I have used Q-tip several times and it is my go-to carwash! Todd the owner is very receptive to any questions or problems. The extreme wash is the best one!

Love Q-Tipp carwash! It s touchless so it won t scratch my car and leaves it spotless! It s also open 24 hours which is so convenient. I won t go anywhere else!

these reviews are fake, the machine ate my money and would not wash the car it froze after applying soap on the car, i called them no one answers they have no customer service if something goes wrong you are on your own first and last time i bring my car there

Perfect for when you need a wash but nowhere else is open. I m impressed by the owner s responses to criticisms on this platform. He s not defensive and has a customer s-always-right approach. Kudos!

So far the best automated car wash I know. They have a good amount of options, the proces are fair, and it really is a good clean for a touchless wash.Unfortunately the hot wash blew off my thin decal stripes, but I guess I could have seen that coming!All in all I'm happy with the experience.

Absolutely the best car wash I ve been to in a while. It actually gets the dirt off and it s touchless. Make sure you drive slowly on the way in to clean out the underneath. I went a little too fast. Need to visit once per week to keep my SUV bright white.

Seems pretty good. High pressure wash was very effective. Dryers were pretty much useless on my pickup. Had to dry it myself with towel after wash. Didn't see any self serve vacuums, but I was not looking for them and may have just missed them.

Was looking for a touchless wash for my new car when I found this place. Ive been before to wash myself but this time I went through the automatic. Now Im looking for solutions to fix the chips in my paint, water pressure was super high. Wash your car yourself and stay away from the automatic if you care about your car.

Quality of the car wash was not great. My car was not that dirty and still had dirt on it after the wash, and I did pay for the most expensive ($16) they had. For a touch less wash though I have not found one yet that gets the job done 100%. On the other hand customer service was great. I told the guy my car was still dirty and without argument he ran me through again, so kudos for that. For a quick wash I would use again being that it s not expensive and they get the undercarriage pretty good. If you want your car spotless go somewhere else

Just want to say that this is the best car wash that I have been to. Does not matter how dirty your car is it will come out clean with no brushes. I had the privilege of meeting the owner and the place is always keep very clean. I highly recommend this car wash if you want to take care of your car and keep it clean, especially through the winter. Thank you Q-TIPP!!AL

Touch-less is thu way to go!! Forget the days of swirl marks and fine scratches. Get your vehicle detailed and trust Q-Tipp to keep your vehicle clean until the next detail.

I had a problem one morning after applying my money to the cash machine. After paying, it was an issue and the bay shut down before moving my car in. I called the business and Todd took care of the problem and gave me 2 free car washes. Great customer service. Besides that, if your the type that don t want scratches and swirl marks on your paint, this is the car wash for you. The best car wash I been to that gets the job done without damaging your paint. Highly recommend!

I've been here a few times because its quick and the only one opened at any hour since it is all automated. One complaint I have is at the end of the wash when it rushes you out during the drying stage. If you don't slowly pull out your car will not be dry. There is a countdown timer at the end during the drying stage. After that you would assume you could somehow use the vacuums even after paying for the top tier wash service. But the vacuums didn't even work at that time plus also cost money to operate. With no one there you are pretty much getting what you see.Overall. It decent for something quick if you are in a rush and it's late/early or don't want to do it yourself.As for the quality of the wash of their best wash, $17 when I went. It was good, just wish I had more time for the drying process, and then I'd be able to say and rate higher.

Nice place, prices and location (near highway for fast drying). Didn't give 5 stars because it didn't remove several bird stains even after spraying Turtle Wax Bug and Tar remover prior to the wash. Also be careful drying the car with towels, the touchless wash does not fully remove all dirt.Edit: They upgraded the system and I am very impress with the overall result. They deserve the 5 stars now, and the owner/manager is very friendly as well. I would still advice against drying the car with a towel. Better off with air drying in the highway.

