I just moved into the area and tried out this car wash, 10/10! Amazing service from the front desk to the men washing my car. Their prices are reasonable and my car looks/ smells immaculate. Thank you I will be back!

Glad to share a great experience! Along with the great attention to detail and complete thorough cleaning... they missed nothing... was also a group of friendly welcoming folks, from the time pulling in, to the payment at lobby, to car ready for me to continue my trip north. The lobby was neat, clean and comfortable as were the bathroom accommodations. You guys are now saved to my favorites and no doubt I'll be using your services on future trips! Thanks for an easy warm stop along my way!

Hands down THE BEST CAR WASH EVER!!! Soapy J s car wash in Waterbury CT always goes above and beyond to provide the most detailed car wash I have ever had! Being a Tesla owner I have always been skeptical about going through car washes that aren t touchless but I have to say this car wash always has my car looking like it just came off the show room floor! My car is always in pristine condition after going through this car wash! They clean your interior windows, vacuum your carpets, clean your windshield inside and out, add amazing tire shine finish and hand dry your vehicle all the time! I also love the kind friendly atmosphere and everyone who works there is so nice and respectful. These guys are the real deal here! Julio the owner is the most humble, genuine , kind and respectful owner I have ever met!!!He literally deserves an award! I will continue to be a loyal customer at this wash until the end of time! They have my business indefinitely and those who know me, know that I am extremely picky and have high standards. So just know that when you choose to go to Soapy J s, you will not only get catered to like family but you will get the best wash you ve ever received hands down!Thank you guys at Soapy J s for making every experience an absolute pleasure! Awesome place to wash your car. The owner is amazing. He s so nice the workers are amazing as well. I had a situation with a scratch in my car. I went there. The owner buffed it out for me and took all the scratches out and I had my car wash and it came out perfect no stains no nothing I will always go there to wash my car. I recommend anyone to go there one of the best. Car wash.

Great customer service and cleaning!! I had a nasty spill on my passenger seat. The seat looked a mess when I got there but looked and smelled brand new when I left. My whole car looked amazing inside and out! I will definitely be going back!Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

So I used to love this place , went a couple of months ago, boy what a disappointment, so I decided to go again, another disappointed experience, there are so many car washes opening, to have such a poor experience !

Been going to Soapy's J's for the last few months now, and todays visit I got a chance to chat with the owner, Julio, I joked with him about not having senior or veterans discount but he told me about the special on Wednesdays. It was nice talking with him. The wash I got today was just as good as the first one I got. They even take the time to dry the inside of the door jams. His employees are just as nice as Julio. I will continue to use Soapy's J's as my go to car wash, but on Wednesday. :) :) :)

Very happy with the service I received. The gentlemen that greeted me were very helpful in answering all my questions. The owner was super friendly as well. Very clean establishment. Most importantly my truck looks amazing! Looks like I just bought it! The gentleman Raymond that detailed my truck did a great job. Thanks guys!!

Very, very good people and service. I went there today with my mom's car because she asked me to wash the car before she took it for a service call. I got there and they just closed. The owner asked if I just needed the outside washed and opened the bay for me to go through. I appreciate him very much. What a wonderful small buisness owner. He won my business and I recomend everyone to go there! It's nice to see such service. I got a quick wash and the car looks better than some premium washes at other places. This is the place to go and get your car cleaned and detailed. Give these fine people more buisness everyone!!!!!

Went to Soapy J s this morning with my sisters and we were greeted with nothing but kind great service. The owner was so nice he interacted with us great conversation while we waited for our car. I made the terrible choice to get my car washed here because the unlimited wash packages were cheaper. Bad idea! The guy who is supposed to be drying the cars seemed so bored that he only kinda dried the top of the car and the top of the doors. I'm not going to make a big deal of a wet car. I don't live very far, so could dry it when I got home. As soon as I got to the back of my car, I saw scratches from one side to the other side. Not just one line scratch. Rows of scratches as if something was dragged along the hatch. The outer sides of the windshield still had dirt. I didn't even dry the car because it was still dirty. I went back and showed the owner the damages. He said he washes high-end cars and he has never had any complaints. There's always a first time. He said the car was dirty because it was windy. I tell him those scratches were not there my car has always been hand washed. So he accuses that car wash of having dirt in their buckets. I have NEVER left that carwash with scratches on my car. He offered to wash my car again. As if I would let them put my car back in there! He offered to buff the scratches as I was getting in my car. Didn't say that until he knew I was done talking to him. Them buff? Yeah okay! I guess I got a lesson in "lo barato acaba saliendo caro" the cheap ends up being expensive! Unless you plan on getting your car detailed or painted DON'T GO TO THIS CARWASH! Unless you have a high-end car. This carwash doesn't scratch those cars. SMH

I went here the day after Christmas and from the minute I pulled up the guys were friendly, kind and very helpful. They did a fantastic job in spite of the bitter cold and I was so happy with the condition of my car. I can't say enough about these men - hard working and very sweet. God bless them!

I went to the Tunnel of Terror Halloween themed car wash. It was such a unique idea and added a layer of fun to the experience that I really enjoyed! My car looks great as well! The best part was the guy running through with the chainsaw

Their Tunnel of Terror was soooo worth it!!! It was a great weekend activity to get scared, get treats for the kids, and get an amazing carwash all at the same time. But for all my Halloween fanatics who normally don t scream be ready for a fright!

I had brought my white car for a quick clean and one of the nice workers there had shown me that the roof of my car was entirely black with sap from the tree near where I park. I m not tall enough to see it but I appreciate his help in getting it cleaned up.

I was a paid customer and got told that I needed to wait because the managers wife's car was getting done and there was a line of cars piling up. That is very unprofessional the managers wife's car should have been stopped not

They have a scary car wash!!! Worth the experience. Please remember to leave your door unlocked and be prepared for an experience. P.S. My little brother cried after this worth it.
