupon codes will help put money in your pocket.

Absolutely terrible service! Went in on 12/1/19 at around 11am to buy Rain-x for my car before the winter storm. I waited in line for 10 minutes listening to both employees complain about their jobs, swear, and complain about helping a young female customer put her wiper blades on right in front of her!!! Also watched one employee yell at a customer and ask him well what freaking car do you drive? A Toyota? A Honda? A chevy? He was very unprofessional to this customer. I decided to put my 2 gallons of rain-x back and go to auto zone instead.

I choose this place based simply on the fact that it was here first! Not like those johnny come latelies next door. Anyway, beyond that...they've got that little stuff I need for the car....bulbs, car wash, etc., and the staff is always cool.

Absolutely terrible I went in to purchase a product and the person who waited on me was rude gave me no help at all and he said go next store to autozone well I'm glad I did much better people and service friendly people they actually take the time to help someone. I wouldn't go to advanced auto parts ever again. I'll stick with a better and knowledgeable company like autozone.

Quality service and staff. Parts supplied are always correct. Manager Barb is always helpful and cheerful. Her staff is knowledgeable and able to provide good insight.

Wow, need a few simple things the other night . Arrived at 8:06 PM to find out they close the store at 8PM. AutoZone right next door was open till 9PM so they got my business.Over the last couple of years now, I have had to go somewhere else to find a part because they didn't have in stock (I needed it that day).