Pretty good car wash, and even probably deserves 5 stars. I have been there twice and every time my front wheel rims are left dirty whereas the rear ones are sparkling clean. For this I have taken off one star.I'm not sure what the problem is..it looks like as if the system skips the front wheels altogether.

For the price you pay it s not that bad. It does what it needs to do for it not being hands on. Next time I would pay the extra money for someone to actually wipe down the car. I have a Nissan Rogue which it did not do justice on, the blower was not working in the most right entrance and I left the place soaking wet, this was on Sunday the 6th. I paid $15. I returned today to the most left entrance and it was $16. At least this time the blowers worked. It did a much better job on my Chevy Malibu. I would not recommend using a larger vehicle here. Not sure how the pictures posted are even accurate because I have yet to see that shine on either car.

Seriously the best car wash I've ever had. I've been back once or twice a week since they opened. This is a touchless car wash but it cleans better than any car wash I've ever been to including the ones where 6 dudes towel all the leftover dirt into your paint and call it "towel dry". Try it out, they're on Watertown Ave in Waterbury.

My boyfriend and I had went though the car wash last night and it did and it did amazing on his truck I was very impressed. I came today in my car and it didn t do a very good job. I got the $16 wash and I never got the wheel wash, or the triple foam like my boyfriend did last night. Was really looking forward to having my car as clean as his truck was but I was disappointed by how dirty the car came out.

My car was filthy from the winter and in just 5 minutes it looked brand new. I'm surprised how well it came out in such a short time! I didn't even have to get out of the car! Workers were respectful and very helpful. Best experience I've had with a car wash.

Todd, owner of the car wash is an awesome person! Aside of the wash being open 24 -7 regardless of the weather and it always doing an awesome job on my cars , he was a pleasure speaking with !!! I reccomend this wash pur of all the rest I've been to while living in the area . Any issues with the wash , etc contact him he does not hesitate to come and make things right !!! for this guy and this wash !!

Proffesional staff had me loving this place before they even did any work. I brought my subaru Impreza here and couldnt believe how awesome the touchless car wash came out. I take my car to be cleaned often and nothing was as effective as their car wash. Beyond impressed with my service & results. The BEST Part?? Prices were not like other places I have been to. Beyond fair & I'd say you get your moneys worth & more. I was recommended to Q-Tipp by my neighbor after he brought his '79 Corvette in for a detail. If he let people touch, nontheless work on his car that he normally wouldnt let leave the garage, I knew I was going to a place I could trust!

One the best touchless car washes I've been to. If the owners are around they always ask my thoughts on the wash. Easy access on and off the highway. Quality wash for the price. Have been and will be a repeat customer.

Can t figure out how to post pictures here but it made my truck look like it did the day I drove it off the lot. By far the best car wash I have found. Little bit narrow if your driving a full sized truck but no big deal! Will be back with my truck and my car!

Paid the 16 dollars for the car wash and the car came out looking filthy . Water spots everywhere, tires were not cleaned . The glass was dirty . Nothing was cleaned well. I would like a refund

By far the best car wash around. I'm not from the area, but I luckily found Q-Tipp on my way home from Mohegan Sun. I'm extremely particular about my car and I was shocked at how great the system cleaned my vehicle. I definitely will be bringing my car through Q-Tipp every time I head up anywhere near Waterbury!

I am very fickle about how my car is washed. I do not like brushes touching my car or anything that may scratch the paint. Touch-less is the way to go. I got my card and because Q-Tipp is 24hr, I can go whenever I want and have my car washed. It's a great service.

Does exactly what you want. Car comes out perfectly clean. Just be careful right now because the town is redoing the road and there is like a 4 inch ledge trying to get into the parking lot. So go slow at an angle or you'll blow up a tire.

If you re super picky about your paint and need a quick wash, or you want the salt to come off your car in the winter but don t want swirl marks this is the best touch less car wash in Connecticut hands down.

wouldn't bring my car anywhere else!!!! Absolute great service and best of all great people!! Colors through the wash are fun for the kids and even entertaining for adults ... Deffinetly the best carwash I've ever been to!
