I've gotten several parts, and they worked right out of the packaging, which by the way, was very secure and protected. They gave a 6-month warranty for the parts I ordered, and offer a life-time warranty for a small fee. Their prices are very good, and they even cross reference parts so, they may not have your vehicle, but they still may have your part.

Was looking to buy a used fender for my 2011 BMW. Found one for $150 which is a fair price so I go to checkout and they want $250 to ship it. What a complete scam. On eBay, shipping is like $60-$100 which is what it would cost. I called them and they did confirm it's $250 to ship one fender for a 3-series sedan (not very big at all), and they he said they PROFIT on the shipping free. I know for a fact that the post office would ship it for under $75. Shame on them for not being able to avoid reasonable shipping to their customers

Ed Pol was amazing! My parts arrived faster than I expected and in great condition! I would definitely recommend them! I am in in automotive business and in the past have ordered from other major recyclers, you are just a number to them. Tom's staff (Ed) treat you like a customer. Thank you!

I ordered a set of sun visors for my 2013 Acura RDX from Tom s Foreign Auto Parts. I was pleased with the speed of delivery, the cost of the visors, and the description posted was exactly what I received. Very professional people Will was my salesman engine was shipped very well on pallet stink wraped wire harness was not all chopped up all sensors were on engine not broken off engine run great. Will do business in future thanks Doug t hainesport nj.

These guys are very professional!I ordered a front knuckle\spindle for a Subaru Tribeca. It was described differently than when it arrived. Called & spoke w\ Edward & he went out of his way to take care of it! I'd purchase again & recommend Tom's Foreign Auto Parts to anyone that needs a parts for their vehicle!

By far the most pleasant experience I have had buying online. They are very affordable and the parts for my 2004 Volvo were here before I had time to check on them. When I had a question it was answered courteously and to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them for all your auto parts needs.

Wow".It's not a frequent event anymore to come accross really good customer service!I just received the part I ordered yesterday, TODAY! Totally not expected. The price was really good & packaging was exceptional.Due to my error in double-ordering, I had to call to cancal one order. Your phone staff couldn't have been nicer and more helpful.Even the messages made through the Ebay app were so timely and courteous!I'm a DIY guy maintaing my family and friends vehicles, and will absolutely use you more and spread they word to others.Will also be doing a Google review. Please pass this along to those that should see it. Great work!!!

Unreal customer support, fastest delivery ever.....Will be getting all my used parts from Toms....I bought an Infinti rim from here through eBay! First of all, I would like to say thank you for professionalism. I ordered my 2015 BMW Radio navigation Console unit. Which is same as on the picture and also packaging is perfectly secure for the delivery. And most important thing is their parts price is very reasonable and their delivery is on time, fast and free. Thank you guys you are going to be mine new part shop for Bmw's. Strongly recommend.

I am always leery of recycled auto parts as I have bought some bad parts. In speaking with Ed, he told me he had the rear shocks I needed for my BMW! He was honest as to how many miles the car had on it that the shocks came off of. I had my picky mechanic install these and he asked what I paid for them. I told him and he said that I got a deal. I had Chinese shocks on that I bought from eBay and I wanted to sell the car as it rode so badly. After installing the shocks that were like new for a tenth of the cost of BMW factory new shocks, I love my car and ride again. I will always check with these people first for all my parts needs as I told them that my car was down and the shocks came quicker than I expected. ALL GOOD!

Ordered a tailgate in mint condition. Received a badly damaged part. The seller is not responsible for any damage caused during shipment, but buyer beware that they are not properly packaging the parts! There was no bubble wrap. It was just thrown in a box with some stuffing of paper and that s it. Now I m stuck with having to pay to repair (if possible) and it s going to cost me the same as buying NEW!

One of the few places I found online with the wheel I needed for my 2012 Audi A3, by far the cheapest. Not positive but I imagine one of the fastest places in terms of shipping. I got it in 2 days and shipping was free!

Eager to get the sale transaction done. But not so eager to relay shipping/shipper and tracking information. Act like I'M a jerk for wanting it. They STILL haven't called, emailed or texted the requested information. I've reached out every day since we purchased the engine. Yesterday has come and gone.

The sales person told me I would have the part ina few daysI ordered it and had it very next dayPart was in good working condition, exact part I needed, I would have liked to know though, if they bench test all the parts they sell, or if it s pot luck thet it works , regardless I would definitely buy from this company repeatedly. Ordered a transmission, week passed by with 0 update, called and called and after sitting on hold and getting hung up on with countless has this been paid for and lies about itl go out tomorrow i finally asked for a refund. Lets see how long the refund takes now, garbage company, wouldnt waste my time, plenty of much better competitors.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I found the part I needed online, then I called to confirm the part was available. I made the purchase immediately. A week later I still havnt heard anything so o called. I got Ed on the phone who is apparently the highest worker in the company who informed me they no longer had the part and the email informing me of that must not have gotten sent. Nor was my refund issued. Ed has the attitude of a 4 year old who has no respect or care for the way a business is run. It seems like if I hadn t called they would have just kept my money. 0 star company with below 0 star employees.

Fantastic experience. Tom's Foreign Auto customer service astounded me. While ordering, they were quick and clear with all the information I needed. They shipped quickly and the engine was exactly as described. They offered a one year warranty, which is something I typically don't buy, but it was relatively inexpensive "insurance" if something went wrong, so I bought it. About three months after the install, the head gasket failed. Tom's found and sent another engine in just a few days and later sent a check that paid for the installation of the new engine. They were helpful and easy to deal with through all of it. I am amazed. I wish more companies operated like them. Thank you.

I ordered two parts for my BMW from this company. The gentlemen I spoke to on the phone to order with was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I ordered at 3:00 PM, and the parts were shipped the same day. One part I ordered was correct on the company s end, but not correct on my end. I wanted to ship the part back. The company has a hassle free return process, which isn t something you see with all used car part companies. The part came with a free return label, and the return shipping was paid for by the company. I was timely refunded upon the company s receipt of my part. I will continue to check here first for all of my used part needs. They truly went above and beyond to earn my business.
