Ok, so I just want to say that I recommend this place for all the ladies out there. I've had Ron work on my car 3 times thus far, and I find him to be honest and fair with his prices. Very nice man and I wish him many blessings! It's very often that women get taken advantage of when getting a car repaired, however, he's great!! Calling all the ladies to use this garage and not be disappointed. Thx RonSheila

Ron, the owner, does all the work himself. His work is exceptional. He won't do any work on your car if it truly isn't warranted. You can trust his honesty and value. The price is right, and fair. He fixes it right the first time. I've been going to him for years, and I trust him. I don't want all of Waterbury to go to Ron, because I like to get an appointment that's not a month away. But He is really good.

I was referred to Ron by a very dear friend and it was the best thing that ever happened to me. I will not go anywhere else. He is honest, smart and dependable. When I read that he's "a little high" in price I say either you want something for nothing or you have no idea what things cost. Repairs are done right the first time. He is worth EVERY penny.

Customer service is good, David is polite and very knowledgeable. The issue however was that they tried charging me 1,000$ to change my rear and front brakes. Furthermore they took out a pipe of mine to make it look like I had an exhaust leak ( I know this because my sister's boyfriend is a mechanic and he explained what they did ) .

I won't go anywhere else! Fast and reliable! I have a very long work commute so I find my car in need of maintenance often and I always take it here. No unnecessary repairs, no waste of time and money like a dealership. They got me right in on a Saturday morning to get my brakes done...I was expecting the worst since they were so bad so he could have easily told me there was more wrong then there actually was but he was honest and explained everything! Pricing was fair but knowing you have a mechanic that isn't going to rob you every time is priceless! I will definitely be returning here for future car issues!

Ive been coming to this shop for many years! He is very knowledgeable about what you may need to repair your car! hes very nice and will tell you the exact prices in person and if you were to call over the phone! no bs with the prices changing! Good service!

Ron is the owner and does all the work. Always fixes just what is necessary and doesn't try to upsell a lot of unnecessary repairs. Very reasonably priced as well.
