i bought a 1977 toyota celica which was going to my retirement car for weekends l had it shipped to AUSTRALIA and talking to the guys at national car brokers on numinous occasions asking if the car had any rust in it at all with them saying no its rot free well the car arrived here last week and there is rott in the floor area and in the front of the chassis which will not meet Australian car registration requirements thanks a lot this is only good for parts now and the paint job is really bad as well its seems its been sprayed with a pressure pack can l,m so disappointed and l do NOT recommend NATIONAL AUTO BROKERS

Bought a Legacy 2.5i limited with all the features and it has been a joy to drive and beautiful car the guys were awesome and treated me right and helped me out incredibly.... reading the bad reviews I don't know why people are buying cars and having problems A YEAR LATER and then blaming the car dealership seems like an intelligence issue on the consumers part... But YES this dealership is absolutely a good spot to buy cars...

Went there to purchase a vehicle with my mother The staff couldn t be more friendly and less pressure. We test drove a bunch of vehicles. They were happy to work with us and give us suggestions. All super nice people. The numbers that we were initially promised were numbers we got couldn t have been happier overall with the experience, everything on their lot seems well taken care of. We definitely recommend purchasing a used car from them

My experience going to this establishment, absolutely good. The individual that I worked with was very nice. If you need a good used car to purchase, I definitely recommend this establishment. They have so many vehicles to choose from, I was able to find a nice vehicle last year. Location easy to find with your Google maps, close proximity to Southbury and communities in surrounding areas.

I bought a car from them 11 months ago. My drive shaft broke into pieces which in turned pull the linkage off my transmission. That cost a pretty penny. Now my radiator is shot. Water came out like Niagara Falls. I would never buy from them again. If I didn't have payments, that car would be sitting in their lot as junk

Bought a 96 Mazda Rx7 from National Auto Brokers. These guys are awesome ! Answered all my questions, went on a awesome test drive and was super happy with the buy. They have a great selection of cars and are all very clean. Coming back next week to pick up the SUV for the wife and kids. Thank you so much guys! See you soon

I purchased a 2006 Toyota Tacoma from National Auto Brokers in January 2021. When I bought the vehicle, I knew that it was being sold in as-is condition; however, the information that I was given about the truck has repeatedly been proven to be inaccurate. In the eleven months that I have owned the car, I have only put approximately 3,000 miles on it, as it was always intended to be my secondary vehicle. However, even with minimal driving, I have already spent over $4,000 repairing it. First the tires. I was told when I purchased the truck that there was at least 50% tread on all of the tires. However, I just had to replace all four tires, as there was hardly any tread left on them. There is no way that I used up that much of the tires having only driven 3k miles. I was also told that the brakes were in solid shape and had at least 50% of their life left. Though I have not had to completely replace the brakes, they have already needed repairing. In addition, I just replaced the front struts, as they broke. Given how little I have driven the truck, their condition should have been caught prior to NAB selling the car. I have also had to repair the air conditioning as well as an engine sensor. When I reached out the company, I was met with lip service. I was told that it s an older car, and I should expect more maintenance. I fully expect to maintain any car, but the number of problems that have happened in such a short amount of time goes well beyond normal wear and tear. The manager also offered to buy back the truck for a fair portion of what I paid. In other words, he wanted to give me less than I paid, after I put over $4k into the vehicle, and in a market where cars are selling more quickly and for more money than what I paid in January. The offer was not a genuine one, as it would just allow him to turn a profit. He also claimed that the vehicle had a safety inspection clearly not a good one if so much was missed! This company does not thoroughly or effectively check out its cars prior to selling, and it misrepresents vehicles conditions. The employees only care about the money and not doing the right thing. This is appalling, and I would not recommend National Auto Brokers to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere!

Worst dealer ever. how dare you to order a client"Get out" ?! Spent 3 hours to see car. I was trying to talk about the car. But guy was not even listen me. After that got angry and offered them 5k less for the car that i interested and one of them told me "get out". Do not even think about stopping by at this place!

I bought my car from National Auto Brokers, with Eric's help. Had a great experience! They went above and beyond with the whole process. Never any haggling, I was met with honesty, respect, and patience. I am beyond happy with my car and have had no issues since. I highly recommend! Thank you!

This was the best place I have ever done business and will return for all my car needs. Lou Longo was so professional, honest and took care of everything from advice for the best car for me to the financing and warranty!! It was a pleasure doing business there and I highly recommend looking there for your next car !!!

Bought a car there a little over a year ago. Snake oil salesman and owner. They don t even have a lift to put the car on to look underneath. Car was tracked and had an accident. Wasn t on the Car Fax. Wouldn t put me in contact with the previous owners. No paperwork about it s past. Car leaked when it rained or when you washed it. Every time I called or texted, always ducked their responsibility. And the salesman kept talking about his expensive cars. I have their names. Plain all out lied to me. And when I asked them to help me sell the car, I got a runaround. NEVER HO TO THESE LIARS.

