Customer service is great. I would receive updates on the order status and delivery date of the parts. Whenever the appraiser stopped by, I knew. My car appears brand-new and gorgeous. Huge thanks to Ened for the excellent detail and responsiveness. The Miri's Boat and Auto Body Shop comes highly recommended.

I had a car accident in December 2023 and Miri's Boat and Auto Body did my repairs and when I tell you they did an AMAZING job and Anned was extremely helpful throughout the process he called with updates every step of the way assisted me with my rental and the Big Boss himself even made sure I had a car even when my rental insurance was exhausted he paid out his pocket for the extra days. If you ever need you car repaired or simply wanna change color or whatever call Anned over at Miri's he is the best thanks to this shop my car looks brand new off the lot you guys got a 10 star in my book

I just bought the cutest bright yellow Fiat. I absolutely love to drive it. After having it for just shy of a month, I was in an accident. The front was pretty smashed up and I was in tears. The following day I called Fiat in Harford thinking that was the best place to bring it so they could match the color and replace the broken lights etc. quickly. When I called the day after the accident they told me that they were very busy and I had to wait about 6 weeks. Well my car wasn't drivable and just looking at it upset me. I immediately got on my computer and was looking for a 5 star autobody for this job. Miri's was the first place that I saw so I called them right when they opened. Miri the owner was sooooo nice on the telephone. He understood that I wanted it done ASAP and told me I could have the tow truck bring it immediately. That same day into the afternoon one of his helpers named Anette told me what was involved and gave me the price; I was called the same day as promised! He told me it would be done early the following week. I was shocked how quick they did the work as Fiat parts are not the easiest to get. Well the car was ready the day they said it would be. The price was what he initially told me. When I went to get it I was AMAZED by the INCREDIBLE paint job. It looked like it was just out of the Factory NEW! Miri the owner and Anette are soooo kind. I recommend this place 300 PERCENT! Thankyou to the both of you!!! I appreciate the EXCELLENT customer service of this business! My FIAT LOOKS BETTER THAN NEW!!! Thankyou so much! I was in a jam - needing immediate repairs on my Brakes, Pads & Rotors. Explaining my situation, Saimir calmly asked if I could get the vehicle to him. Despite no appointment, he and his staff took care of me on the spot. Not only did he explain the issue but showed me the problem. His professionalism and the way he took care of my vehicle was very impressive. He accommodated me his new customer without hesitation. Very transparent and honest! I came down after my accident and the body shop took care of the insurance company and all of the work needed to finish my car and make it look brand new! They repaired and painted 2 doors and a quarter panel and it came out perfect!! Would recommend Miris to all of my friends and family!

Thankful for the great team at Miris Autobody! I had some damage on my vehicle that I was originally quoted over a thousand dollars to fix. I brought it over to Miri and he saved me over 300$!!! Can t beat the prices and quality of work they do for their customers! Will recommend Miri to everyone I know!

I highly recommend Miri s for any kind of body and paint work. I have had them do everything from small cosmetic fix to complete body restoration and the quality of work has been outstanding on every one. They are very customer-minded and get things done quickly.

Came in to get my brakes and rotors replaced and thought I d be charged an arm and a leg, not only did they give me a great deal on my repairs, but they also included a free oil change as I was about due for one anyways, very professional and efficient body shop but also very good people who work there and give you the best service possible. Will likely be my full time mechanic from here on out, Thanks Miri
