Had a minor break in the flange between the catalytic converter and pipe to the muffler. They had a few cars in the garage already. Seemed pretty busy. Manager got it up on a lift in less than 10 minutes. Diagnosed. Provided a cost for a quick repair and said I could probably be out within 30-45 min or less. Did an excellent job and I was out in less . I think the job went so well on his end, for I was pleasantly surprised as he shaved off a little bit from the quoted price. Been to this location long time ago for similar issues - same excellent service. I could ve saved maybe 80% of the close to $200 by crawling underneath, cutting the pipe, picking up a sleeve and doing it myself. But at this stage, it was just worth it to have the right guys with the right equipment just knock it off and do it correctly. Plus it made a happy wife. Highly recommended.

These guys are the best!!! I go to them for all my car needs they always do great work they immediately inform you if you have something wrong so you can take care of it and not run into problems later you want great service reliability and honesty these guys are the way to go!!! Thanks for always making my visit so pleasant and taking excellent care of my car

Don t go here! The service is horrible. They change their prices depending on people. I go for oil change and get charged $50 but my brother in law goes here and gets charged $37 and his car is a newer version of mine. They don t do nothing to answer your questions they just group up and try to figure out what s going on. Terrible customer service. And then come to find out my oil wasn t filled how it s supposed to it was filled 1/4 of the way I had to put more oil

Something on the road puncture one of the tires in my SUV and I'll have to take it to a shop to get a new one. I would actually get at least the two on the same axle. I started looking for tire shops nearby and liked what others had written when reviewing Monro Auto Services so, I called them to ask if they had the type and size of tire (245/45R19), my SUV needs.MICHAEL answered the phone and I tell him the above. He tells me "we don't have that tire in stock"Me: What would it take for you to get two,MICHAEL: I don't know, it would depend on the type and size of the tire,Me: Well, I just told you the information on the tire,MICHAEL: It would depend on the brand,Me: (thinking that, like most people today, we need to stay within budget), I ask him, "Which brand would be the least expensive",MICHAEL: I don't know, the are thousands of brands of tire.Realizing that he really doesn't want to help, I thank him and hang up.

When it comes to car care I will always come here. These guys are amazing mechanics. They go out of their way to make sure you re completely satisfied with the job. They re available whenever you call them which is a very good plus!

I brought my car here less than a year ago to have a new set of tires mounted. Unfortunately, I have been experiencing road noise issues for quite some time now. After investigating the problem further, it was discovered that the root cause of the issue was the improper mounting of the directional tires, leading to scalloping. As a result, I now find myself in the frustrating and costly situation of needing to replace the tires once again. I want to caution others to be aware of this issue and exercise caution when dealing with this company. It's disheartening to have such a simple task mishandled, causing significant inconvenience and expense for customers.

Always get my oil changes here, and they're always thorough, checking all the major potential issues and putting air in your tires if needed, all for a very reasonable price. Nice, trustworthy people imho. Recommend.

I never review but this was by far the best experience I ve had with servicing my car. Went in for a routine oil change this morning and was impressed by the warm welcome and friendly engagement. Definitely a very easy going environment. My car was in and out quickly and I got to see the entire service from where I sat. 10/10 would recommend. I will be happily returning to this location for my next service.

First time I came was to have my rotors replaced and they did an awesome job. Didn't try to upsell and everyone was extremely friendly and personable. Went again for an oil change and received the same treatment. They also walked me out to my car and recommended I go to the car wash and have the underneath of my car washed to remove the salt and prevent rusting from the winter time. I highly recommend this location, they will take care of you.

Wow! I was late for my appointment, and Chris still managed to get me in, in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and took his time. He showed me and let me know everything that needed to be done on my car. I would definitely start coming here from now on.

I ve always had love for Monroe, started from my first car in Baltimore, then I moved to Connecticut and I was hoping to get the same exceptional service. This location did not disappoint. It is by far the best place to get an oil change and general maintenance for my car. The employees are very kind and honest. Not like other shops that try to cheat you, they give you a fair price and are very accommodating. I especially want to thank Chris for doing an exceptional job at changing my brakes and doing an alignment on my car without overcharging me. I will always come here for my car needs

I have a high level of confidence in the staff at Monro. They honor their appointment times. You never wait too long. They inform you as they are working on your car, if they find something that needs your attention and how much longer you can go before it needs to be replaced or repaired. They're not pushy, they just do the correct thing and advise you when needed. They are professional, courteous, and honest at what they do.

This place is awesome! Needed a tune up and Jr squeezed me in even though they were super busy. He explained everything I needed to do and the costs upfront. He was very polite and professional. I highly recommend Monroe and to ask for Jr. If I could give them a 10 I would !

So I went here to get a exhaust put on my SUV Monday, and the people gladly overcharged to double the price it'd regularly would cost! First they start off with a higher number in this case they said it'll cost 1800 first then when I got the call they said 1266! Regularly the price should only be 6-700 dollars. But given the chance I guess On the other hand my car sounds amazing now so thanks

The manager was very courteous and friendly! I throughly enjoyed my service, I was able to have my exhaust system replaced in less than an hour. Plus the price was reasonable less than other places! Definitely going there again!

My experience with Monroe Mufflers since 2016 has been nothing but superb. The car needed all kinds of work. At the time Tom was the manager and his professionalism with me was excellent. He always explained everything and even showed me what needed to be done before doing it. I appreciate his wisdom and respected him for that. It's 2020 now Herman is the manager and he is the same way. Very courteous and kind. Chris who actually performed the work on the car is the same way. I am a stickler when it comes to repairs on my car, I wouldn't trust anyone else. With the repairs, because the professionalism that I get here. From the time I walk in the door. Upon the time I leave. I feel complete satisfaction. I totally recommend them. If you don't have a mechanic. You definitely won't be sorry. Excellent customer service extraordinary work performance It's a priority for me. And I say kudos to the whole team. And thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I brought various cars here over the past few months for different issues. They didn't charge me for any of the small things, which I really appreciated.All of the staff that I encountered were polite and I like how they showed me specifically what was wrong with my car.

I've been going to this location for 7 years or maybe even longer and Tom and his staff always do a good job never had any issues. The service is always done in a timely fashion. I always set up an appointment personally just because I don't like to wait but they always honor your appointment times and get the work done quick and right

Normally you get quick service and a cheap oil change. The other day I made a 2:00 pm appointment, had the car there by 1:50 and keys out of my hand by 1:55. 2:45 rolls around and my car still hasn t been serviced for a normal oil change. Couldn t wait any longer so I just left.

I never feel like I'm getting told anything needs a repair just for them to get more business. They're very trustworthy here and they work efficiently. If you make an appointment instead of a walk in theres no wait. I was in and out of there in less than half an hour for my oil change. This is my go to shop.

Here for an oil change with my husband. Very enjoyable experience. Knowledgeable employees and manager. Will be coming back here for any auto work that needs to be done in the future. Best shop I have ever been to and I'm a mechanics daughter. Not to mention it is completely wheelchair accessible

Place is a joke. Made an appointment for an oil change at 12:30 pm dropped my car off at 11:00am. Returned at 3:30 pm to pick up my car & the genius working the register said they forgot to do it. Didn t say sorry, or tried to make it right. Legit said it is what it is we forgot to do it. Terrible customer service . They continue to do business like this I m sure they won t be open much longer. Take your car somewhere else. This place and the staff clearly don t know what their doing there. Never again!!
