WOW this place needs to be shut down, they are unprofessional, rude, and liars I will definitely be reporting this garage so call towing company to the business bureau for the favoritism and the way they do business and the treatment of customer service no one should be forced to pay any fees if they don't own the vehicle that they towed is horrible and is ignorant to not be able to get your property in a vehicle that I was a passenger in and got in a vehicle accident of no fault after my attorney politely ask they refused because they want money that they getting from the insurance company of the idiot that crashed into us. SAD wish this on no one my car is parked in my garage without being able to drive due that they holding My keys hostage my kids my wife my self are inconveniently taking ubers to work take my kids to school and all because they won't do a courtesy of going to the vehicle I was in and grabbing my keys they refused because they want money that I'm not responsible for, but KARMA will bite they behind in the long run.

My rating is not based on this company's ability to work on a car. Ok, this place was recommended by my friend who ownes an auto shop. I would have given it 3 stars, but I made my appointment 1 week ago, and asked the woman who answers the phone to make sure they would work on my car, because it is an oddball. I was put on hold while she asked whomever, and she said yes no problem, bring it in. I get there, he takes one look at the car, and what it was, and told me he wont work on it. I'm more upset because I had to take time off work, inconvenience someone to follow me there for a ride home. That's why they get 2 stars. Maybe if i owned a 2009 Toyota they could have helped me.

I didn't want to give them 1 star but, this was the only way I can rate them. They were unprofessional and tried talking to me as if I was an idiot. Towing guy Ken dropped my car and when asked for an explanation walked away. They are also more expensive than All Star Towing.

Very rude people they towed my car and charged me for 2 days of storage and it wasn t even past 24 hours ,when confronted they changed the invoice and still the same price they even threatened me after I paid their fee that if I don t sign the invoice I don t get the car back ,the owner also threatened me personally I do not recommend anyone doing business with them ,very unprofessional

Recently had a issue with my work truck right in front of this shop and they fixed me up asap!! Awesome shop very friendly and helpful!!
