As im reading the reviews below i seen a couple of petty people that don t understand anything about cars lol but im giving them a 5 star because i have been going to them for years on end with endless amounts of different vehicles and jobs and it always gets done professionally and properly with no issues ever its hard to find good reliable places to touch your cars i will continue to stick with them forever thankyou Rex and the team for always taking care of me and my cars

if im being cut and dry this shop is the best shop in the area hands down they work with you on price and they never price gouge unlike other places that give u a price based on how much they think you are willing to pay these guys give you a price on whats neccesary or not. with that said they did a fantastic job on my exhaust however it couldve been better and cheaper i buy and sell cars all the time so i will be returning. Also GrandPa made me write this review it is an honest review but he did make me do it Service: Exhaust

They are quick to get you in which is great if you re in a bind and need to get something fixed quick. The prices are good, but keep in mind with quick service and prices on the cheaper side the quality of work usually matches. The welds they did on my exhaust looked like a child practicing for the first time. I needed it done though, and it did what I needed it to do. Just very ugly

I use to only get my car serviced at Meineke. After year of loyal patronage they decided to start charging $75 just to look at my car. Needless to say, I had to find another repair shop. Soon as I pulled in the mechanic greeted me and accessed my car for free. They charged me a reasonable price and only fixed what was needed. I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend this shop.

They take real good care of you and some. They stay busy but manage to get your car out the same day if you drop off in themorning.

I really like this place. As of right now its my chosen mechanic. They are professional and very friendly people. They def make you feel welcome. The service was great. My kids and myself have come here and we are very happy. Great people, great customer service, best price around. Always willing to help and they go the extra mile. Some guy (Harrison) gave them 1 star, are you stupid? Look at the reviews and you'll see how full of s#!+ you are. Great place, will recommend and come back Service: Exhaust

Went here to have a muffler and tailpipe replaced. The father and son are both very friendly and professional. they definitely make you feel welcome. They put the new muffler and tailpipe on the car in less than an hour. You can t beat the price and the craftsmanship. This level of service is very hard to come by these days. I would highly recommend to anyone.Service: Exhaust

I take back everything I said about this place ! Problem after problem after problem . These guys know what their doing, I went for a rattling plate, shield over my catalytic converter , and they welded it . No more rattling. They charged me nothing , they just said you make sure you come back when you have nother problem. I been there before ,it was replaced. I resend what I said about discount muffler, I had to go back way to many times for the same problem a catalytic converter . Screws were left loose , now it's back to making a rattling noise that's literally driving me nuts .he claim he warned me that it would be a bit louder , I understand that , but not a constant rattling noise . It has a life time warenty, but there's nothing that can be done he says . Well my next move is small claims court , they cut out the original and used aftermarket parts . There's something he could do but it took me to have to bring it bay more than 3 times to complain . I suffer from anxiety , depression , chronic pain stress . I can't deal with this !!! This has to be resolved. But he's not budging.. I paid for the work but the results were I had to just deal with it and I can't !! He stated that there was another client he had with the same issue , but they just sold the carWell that's just not in my cards right now . People just can't drive in Waterbury. It's sad ...

It's rare when you find a business that shows Integrity but when you do, you hold on to them... I am definitely holding onto " Town Discount Muffler ", not only are they honest but they make feel welcome and they put your satisfaction first; lastly but most importantly, they are very affordable.

Please read this entirely. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Honest and competent repair shop. Was quoted $665 for a repair and when I got there I was told that they made a mistake and the bill was less. They are extremely honest and care about their customers. I will recommend them to everyone I know and will continue to use them for service and repairs. Thank you so much!!! Go see Pete!

I'm new to the area. My truck was making noises so I went searching for the best mechanics in waterbury and stumbled upon this place. They are very polite and professional. I felt very secure in my purchase. I had my muffler replaced for a great price. I will always be a loyal customer here. Great place. Great people.

Very knowledgeable, experiends and great customer service. Walked right in, spoke directly to Pete and explained my issue with my car, he was very committed to solving the problem, rather than just racking up a bill! I will continue to use them in the future and tell anyone that asks to do the same. You cannot go wrong~~

The worse shop I ever been to, I went to them so they could change my valve cover gasket and spark plugs and now my car is worse then before,they just cause new problems so you could keep coming to them. I even went back to the shop the same day I got my car from the shop to tell them my car sound worse then before they told me I have to pay more money that they wasn t going to fix the problem they cause for free. They just know how to talk a good game just to get your money, I wouldn t recommend them to anyone it ll just be money waisted witch I should of known because it s a kid running the shop.
