This gentleman was fantastic. We were visiting friends here in Waterbury when we got a flat. We could not have been more happy with his service. He is efficient, professional & genuinely kind. I couldn't wait to share his contact information with my friends...excellent service!

Went here directly after a flat tire at night. These guys were open (Love the fact that they were open when nobody else was). Friendly staff, fast & efficient. My tire was also in great shape and for such a good price. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Make you feel welcomed and very friendly. I would for sure reccomend to my friends & family.

They went above and beyond to help me during a very stressful moment in the middle of a winter storm all while being 2 hours away from home. As a result of hitting an object in the middle of the highway I ended with two flat tires. They were nice enough to wait after hours for my car to get towed to their location and mounted on two tires quickly so I can be on my way. Very pleasant and understanding. I m not from the area but would definitely travel just to grab some new tires in the future. Thanks again!

What can I say these Guys are Great. I refer them any and everyone. Great customer service 24hr roadside assistance, haven t had to use it but glad to know they re available if needed..They will always have my business. Keep Up The Great Work Guys

Once you call and he picks up or even when you pull into the garage and see him the stress of the immediate Tire problem goes out the window because you know he's going to handle it professionally, honestly and when you pull off you know that you're tires are done right not with the paranoia that something else is going to go wrong. He's definitely a superhero when compared to other tire shops. All do blessings go to the most high for providing a brother like him

Best used tire shop in Waterbury. Been using them for 10 plus years. Best tire prices in town with excellent customer service. Will go beyond and above to help you in anyway they can. You will not find better prices with professional service on tires anywhere in the area than these guys. These guys been doin this since I moved here 15 years ago and always been top notch. Would recommend to anyone looking for good used tires. A+++++

Had a flat couldn't get out my driveway on top of that I taught I was gonna be late for work NOPE NOT ON THESE GUYS WATCH. The pack there tools in there car & help me out great great shop to have around our neighborhood keep it up. Very respectful & Good coustomer care .

Small establishment owner was great, reasonable reasonable rates.. Call My Tire Guy if u need tires or hv tire issues...he does road calls ....broke down with a flat? He'll rescue u.....

They don t answer the phone and no one is never there. How can they be 24 hours if you can t get ahold of anyone. Poor service and I won t recommend no one to them. Go to American Mufflers they are great

Very through removing and prepping the rims for the replacement tires. They make sure there are no leaks and they really treat the customer with respect.
