Only came here for the Amazon pick up site. They have Amazon lockers that can be used to pick up a package. It fast and easy to do, honestly it took me more time to figure out the store hours than to pick up my package.

Visited this repair shop instead of the mall and the service was astounding and fairly fast, A.J. was extremely courteous and knowledgeable and had us out of the storefront quickly. I suggest giving them a try, so far we haven't been disappointed at all.

I brought in my playstation 4 that wasnt working properly. After leaving it for a bit they called me to say they had it working for them. Turns out it was mostly a me issue. I felt so embarrassed but they were very kind and understanding stating they wouldnt sell me anything I didn't need. 5/5 would recommend.

This place is conveniently close to my home, very clean. Besides, one employee being super serious, he was helpful, and I just wished he'd smile or give better eye contact. They got the job done.

DO NOT GO HERE. They skimmed money from me, Took my hard drive with all my contents on it and replaced it with a new one without telling me. This place seems sketch all over. The owner was very short with me when calling and checking on my ps4 consistently. Overall I would not recommend ANYONE coming here.

I had a crack in my phone screen and needed it repaired quickly. I went into One Touch and they fixed it within the hour. The staff was polite, helpful and the price was just right.

I was looking to buy a Nintendo Switch and luckily they had it, i bought it, it was ordered and delivered and it felt so good to see that it was well taken care of, meaning the packaging was brand new and in mint condition. Definitely recommend to anyone that may want to buy either a phone or a gaming console and a plus that as soon as you walk in, there is someone available to attend you, and the services are great, i am very please with the services and the prices are amazing

I originally brought my daughter's PS4 to be repaired. The orginal price was $63.81. I made a $50. cash deposit since they don't accept cresit cards. I called a week later to check the staus of the PS4 and was not given an answer. I was told about 3 time the tech was not in. When I called back one last time to check the status I was told the repair would cost $125.I aked what about the $50 and I was told it would be applied to the bill. The store does not offer any refunds only store credit. On 8/26/20 I went with my daughter to pick up the PS4. As I was about to make our final payment the Sales Associate said the balance is $125.00. I said excuse me I was told $125. And his response was Ah No. The $50. went towards the $175. total.I explained to them why in the world would I spend $175. to repair a PS4 that I bout on Black Friday for $200. This place is very unprofessional. So I had to use our store credit to purchase items I did not need. Who ever is reading this review please save you money and energy and go somewhere else. I hope the place get shut down.One last thing my daughter's PS4 had 1tb, and they tried to replace it wigh 500gb and they made it seem like they were doing her a favor mean while the where ripping us off.Thanks for reading.

Brought my Samsung S8+ in for a repair and they got that done quicker, and for a cheaper price than other stores were estimating. It took about 4 days because they needed to order the screen to do the repair. And when it came in, they had the job done on the day the part came in. Very efficient and professional. Not sure who the other reviewers had, but the techs I worked with were great!

I went to get my graphic tablet fixed since one of my cats jumped on it and ruined the LCD screen and when I got the call that it was ready. I was shocked and joyed when I got there because it was like a new tablet. The cashier and I were looking at it like, "is this a new tablet?" And to both of our surprise it was and I was Soo happy to find out that they got me a whole to tablet for the same price of the repair. Store Owner Ed is so great and their customer service is amazing. I'm happy I went to them with my repair

Got my iPhone fix their twice for 116 first time my screen fell through my case idk how that s even possible the second time the led broke and they basically said the parts r back cause it s and old phone. Go to ifix in the mall it s only 70 beans and a 15 minute wait plus my daughter just launch my phone and my screen is in perfect condition

I went there to get my daughters iPad fixed and the service was great and quick, the staffs were simply amazing and very friendly the manager John was very helpful Also have an amazing personality that you don t see everyday. also bought a ps5 from there and as everyone knows they are impossible to find anywhere else so if you need one that s the place to go .

I have begun to relie on One Touch Repair on Bank St in Waterbury, CT as my default UPS delivery spot. Home delivery is quite inconvenient given the schedules me and my family keep, and the sustained porch-piracy campaign plaguing our neighborhood.The folks in this facility are always polite and prompt with service. And just as important, if I haven't gotten a text notification of delivery from UPS, I can always call them and ask if my package has arrive yet.Great service to our busy community.

I was have an issue downloading the new Warzone update for my PS4 to the point where It kept crashing external drive wasn t working seriously looking to get a new PlayStation and then at the last resort I called one touch repair spoke to a guy name David who work there. He had me bring my PlayStation in. David diagnosed the problem very quickly cleaned up a couple things and I was able to play war zone later on that evening. thank you one touch repair I recommend them!!! definitely reach out and speak to David. His staff works miracles

Went for a screen repair for my IPhone 7 and I was in and out in under 45 min. A reasonable price, they also provide a warranty for defects after repairing your phone, and give you half off your next screen repair if you crack it again. All in all a great experience at One Touch and I appreciate the lady s great customer service and help.

Excellent place to pick up UPS deliveries missed at home. Staff was friendly, polite and professional. Kudos to a great staff!

Horrible! Took a playstation there to fix. After many weeks they called saying they are unable to fix but if they can keep it for spare parts. Who does that!!! I said I will collect it. When I got there, they appeared shocked because I went a day earlier as I was in the area. Said they have to "put it back together". I waited for almost an hour to get "a unit" back. I'm not even convinced it is the one I took there. I would not recommend this place. They seemed very sketchy.

These people were so good to us. We had a gmail lock phone and EDDIE and his team helped us get it off. We also fixed our tablet and he did a great job as well. 5 stars for them. Will always come back to one touch repair

Don t ever get anything repaired here it is a scam paid almost 200 hundred dollars to fix my hdmi port on PlayStation go back home no sound or picture but charged me almost 200$ lawsuit coming your way

I brought a receiver to the store to get it fixed. We worked together on looking for the parts and found out it was as much to repair it as getting a new one. He checked eBay. I checked Amazon and google. It was slightly cheaper to have him fix it. I decided to go a completely different route and they never charged me a penny to diagnose the issue. I got my receiver back couple days later when I had free time to go get it but it was put back together the same day I dropped it off.
