Highly recommend Vito's. I went there thinking I needed a whole new front end. They checked out my car, said it looked just fine and did not need the expensive repairs another shop told me it needed. Vito's in honest and I would go back to them in the future. Great group! Thank you!

Vito and Tony are terrific. Friendliness and excellent customer service are their calling cards. My car needed a wheel alignment and they completed the repair in an hour. A computer print out of the before and after of the alignment repair was expertly and concisely explained. The price was below what I expected too. Vito's Auto Tech is the best.

Shout out to Vito s Auto Repair on Lakewood Rd in Waterbury. I had my car serviced today by mechanic, Tony. He s honest, thorough and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Tony if you need mechanical work done on your car.

Vito's Auto Tech is the BEST auto repair shop in Ct. I moved to Wtby from my hometown in Naugatuck back in 1989. I came to Vito with a mechanical issue shortly thereafter and he has been my friend and exclusive mechanic ever since. His son Vito Jr and right hand man Tony are the best as well. His prices are very reasonable, the accuracy of quotes and pickup times is exceptional and quality of work is exceptional as well. I have also purchased several vehicles from him over the years and they were both great deals and vehicles. Next used vehicle I buy I will start my search at Vito's. Sincerely , Jeffrey J Smith

Vitos not honest like before..My son had his car towed here due to needing an Alternator in his Nissan. We called ahead to ask the pricing. They claimed they would have to see the car first. When they called to explain pricing, They attempted to charge $398.00 just for the alternator. The fee for maintenence and battery were even outrageous. When we questioned the price of the alternator and asked for cheaper options, they claimed they didn't use cheap Chinese parts but the car is made in Japan sooo. Anyway, we were going to tow the car to another shop. They said we had to pay them for taking put the alternator and battery. No problem..how much? 150.00. Really? Ok..we picking it up. Then they suggested we can just bring an Alternator. We did. I ask them to give the old alternator so I can get my deposit. They said they never took the old one out yet. Really? You charged us for taking it out though, smh. I do not know where the change begin. I just went in July to have brakes done om the same vehicle and they did a great as job. That is why I gave 2 stars instead of one.
