My dealership referred me Waterbury Transmission. I drove from a corner in MA to Waterbury, CT to repair some stuff in my car. Rob, Kevin, Steeve, Angel and the whole team provided me with excellent services on my Toyota Corolla. It s my first car and I panicked..Surprisingly, they reassured me and answered all my weird questions about my car..They changed the radio and replaced it by an upgraded version, checked/fixed break, etc. They are great people, honest and knowledgeable. I highly recommend their services.

Rob and crew is the best mechanic around, hands down. They always take care of my car needs whenever I have any issues whatsoever. I wouldn't trust anybody else with my cars in this town.

Rob and this team did some body work for me. he went above and beyond to help me and that car came out Mint. He did such a beautiful job I gave them a 10+ and I send my friends there I could not believe what a gorgeous job you did on my car and I thank you very much.

Honest and skilled mechanics!! These guys have done work for us several times and every time they do amazing work and charge appropriately! They are polite and don't leave you waiting despite them always being busy!! That's what kind of business good word of mouth gets!! Highly recommend!!!

These guys are an outside contractor we have been working with for years. They handle the bulk of our overflow. I fully appreciate their knowledge, friendship, fair pricing and honest repairs. While I understand that cars can have sometimes complicated problems that lead to many failures, I have found them to be very reliable in their assessment and repairs. Strongly recommend them to everyone!!!

MIke and Steve are Great! I have used them several times for work done on my cars as I am an outside car contractor and I can say they are fair, great with diagnosis on transmission and other repairs and do a quality job! On one BMW, 7 series, the dealer told me I needed a new transmission, but these guys solved the problem by putting a pan, gasket, and new fluid in saving me literally thousands of dollars. Reputable and honest! I will continue to have all my vehicles serviced there!

They are quick, efficient, professional and very friendly. As part of their great service, they have you bring your vehicle back within 10 days for a quick go over to make sure everything is running great. Very happy with them.

Had my 2004 Dodge Sprinter in for a transmission swap based on a recommendation by my co-worker. Amazing experience! Mike was a such a pleasure to deal with on the phone and in person. To top that they even did the work promptly for a very reasonable amount of money. Can't ask for much more than that! Will be a repeat customer in the future. I will also be recommending Waterbury Transmission to everybody I know.

I don't even know what to say, horrible experience. My car went there on warranty, i asked for only warranty work to be done, 4 days later, after it was only suppose to be a day... they were trying to get me for work and labor not covered by warranty.. oh and it took them "5 hours" to run diagnostics. LOL! I wish i could plug a computer in and look at codes for 5 hours and get paid for it! Gave me the run around every time i called, terrible service, terrible communication, would not recommend. Needless to say we made our phone calls...

Waterbury Transmission is a top-notch transmission specialty shop. I've used them for years. Steve and crew are great guys, who even brought me inside the bays to show me exactly what was going on with repairs to me cars. They're not afraid to tackle difficult transmissions such as BMW and Mitsubishi. They rebuilt and reinstalled the 5r55e in my 2001 Explorer in just two days. That was a year ago, and it still shifts smooth as silk. I recommend Waterbury Transmission to anyone needing transmission services.

I took my car to another shop to get the problem done but they charged way to much so I seen Waterbury transmission and I brought the car there and they had a Good price and the people were very respectful and nice there mechanics was great he showed me what was wrong and told me how to maintain the problem. I would recommend to bring your car to this shop.

They Had my car for over a week for a simple problem and they didn't fix it , had to get it towed to pep boys and got it fix same day ...never trust a shop with too much abandoned car on the lot.
