Exceptional Service at Pete's Tire Barn, Thanks to Store Manager Joe! (5 stars)I was in a jam with my tire and ended up at Pete's Tire Barn Waterbury. I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the level of service I received, and it's all thanks to the store manager, Joe.Joe's prompt and professional service truly stood out. When I arrived at the store with a flat tire, Joe immediately greeted me with a warm smile and a willingness to help. He took the time to assess the issue, explained the problem in a clear and understandable manner, and discussed the available solutions. This level of transparency and willingness to educate the customer was greatly appreciated.Not only did Joe fix my tire efficiently and effectively, but he also went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. He patiently answered all of my questions and offered valuable insights to help me make an informed decision.Joe's exceptional customer service skills and tire expertise made what could have been a stressful situation a breeze. It's evident that he takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. Good vibes , friendly , good prices and definitely did not take advantage of me just because I'm a woman { that was a plus } Got 4 new tires / mounted and balance at a price that did not break my pockets . definitely would recommend .

No matter when I show up with a tire issue these guys are always very nice and accommodating, and since I purchased the tires from them they never charge me.

Had a flat on my tractor trailer and these got me right and handled it more professionally than any other shop I've ever been to. They were friendly precise and got it done quickly so I could get back on the road.

Pricing was significantly cheaper than Costco and Town Fair Tire including taxes and fees. Right near 84, easy to get to and friendly service. Its worth a drive regardless of where you are coming from. I tell all of my friends to call and ask for Cody.

I pulled in with a flat tire on my tri axle they took it off the truck checked it out turned out to be a leaking valve stem so he replaced that and not the tire now that's some honest people right there they could have charged me for a brand new tire but they didn't they did the right thing highly recommend Pete's tire Barn good honest people here

Went in there with a screw in my Tacoma's tire. They took it in on the spot and had it plugged and remounted in 15 miniutes for under $20. Couldn't ask for any more. Thanks guys
