The prices are not bad, the staff was friendly, I had no issue with what I received for the primary service, but keep in mind, you get what you pay for. The price of a full synthetic oil change is well below competitors, but do not expect to get the other 'included' services, all the time, if at all at any time. They include windshield cleaning, and tire air checks as part of standard services, but I have yet to actually have any of those things done, though they are checked off as complete. I got in my car this past time with 3 of 4 tires alarming low on tire pressure (28-psi), though my 'checklist' indicated all were verified at 35-psi only a couple of minutes prior and I 'waived' other included services though I did not do any such thing.This does beg the question, if they are less than honest on these very open and visible items, what are they being less than honest on with the less visible items?After a couple of days, I got the answer. I saw a growing spot of oil under my car. The Oil Pan plug was not even hand tight, it was barely in and my engine had dropped over a quart of oil in 2 days of light travel. I am fortunate I noticed this sooner than later. Dropped from 3 to 1 star, I will not be going back.Remember, you pay for what you get.

There was a technical issue, where i errantly received an automated text canceling my appointment. I called and spoke to a person and they still got the tires installed as planned. All went well. The firestones are working great and got them at a great price. Went back a day later for the quick retorque. Looking great for a month now.

The Walmart automotive team was amazing. Ruth the customer service point person was so professional and nice. I bought 4 tires and it was so quick and easy. I will tell all of my friends

They use to be very good, professional and helpful, but my last two visits I will share here. I set up an appointment and went the very next day there for tire rotation and oil change, but tire center was closed. I asked a worker what happened, he replied due to short staff they had to shutdown tire center.The next visit when I went there the worker told me they can't take my car yet because they checked in four cars already and there are two workers only here and there is a very long wait so better to go some other place.

Showed up before 10:30 and the workers were Lol standing at the register. Apparently because they go to lunch from 11-12 they refuse to take oil changes before lunch. I did the rest of my shopping and went back to my car to all the employees being outside in there cars by 10:50. Guess this is why they are never open. They can't get food employees

Would give less than one star if it was an option .I only went here because my friend had tires under warranty. Went there just to have a tire repaired that had a screw in it .I was told to pull into a certain bay (the only one with an opened door). No worker was there to tell me how far to pull in. I found someone and they said I pulled into the wrong bay. They had me move the car over another bay and so I did .One guy came up to me with a mouth full of sandwich and asked what I was there for .I told him and he said oh really and walked away. I found a lady and asked her what was up .she stared at me and then walked away .I finally found a third guy to ask him if I could enter the store from garage and he said yes. I finally made it to where my friend was waiting in the store. Turns out they wrote the work order up incorrectly and had to issue a new work order. They quoted 1.5 hours to complete the job. At the end of the first hour they said we were next. They also said out loud that the car in front of us had all the tires removed but they were only there for an oil change. It turns out there were two Toyota Camry's being serviced in a row and they confused the work orders on those that's why they removed the tires. Anyway, it was our turn. They brought the tire out and said it couldn't be fixed because it was driven on while flat and they said if they repaired it where the screw was the sidewall would just blow out. So we had them put the tire back on the rim and left. The female working was definitely as dumb as she looked. Nothing against females at all--she was just an unknowledgeable idiot. Total lack of professionalism. There was one gentleman there that seems to be professional and know what he was talking about but unfortunately we didn't deal with him. 4-5 mechanics/oil/tire changers on duty but it took them about two hours with the one car In front of us .Baggy pants, eating food while waiting on customers, talking on cell phones. Would not recommend to anyone at all for anything .

Had a flat tire so i called them in the morning as i have bought and installed the tires there and they asked me to come for repair and i was there in 10mins and they said they can't do it now sorry ... Now i know why they have the worst reviews... Never going to go there again

I get here at 8AM on a Thursday for an oil change and I m told 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I m fine with that cause I ll do my shopping. I finish my shopping and I go back and wait for my car to be finished. 2 1/2 hours later, they are just driving my car in to be worked on. Apparently the time the give you isn t the time it will be till it s done, it s the time it will take till they get to your vehicle.The only reason I come here, convenience for doing my grocery shopping while I wait.

