Best experience with an auto body shop ever. John was attentive and took my car in immediately and within five days he got the parts and fixed it up for me right away. He wasted no time and got it done within the timeframe that I needed before I headed out of state. Thank you so much, John!

I recently had an accident (02/25/21) and decided to go to Lakewood Auto Body for the work. I had a very positive experience with them. The owner John, his son John Jr, and Annette were very professional with my vehicle and returned my SUV like brand new. I was very impressed. I would definitely use them again. Very happy with this place! We came to John in a really bad situation but with his help we were able to get our vehicle back within two weeks. I would recommend this place to anyone. Had them restore my 2001 Porsche What an amazing job start to finish. send me pictures as they went along. They asked for my input great people to work Highly recommend, Owners easy to talk to & to get ahold of Staff very friendly & greet you with a smile Every time. Lakewood Auto is fantastic! In my recent accident, I was able to call on a Sunday and they came quickly to tow my car. I've used them multiple times for repair work and they've always completed the jobs quickly with the best quality service. Their prices are fair and they treat their customers well! The staff at Lakewood Auto Body were very polite, professional and has great communication skills while my car was in their care from a car accident. The condition I got it back in didn t look like I had any accident at all and the detail cleaning job on the vehicle was a great finish touch! I highly recommend Lakewood Auto body yo anyone. My husband and I just had our rims painted there and they look so good!! They were super nice and when we went to pick our car up one of the guys came out and told me he buffed out our headlights because they were looking foggy and old. I was shocked and extremely pleased with how great they looked and how nice that he did it just because. Great guys there and will definitely be going back. Thanks Lakewood Auto Body!!

I was recommended to this shop without knowing of them. The drop off and customer service was 5 star. They contacted me every step of the way. They also went out of there way to make sure I had oem genuine parts. I would without a doubt return should I ever need tooo. Thank you guys. My truck came out flawless and was even detailed. I have all my body work done at Lakewood Auto Painting and Body.I really like that it's a family owned business with strong ties to the neighborhood.A car accidents can really set you back and be stressful. Annette has her finger on the button and helps you get your life back to normal.Basically you're in very good hands at Lakewood Auto Painting and Body. Very prompt with their towing service and friendly. The wrecker driver was very careful when towing the car to my house and advised a short cut on how to replace the fuel pump.

I've had multiple projects done by these guys, everything has been great and I'll continue to go back. Front bumper respray has been on the car and gone 15k miles and looks like as good as the day I picked it up. Recent metal work and respray looks as good or better than the existing factory BMW finish and the paint match to a 15 year old metallic is perfect. ...and I'm a meticulous PITA.

Horrible service. My car was towed there after it was stolen. They charged me outrageously after they learned I wanted the car towed to my dealer for repairs. They would not release the car unless I paid in cash. I had to get a tow service that I knew to give them the money to release my car. Mind you I live an hour away and could not get there. These people are crooks

FROM MY RECENT PERSONAL EXPERIENCE.MUST READ BEFORE BUYING CARS OR GETTING WORKAbout 2 and a half months ago I have been looking here at their used vehicles. I had finally found one I wanted at their new lot by target. First I would Not recommend being your girlfriend or wife with you to that lot. The salesman Ed at that lot had made perverted comments towards my girlfriend the 2 times I had brought her. I finally purchased the truck the same week (2months ago) it had its used car issues that were going to be replaced due to agreements made on time of purchase. Ok, all settled. It was suppose to be done that Friday which was 4 days after I handed them $12,000 CASH. I wanted and waited to get a phone call from them. Never did, so I have them the benefit of the doubt. The Monday after that Friday I called them asking where my truck was. No one could give me an answer. I get a call back the day after from the owner stating my truck will be done the following Friday. Ok I say. That Friday comes and I go up there to see the progress their making on the work. I speed to the receptionist inside and she provided a list of parts that WERE Replaced all done ready to go. None of the things we agreed upon that were on the bill of sale was fixed. All the USED parts were sitting in a box behind my truck. So I confront one of the mechanics asking him to show me the parts under the hood that have been replaced, he couldn t even do that not to mention he didn t know where the parts were located under the hood. I also started the truck and it was running 100000X worse than what it was from when I saw it last. Not to mention a break like and callipar pouring our break fluid, NOT sure how this truck even passed safety inspection.So the owner had said listen, come back Monday it ll be 1000% done. So I do exactly that. My truck was no where to be found, the owner wasn t in, so I try calling him the next day. He answers and tells me he had sent my truck to a shop who specializes in my piticular kind of truck. So that took about a week in that shops hands and that pretty much leads me up to 3 days ago I picked my truck up. 2 months tied up and $12,000 on the line.I HIGHLY RECCOMEND BRINGING YOUR OWN MECHANIC AND LEAVE YOUR LADY AT HOME. Also would NOT reccomend paying in full until the car is fully finished ready to go!

I gave them my 2008 Nissan Maxima to get the back bumper pulled out and fixed..the guy Johnny told me it was going to cost me $3,500 to do the job..I told him ok and to take his time because I have another vehicle..not only did he finish earlier then I expected I gave him over $700 to put down on the car..he then was blowing me up everyday trying to get money out of me after I told him to give me a few days..he blew my phone up so many times that I just told him to keep the car.if he wants your car he s going to bug you about money everyday..that guy Johnny is the worst person to do business with I would never recommend anybody to go there what so ever

This place is a scam, sold me a rotted broken frame truck that was complete junk, should of listened to people to warned me to not buy car here. OWNER WAS VERY RUDE he VERY disrespectful. Had to go to motor vehicles to fight for some off my money back. These guys are crooks and should not be in business
