I have been a customer of Platinum Car Wash & Oil for several years and it's the best place to go to clean my car and do an oil change. I have tried other places but in my opinion there's no comparison. I'm very pleased with the professionalism of Erik the Waterbury manager and his staff. They not only do an excellent job but are also very friendly and dedicated to make sure you're happy with the outcomes of the work performed on your vehicle. This location facility is always clean and although busy is not crowded, making it easy and convenient to get in and out quickly. I truly recommend this location to anyone.

By far the best location I ve been too. Staff are extremely courteous: Most notably Justin & Eric. They took great care of my SUV in the lube, and detail center. Best two employees I ve come across in the years I have been coming here.

The car wash itself was fine, however it appears after I went to the car wash in November for a wash, my debit card information became compromised and was used to sign someone else up for the $45 a month plan. I never signed up for the plan and when I did go online to see if there was an account in my name, there was not, indicating it was used for someone else. I had been charged $48 for two months in a row, but luckily I caught it this month. I have used the car wash in the past and have gotten my oil changed, however, after this experience, I will not be patronizing the business anymore and would not recommend.

Thank you to all of the staff! A big thank you to Danilo who took the time to explain everything to me fully, patiently making sure that I understood anything I was unsure about. He was polite, professional, and very kind. I would definitely come back here and although all of the staff were great, I would personally ask for Danilo. Thank you all so much!

On December 9th I paid 12.46 for a single car wash. On January 9th I was charged a monthly fee. Went in on January 21st at 8am to get refund and every body had me going in circles saying I'll get help. No on helped me until 9 and the was talking to me like I was lying and giving me looks even tho I have the bank statements. Finally got my money back at 9:26am.

Came here in a Friday afternoon around 11 for an oil change and wash. Waited inside in front of the service window waiting for someone for 10 minutes. Left without any services.I know car wash and auto shops aren t known for service, but even bad service is better than no service.

They have been double billing me for months. Tried to cancel my account online and my information can t be located. Shady operation there.Edit: Manager was supposed to call Monday to figure things out. It s now Wednesday and I haven t heard anything. Time to call the BBB.

Out of all Platinum locations I have been to, this is by far the cleanest and best looking one with everything that is needed for customers always being in stock as well. In the lube, detail, and loading cars, these guys go above and beyond!

I took my Car in to Mark & David for an oil change and received impeccable service. Great first impression for a NY to now new CT resident. They were both very polite, down to earth, hardworking, & got down to business as soon as I arrived. Fast service and attention to detail. Check them out!!!

Nice kids there,and honest too.I dropped my credit card there a couple months back,and RETRACED MY STOPS.I THOUGHT I WOULD NEVER SEE THE CARD AGAIN.STOPPED BACK THERE TO CHECK AND THE ATTENDANT CAME WALKING OUT OF THE PAYMENT HUT WITH MY CARD AND RECEIPT FROM MY EARLIER VISIT.THAT MEANT A WHOLE LOT TO ME,AND SHOULD TO YOU GUYS ,TO GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.THEY HAVE MY RESPECT AND BUSINESS FOREVER.GO THERE!!!! GO!!!! GO!!!! HONESTY MEANS A LOT.

This place is the bomb, attendants do a great job, the monthly plan with vac is $40 a month they do a ton- rubber floor mats washed are $1 per piece not bad, quick they pay attention to detail, they've even got free vacs if you want to do yourself.

Wish there was a zero!! Our experience was not good, the oil filter that was used when it was replaced was the wrong size and it fell off and all the oil drained out potentially could have been a disaster the only good experience was the efficient manager that personally came to my home and put the correct filter on and refilled the oil

This is one of the worst car wash in area. The just use the foam no soap or wax. Brushes don t even touch your car if they do they will scratch it full of sand, and it s not even drying at all, the guy at end just do little touches with rag, if you find him. Also it s one of the most expensive car wash. Customer service is horrible.
