Not sure if they have robotic automated comments but anything above 2 star is a lie. The dealership itself looks like chaos, and that's exactly what I received doing small business with them. Robert, is your average scamming shady car dealer. I don't know why I expected more looking a his chaotic shop with documents piled everywhere but yes, if your looking for a car dealer go somewhere else. I'm only writing this review because this is review I'd wish I seen before checking this place out. Smh, I know how most dealers are all scammy n stuff but Robert is just too old to still be lying and scamming the youth the way he does. That's my review, shop here at your own risk. Don't say I didn't tell u so.

I bought a transit connect from this company. They sold me a lemon. They will lie right in your face to sell a car. I will never recommend tihs dealerships to anyone. Such a bad problem with this connect. I don t know if it is worth fixing. This dealership made it seem like you can trust them. You better count your fingers after a hand shake. I have been in the electrical business for over 20 years and never would treat a customer like that. They gave me a 1500 mile warranty. I guess I was the fool. Well I say goodbye RR. I will make it a point to tell all my customers and friends about this problem. Truck only had 66,000 miles on it.

I came in and purchased a car to take a road trip in. Wasn't looking for anything fancy, settled on a Saturn Ion with VERY LOW mileage... I was up front about when I needed the car, as I had over $700 in concert tickets about 3000 miles away... I was assured that it would be just a couple weeks tops to do an inspection and have the car registered and on the road... it seemed like a long time but what do I know?.. I was rushed to pay in advance (huge mistake on my part but they were "freinds of the family" so I figured "hey, I can trust them", which if you're keeping score, was the first of many mistakes)...Time keeps passing by so I call in to find out what's taking so long and several times am told just another couple days... Along the way to "a couple of days" turning into over 2x months, it comes to light that I was SOLD A CAR that they had NO TITLE for because they got it at auction and it still had UNPAID LIENS....In the end, $2,000 worth of camping gear, all my vacation time for the year and $700 worth of concert tickets that I couldn't scalp in time went to waste while I waited for RR Motors to actually own the car that they sold me...If they would do this to "friends" I can't imagine what they would do to strangers...Further, in the first few weeks of owning this lemon POS the blinkers and lights start shorting out and melting because of a blatantly exposed bare wire that I, as a novice, could recognize and address in about 30 seconds.. so who know if they even did an inspection... But I suppose that was to be expected by that point...

Absolutely no negations, didn t seem like he wanted to make a sale, lied about the car and it s worth, very weird and no people skills. Not professional. Wouldn t recommend.

terrible customer service & bad people skills, not friendly, wasnt looking to make a sale, the guy made my daughter feel very uncomfortable, dont even bother negotiations AT ALL.

The worst customer service I ever gotten! My car needed only rear toes to loosen up and this guy wants to keep my car for days to change toe parts for more than $ 400