I recently just bought a beautiful chevy camaro here, & I had such a great, stress free, & speedy car buying experience from here, my sales person was Lou he was very polite, very pleasant to deal with & very attentive, I was in and out signing the paper work in less than 10 minutes, I definitely highly recommend this place to anyone looking to buy! So I am a repeat customer quite a few times now and even on my seventh car buying at National they outdid themselves again. I had made a bad decision on the car I was buying and they allowed me to come back in and make a second choice and it was exactly what I needed.Another quality car from National now seven times and running!

The reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because of the treatment they give you once you've bought the vehicle and how they treat you when you need it taken care of while still under their warranty. I purchased full price did not finance. While I was there for the purchase of course all good very polite and very professional.as soon as we took the car back due to sound coming from front of vehicle it was hell. they acted like we were bothering, they treated us like they did not care, we were sent to the shop next door and they had us on a back and forth just to get car in shop.when they finally did the car needed over 900$ in repairs, once finished I asked for the invoice and they refused to give me one and stated that I needed to go back to dealer to get one.They spoke to us as if what they had just done to the car didn't need to be fixed & paid for by dealership THAT THEY DID US A FAVOR!!! We go back to dealer once again, a few days after due to a valve on left front tire and that was another issue, to the point a staff member stated that he didn't have to do this meaning fix the tire. They are very unprofessional and rude. When they should be providing a better care of customer not only during purchase but also while still under their WARRANTY. I CERTAINLY WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND.

I bought a car from them, the process was mostly transparent, I did have to ask what the "DOC" fee was going to be but other than that there was no BS price shuffling, I wasn't 4 squared and the things I requested be taken care of before the sale were taken care of. They took care of getting me third party financing at a reasonable rate. It has been over a month and the car is still running well.

Long story short not a bad place I brought a car so far so good. However prior to buying it it was a dirty on the roof panel in the interior. Went to buy it figured it would be cleaned and it wasn't. Driving away after buying it seatbelt won't buckle. I ended up cleaning the interior with a 5$ bottle from AutoZone. And eventually they did fix the seat belt buckle. After saying they ordered a new one. So aside from that I think they could've made more effort into really taking care of the customer and the car they sell. The seat belt is a safety concern by far and should've been on a punch list to check. I would highly recommend you thoroughly go the car and address any concerns.But overall the people seemed nice as any salesman should.

I purchased my son his first car here and picked it up July 13, 2019. I decided to go with the Subaru legacy. I ve always have a Subaru and they are super dependable in the winter. Mike was amazing! Very knowledgeable. The second week of September my son experienced a breakdown with the car. I called Mike and he immediately sent a flatbed to my residence to pick up the car. I live north of Watertown. They replace three major parts! After we took the car back, two days later there was another issue. I called Mike, explained what was happening, and he sent somebody to pick up the car. It was a minor fix and the dealership fixed it! I can t say enough good things about National Auto Brokers. Mike explain to me the part that needed to be replaced. Mike went above and beyond. I have searched over two months for a car for my son. I wanted something safe as he is a first time driver, and, I wanted to know that I can always call the dealer should something happen. I absolutely picked the right place to purchase this car! Thank you Mike and Lou and Ed and the whole team at National !

I was directed here from AutoTrader. They had the perfect car that fit my budget and taste and worked hard to get me a 2nd loan. Mike was very courteous and professional through the whole process. These guys helped make it happen and I'm very satisfied with my new ride. I can't thank them enough.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I went to this dealership about 25 minutes away from where I live. Talked to a man on the phone the day before about coming and checking out a 2010 Mazda 6 isport. The man on the phone told me to come in the next day to check it out so I did just that. I get there and right off the bat I m not even greeted but a man tells me in the worst attitude that he didn t have the car. I proceeded to ask why they would tell me to come all the way here if they didn t have the car and he tells me I don t know what to tell you I sold it to my friend. So unprofessional. So rude. I will never recommend this to place to my worst enemy. Do yourself a big favor and don t buy your car here.

Simple purchase experience. Did dealer financing there with Louis in and out in 3 hours with trading my Subaru in for Mazda Tribute. I highly recommend good friendly people and no pressure sales.

Bought a 2009 VW TDI a month ago, great price, great car....I am very pleased with it!! Most importantly, the staff at National Auto Brokers are amazing...Bart, Justin and Eddy were great to do business with; honest, dedicated and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend National Auto Brokers to all! I hope they will be there if I am in need of another car in the future.

Not for myself personally, but my boyfriend was pleased with the friendliness of staff! They willingly replaced a timing belt and took care of a Toyota recall. Very smooth transaction..

I love my SUV that I bought a month ago and when it got warmer out I noticed the AC needed a refill, they were great no questions asks took me in the next day. Would definitely recommend them.

Very good to sell, but very bad to fulfill the guarantee. They sold me a lemon for a GMC 2011 Model Acadia bus. It was returned many times by the altenador, then the starter, the battery, electrical problems and to complete the engine on 2 occasions. I do not recommend them to my worst enemy.

NAB is an outstanding dealership to work with. I dealt extensively with Ed during my car purchase and even afterwards when I had questions with my vehicle. These guys are an asset to the community and I highly recommend looking at these guys first when you go to purchase a vehicle.

Mike and eddy were excellent... the Lexus that I purchased was better than I thought it was going to be I was extremely satisfied. The car was better than I had expected I would definitely buy from National Auto Brokers again
