Tom was excellent with his body work! The bad reviews you guys see are because of the previous owner. Highly recommend this place.

My car looks so good, can't even tell the front end was replaced. I had a custom paint color for my Audi and he was able to match it perfectly. Quick and efficient. Definitely recommend.

Johnny is a great guy. He helped me out a lot when i need my car fixed after a deer accident lol. But i would definitely recommend to anyone. My car is good as new. He even fixed an old dent i had

My wife and i are very pleased to inform that Johnny's Auto Body of Waterbury Connecticut on 444 West Main Street have met above and beyond our expectations. We were really beyond pleased with there services and the way they would return all of our calls.They were very attentive to our needs and concerns about our Cadillac escalade. We would most definitely, Recommend this place of business to any one who needs auto body work on their vehicles.

Guy is a thief.The place is charging fees that bye state law are not supose to be charged. DMV states that it is $88 that includes trip to the scene and 2 loaded miles, there are no labor charges unless a dolly is being used or the weight of vehicle is over 10,000 lbs. I live less than a mile away from the scene of accident and he charged me 88 plus charged me 12 miles to reach the scene plus he wanted to charge me labor charges like if he was gonna change my oils. Then he tells me to shut up and thats what i have to pay cause cop told him to tow it. So since cop said to tow it he thinks he could add all type of bogus fees.. don't go here he is a lier and a thief... I give him -10 stars

My vehicle was towed here after a car accident. Personal items as well as car parts and stereo equipment were stolen from my car. Talking to the owner is useless. Apparently this is common for this specific place of business. The public needs to be aware of this place especially when they're contracted with the City of Waterbury. BAD BUSINESS!!!!

Do NOT trust your automobile to this shop!!!! My car was towed to this location due to being involved in an accident. When I came to pick it up I was devastated to find that my car was vandalized. All of my personal items where missing, they even stole my head lights! When I asked the owner what happened to my vehicle he responded, "check with one of my workers here, I'm not responsible". My question to him was, "you allow your staff to steal property"? He did not respond and not care. DO NOT TRUST YOUR AUTOMOBILE AT THIS SHOP!!!

I can't believe a place like this it's what the Police Department counts on to call after accidents. The police and owners should be ashamed of themselves. Calling this trifling place to towe a vehicle from an accident that happened literally down the street from the place. Not only that when called to assist on a towe (location literally a block away) from one town to another they where trying to charge the same fees actually worse then when the accident towe fees. This guy's is a thief they like make up prices as they go. That's so illegal, but the police trust this place to handle accidents. Who can we really count on? Pure example of why the world is the way it is....

I was referred by my daughter. I was treated well and worked done in a day. THEN THE NEXT THING I KNOW MY TRANSMITION FLUID LIQUID IS LIKING! MY husband took the vehicle back and was told they dont so that work. After I spend closed to $900 fixing my car, I was told my 2 different mechanics and even the parts store that is very likely that when the mechanics were doing the work in my SUV they put FORCED trying to LOOSEN up something and poke a whole in the transmission fluid line. NOW MY SUV HAS A WEIRD NOISE LIKELY AS RESULT OF DRIVING IT WITH NO FLUID. I LEARN MY LESSON. NEVER AGAIN. IF SOMEONE CAN ADMIT SOMETHING WHEN WRONG AND CORRECT IT, THEY LOSE MY BUSINESS FOR EVER AND ANY REFERENCE I COULD HAVE DONE FOR THE . IM DISAPOINTED TO SAY THE LEAST.

I had some repairs done to my car here and I am very satisfied with the shop. The price was more than reasonable and they even fixed a couple of minor things we hadn't even talked about. Recommended.

They did a very wonderful job with my car. Definitely recommend taking your car there, they'll have it looking nice and new. The price is reasonable also for the job that they do.

I brought a car form johnny auto body where he told me the car was in great condition and had no problems and if it did he would take care of it this is the owner Johnny and 2 days later the car horn stop working the power steering pump stop working the muffler came apart now he don't want to fix anything after paying 1700 for the car he wanted to fight about it be careful he's a rip off don't recommend going to this place Johnny shame on you see you in court..... rate 0

Pecimo servicio lo que asen un trabajo s�per mal echo te asen las cosas a prisa nada profecional nada duradero el trabajo lo que asen estafar la jente y cuando le reclamas el trabajo mal echo te tratan s�per mal para no ayudarte consejo no dejen sus carros en manos de este hombre estafador..Really bad job, the owner does things in a hurry nothing professional at all. Paint job does not last all he does is rip people off and when you tell him you are not satisfied he gives you and attitude. Do not go here Do not leave your car with this guy he will rip you off and take your money!