Since when does it take 3 hours to do a simple oil change? I would have done it my self but did not have the correct equipment. We were told "our boss's boss's boss is coming in to inspect" I hope they failed and realized that one man working the whole shop is insane. It takes a team of people not one guy. Hire more people and who are reliable.

The prices are inexpensive, however the service is overwhelmed, and slow. Outdated computer systems had a 5 person line for minor purchases. Stock online, was not the same as stock in store. Inventory system seems slow and buggy. If you have the time and energy you can find good deals, but if you want good service you may be better off someplace else.

I changed the oil on the car. But a week later I opened the hood of the car because the computer showed that I needed to change the oil again. I found that I did not have a cover on the engine. I came back to the service and reported a problem. The manager was not at the place of work. Then one of the mechanics was called to me, his name was Mico. He informed me that he could not help me. He promised that he needed to watch the camcorder and he will call me and tell me the result of the check. 3 weeks passed but no answer. I won t come here anymore.

Good customer service, poor workmanship. I had my tires serviced at this Walmart. When a returned a number of months later to have my tires rotated, they refused to complete the work. They claimed the lug nuts were over torqued. They were the last ones to touch my lug nuts. If anyone over torqued them, it was Walmart. When I got home I tried to loosen them myself. No amount of strength & PB Blaster would free the last 3 on the front driver tire. Most of the others were gorilla torqued on there good. I'll likely need a server SL foot long cheater bar to get them off. I hope I don't break the studs. I would not recommend them for anything other than small jobs, like flat repairs. Buyer beware.

My experience here was a complete and total disaster. I went in for a simple tire change, since I could not get one of the lug nuts off myself. But after being there for an hr and a half, I was informed that they broke a piece trying to get that lug nut off. After telling me this, they said they had to tow my car somewhere else to get it fixed. At this point I'm pissed so I speak with the store manager. Now suddenly they found a place with the parts and remember how to fix it themselves. I spend over 3 hrs in that damn walmart before everything was set. Now they did correct their mistake and worked with me to get a discount for the inconvenience so I can't completely complain. But i will say, I was extremely upset with them just wanting to pass me along to the next one. That is unacceptable to me. That is my car and I need it to be safe. I greatly appreciate the end result, but unfortunately I don't see myself going to a walmart for anything anytime soon.

Got a new battery with 5 year's warranty. It is dead in 2 years. No free replacement. They tested and claimed that the battery was good, told me that it was my car's problem. I have to change the battery in another auto shop and the new battery works fine with my car

I am extremely upset with this place! I called 30 minutes prior to me arriving at 4pm ( they close at 6pm) and when I walked in I said I was here for an oil change & the guy there said immediately oh I don't think we have any time for that today and then walked away. No apology or anything. What gets me was there were no customers waiting, no line & I have been sitting for an hour watching while the guys chit chat with 4 bays open with no work being done...not one car coming in or out. Now I'm sure one of those guys could have stopped talking to help a customer with a paying service. He was very rude, didn't check the computer at all & yet they are standing around in the bays having a good old time. I will never come back here for any services on my vehicle. I am also contacting someone else about this because I came in two hours in advance after just getting off the phone with them and then you can't help me but you can stand around talking!?!??

Employee told me this place is about to shut down for a month or two when I called about scheduling a tire install.The website will let you schedule an appointment which I was just about to do before I decided I should call and check , beware!!

Great experience with the auto are center in Waterford CT. The techs and service mgr were very knowledgeable and helpfully. Definitely will get all my work done here for now on!

Oil change 20 bucks. Free unlimited rotation/balance (with purchase). Show up when they open or you will wait. 5 stars because they do their jobs well. Good luck!

Had my car in today for a oil change and a tire rotation.... left it there for over 6 hours.. came back to pick up and tires not done... told me that they couldn't do because I needed new tires.. never called to tell me... I would have told them to install new tires...Walmart lost the sale

You can buy a wide variety of tires at Walmart. Com and have them delivered to a local store for installation. The house battery Everstart is also highly rated.

Time estimates are severely understated and completely inaccurate. I d avoid if you wanted to be treated appropriately. Also, managers are just walking excuses.

I been on hold for over hour now and when she finally got on phone she said hello and hanged up on me within sec didn't even give me chance to respond. Terrible customer service. Whole time I was on hold I could hear her cursing at someone.
