Great place to bring your auto to get repaired!! They are honest and do great work!! If you are afraid of other places overcharging and selling you stuff you dont need...then go to total auto care...They will tell you up front what is wrong with your vehicle and the price to fix it...No B.S. or games played here!!! Try it out,you won't be disappointed!!!

Total Auto is absolutely the best shop I have ever used. Fast and thorough, and they get the job done right! Pricing is very fair and the service is great. Their advertising is the word-of-mouth accolades they receive from their existing customers.If you ve ever been concerned about being taken advantage because you don t understand auto mechanics, you ll have no such issues here. Top notch!

These guys, billy and his crew are the best. Put a new motor in a Cadillac for me, I can say in complete honesty they charges half the price of the next cheapest offer I checked. Bill and his guys are always fair and honest they won t pad your bill or lie about any work. It s good to know there are still shops like total auto.

My father had some work done here on his Chevelle exhaust. Billy is very polite and knowledgeable. Not to mention extremely fair prices. He will have our business again for sure.

I have been having my car serviced at Total Auto over 25 years!! They are very friendly and attentive and very knowledgeable! Also very reasonable cost for work done!! ALWAYS an enjoyable experience there, the owner is so welcoming!! Love Mr. Bill!! Highly recommended, they are the best!!!

Always blown away by the service here. Circumstances left me needing to go in last minute and have a puncture in my tire repair. 20 minutes and $20 later they fixed it and I was on my way to work. When I move out of CT the two things I'm going to miss are the pizza and this mechanic.

I love their service and prices are always fair. Bill and his team are awesome. So if anybody wants a fair and honest automotive shop, then this is the place to go. This is the only place I trust with all my cars.

Today the most amazing thing happened .my car was stuck off route 8 ,on the ramp. I called total care to ask them for a tow recommendation I was getting slightly harassed by the state trooper to get my car immediately moved..I told him I was waiting for the tow then my mechanic pulls up..jumps my car and saved the day! Can t even believe they did this..above and beyond! Amazing thank you guys!!!

Bill and the guys are the best. Won't find better service at a better price anywhere. Have been going to them for 10 years now and have recommended them to many friends and family members who all say the same thing. Worth the drive back to Waterbury just for their service!!!

They will overcharge you every time. Had my own parts (front rotors and calipers and uppipe and downpipe for my exhaust) $1200 for the install!!!!!!! Find another place to go and save yourself the grief.

Jeremy Leo, do you bring bacon and eggs to a diner? Been going to Bill for more than 20 years. If he says something is wrong with your car, he s not lying and will repair it for a fair price.

I have been Going To Billy For Over 15 Years. He Is Always Fair & Can Do Any Job You Throw At Him! He Put A 383 Stroker In My Vette & A Fab Tech Lift In My HUMMER...He Is The Only Person I Trust With My Veichles!

Billy is the ONLY mechanic in Waterbury that I will take my cars to if I am not equipped to do the job myself. A repair that the dealer quoted me $700 to do was done by Billy for $100. Countless garages have closed in Waterbury in the past 10 years, but, Billy manages to survive.
