I had a great experience at Town Fair Tire in Waterbury! All of the staff were super friendly! Diego went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best tires I appreciated how he took the time to help me out. Matthew also did a fantastic job helping with maintenance of my tires along with Diego. Would definitely recommend 10/10 service.

This place is incredible. 5 minutes before closing they were able to get me in and change my flat tire and put an entire brand new one. Very much appreciated. Xavier was the very kind gentleman who helped me with getting the tire completely sorted out and discounted. Will continue to come here for a long time to come. 5/5 stars for me.

I had an outstanding experience at Town Fair tire Waterbury! Vincent took good care of me and did an exceptional job on my tires! I spoke to the manager Tim as I was leaving and he was a great guy and is running a great place! I highly recommend this location!

For some strange reason I'm constantly getting screws in my tires weekly . And" Constantly" at TFT ,but on the upside of things Xavier and Giovanni takes great care of me . They make sure I get the best deal possible and never leave unsatisfied. I got my tires and didn't go broke getting them done. Thanks gentlemen.

I went to Town Fair Tire in Waterbury to install four new tires. I m really happy with my Toyo open country. My F150 is running really smooth, nice and good grip.Thank You to Timothy for your help and for the professionalism. Price is fair! You Guys did a really Good Job! Thanks.

Town Fair has been my go-to for tires for a long time now. I find their prices to be more competitive than other outlets. I also like the option to buy additional protection for a small price per tire; I've used this benefit many times if I have, say, a small leak in my tire due to a puncture. Making an appointment and selecting tires online is fast and easy. Having an appointment greatly increases the customer experience as opposed to simply walking in. Special shout out to Xavier, who got me in and out for four tires and an alignment in record time during my most recent visit.

I was taken care of by Greg. Let me just say, I m very happy with the service. Greg went above and beyond. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and made us laugh. He made us feel very comfortable and gave us different options to choose from for new tires. He also gave us a very good price. I m happy with my purchase, but I will be coming back next year to change all of my tires with the ones he recommended me for my Jeep. Thank you Greg!

I ordrred new rims costing 2000.00. Ihad them put on. Town fair was professionnel from start to finish. When I went to pick up my truck I didn't like the look of my rims. Town fair not only was simpothic to me.they helped me find the rims I like. I had to pay � little more but they went out of the way to make sure I was happy. I felt terrible for them having to take the new rims off.from the management to the techs they were great. Thank you town fair waterbury ct for all your help

I brought my car in and explained that during the driving my wheel pulls to the right ! After the alignment, it still pulls to the right!As I asked for explanation of the levers ( parameters that contribute to this and can correct/ counter this, I am told, it is the Toe ! It is the variable they can adjust but after several minutes of a technical conversation with the mechanic and the staff, they do not know which side of the spec ( close to zero) would improve on this! They tell me we can bring it to the min of the specification but we do not know what it can do to a potential uneven tire wear!Then they say it could be the tires ! I shared that, I just bought 4 new tires ( over $1k).I am very disappointed to say the least ! If the certified mechanics do not know the effect of the parameter(s) they are adjusting , and only look at the computer screen and when it is green , then say , my job is done! As I look at the print out very little positive change has been accomplished!This is not the best outcome and I am again very disappointed!Make sure you ask for explanation at the start and the expected outcome! Based on this decide if you care to continue with the alignment!Despite many good advertisements and offerings, buyer be aware!After you pay the rest is a song and dance around the topic!

We came in for a flat tire repair today and to look at some tires and had Mary as our front end associate. She was amazing with all the information she provided to us. She gave us an array of options to choose from in different budget ranges. She also went outside to look at tread depth and wear and gave us advice on what we needed to maintain safe driving conditions.Mary was very knowledgeable on store services and tires and explained everything in a very professional and clear manner that was easy to understand. Throughout the entire service time she checked up on us and gave us updated info. Definitely will be our new tire shop and service location. Even though this is my first time personally coming here for service, Mary s attention to detail and knowledge made Town Fair Tire the new place for all of our tire needs. Thanks Mary.

Gio & Mary were so helpful! They made a frustrating moment in my life feel much less stress & helped me resolve my flat tire issue quickly. I would definitely go back would highly recommend Town Fair Tire in Waterbury to others. Pricing was fair and everyone was upfront, no surprises. All the staff were friendly!

I was stuck in a bad situation. My tire was punctured and the town fair tire in my area was booked out. I called the location in Waterbury because I still had to go to work that same day. They were able to see me as I traveled there slowly but surely with a donut on my car. 1 hour later they took me right away. Matt there was very very friendly and helpful. He showed me options and was mindful of my budget. He was able to get me an amazing deal where I was able to get insurance, better tires, and my alignment. They really took care of me and I drove home very happy with the results. Thank you so much. I really appreciate your time and effort. I will always consider going here rather than the dealership. I don't feel my money was spent in vain. Thank you! :)

First off, I have been coming to this location for over 8 years! Today I came in with a nail in my tire stressed about having to buy a new one I was greeted by Mary who was more than happy to assist me! We ended up just needing fix a flat, Mary was very thorough and made the whole process quick and easy. I will continue to come to this location and highly recommend TFT my friends.
