Perry-Lathrop, simply put is a great shop, providing good quality workmanship in a timely manner. Not only do they do auto bodywork/collision repairs, but they also offer mechanical repair services.If you re in this area and in need of car repairs, rest assured, you can count on and trust these people in my opinion

They got my truck done and in a timely manner and back to me good as new. Even came back the next week, to get an aftermarket exhaust put on. Couldn't recommend enough!!!

I came in with some electrical issues with my car after a collision. Randy and Keri helped me get the repair covered by insurance even though the repair is through a different shop. Great people who care about their customers and are willing to go the extra mile

Wouldn t recommend they are a scam artist just trying to make money will say what ever to get your business and then say that he dropped the ball and give you your car back with bumper not sitting right and spray right over your clear bra with paint not to mention will put bondo over rust about a inch of it at that I wouldn t trust this place nor would I ever recommend it ever again steeer very clear of this place not to mention my suspension was messed up and said it would need a wheel bearing but ended up bringing it to a different shop cuz he didn t want to do it for the insurances to cheep of a rate so I m stuck paying for all his shady repairs to my car he got paid over four grand for wouldn t trust this shop with a shopping cart

I used Perry Lathrop for repairs (cosmetic and non cosmetic) I cannot say enough about how amazing they were. Even tho this shop is always full, they finished my repairs quickly, always treated me kind, stayed in touch about the work being done, and preformed the work to an amazing level of service (you can t even tell my car was damaged) Their prices are great! I will never use or recommend anywhere else for the rest of my life. If the owner, workers, and managers see this, THANK YOU SO MUCH!! You made such a stressful time so much easier I can t thank you enough!!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Amazing. Randy is a compassion human and handles his affaires as such. He has great advice and is very understanding. His shop would be a great place if you needed your vehicle fixed or towed.

Perry-Lathrop took good care of my car. I had a problem with my AC on the hottest day so far this year. They explained the problem and gave me a couple of solutions. The cheaper solution worked and I have a cool car again.We have taken our car there two other times. These folks do good work.

Randy and his staff were great to work with. They kept me updated on any issues with parts, made sure the best parts were used and did a fantastic job with the paint. The office worked with my insurance on the payment end and in dealing with returning my rental. I wouldn't use anyone other than Perry Lathrop. This is a fabulous place, Randy and his team are very professional and do great work. They are very fair with their pricing and go above and beyond to make sure your car is running just right. Absolutely love this place! I moved here a year ago and shortly after my car flooded with water. This place has been nothing but amazing since day one and have done nothing but honest and quality work on my car. They work with you to the best of their knowledge in helping you understand what s going on with your car every step of the way. They diagnose and fix a car as if it were their own. I couldn t ask for a better shop to help me take care of my baby.

Worst experience I ever had. A shop that is unprofessional. When I got work done, it was an insurance claim. As i was paid for my lose, I chose to live with a few things that they said wouldn't be an issue.To find out, it was an issue and have paid out of pocket 2 more times since then just because I followed their advise.The worst part, they blamed me for trying to save a few dollars. They said it was my fault for not doing everything. That is not the way a claim works. I am paid for my lose....period. it's up to me to get it restored or keep the money. Dont follow this office, the only thing worse than their advise is their craftsmanship.

After a recent deer strike I brought my wife s Infiniti in to Perry Lathrop. Randy worked with my insurance company and returned the car to me in perfect condition. I have always been extremely fussy with me cars over the years and Randy and his team did an outstanding job.Many Thanks!

Very trustworthy and thorough, your not dealing with some sketchy dealership that will quote you too the moon and then tell you things are broke that aren't. This is an honest family owned place that will fix only what's broken it's the same quality of work you would get from a dealership but they won't try to pull the wool over your eyes. If you want to pay an arm and a leg to deal with snakes and to drink free terrible coffee go to a dealership. If you want an honest quote, and to deal with a family of highly skilled tecks who will only fix what's broken/what needs to be done go to perry lathrop they have always taken great care of me and my family. Very unprofessional, Owner Randy Perry is Rude, Arrogant.They will tell you anything to get your business. Caused needlessly additional damage to vehicle at time of insurance adjustment. Consumer beware should you have a difference of opinion . They will put your car in Perry jail. And charge you outrageous fees for unsubstantiated work, storage.
