Jerry was extremely nice and straightforward ! It s hard to find a good mechanic shop without feeling like you re gonna get ripped off, but Jerry did not give me that feeling at all ! My dad is a mechanic but lives out of state and he told me he heard great things about Jerry s so I took his word for it ! Very quick and responsive, will be taking my car here in the future if needed !

Car cranked and would not start. Car gave out a code that had to do with the ECM, so I bought one online that stated it was flashed and ready. Unfortunately, it didn't work so I sent the ECM back for a refund. Took the car to Jerry and Jerry was honest with me and told me that there was another procedure that had to be done to program the computer. So Jerry was able to get an ECM and he programmed it. Next thing you know the car successfully turned on and it now runs. Pricing was fair and reasonable, plus Jerry has a good sense of humor. The first day I walked in Jerry told me, "You came to the right place." True words indeed.

Best mechanic in town! Jerry keeps it real with you 100% of the time. If you have a budget just tell him upfront and he will let you know if he can work with it or not. I've had similar work done at other shops and they either do it wrong or price it too high. Jerry is the one to see when you need work done to your car! Highly recommend!

Jerry has been servicing my moms car for years and mine the past year. His work is quality and prices are reasonable. He s a nice guy and does good work!

I called today to check on their timeline and cost to replace a part on my truck and the guy was super rude and refused to let me finish asking my questions. He kept cutting me off stating that their time is valuable and they don t give quotes for people price shopping. Thanks for making my decision easy on who to avoid for auto repair. If you re that rude and unprofessional I can only wonder about the quality of your work.

Did the service i was appreciative of that.. but later that same day my ac in the back stopped working completely.. I called multiple times was told I was going to get a call back i never did! I ment to put 3 stars and it was because I feel as tho maybe I've been Bamboozeld and that's because of communication. No hard feelings I resolved the issue myself I wish you and your family well in your endeavors!

First time coming here, greeted IMMEDIATELY, I was treated with utmost respect and was giving the best honest service and the best deal, he is not the type to take your money cause it's easy cause you don't know.I will definitely be coming back here for my future repairs.

The owner is very personable. He makes you feel comfortable and the work he and his team do, is great! He is true to his estimates, doesn't try to take advantage of a person that has no knowledge of cars, and his prices are reasonable.Here it is, 2 years later I still bring my car to Jerry, and my daughter s car, too. I trust him more than any other auto shop I ve gone to prior to him. He goes above and beyond every time. First went to Jerry when he was on Wolcott Street. Always good service, never does anything to your car unless you give him the go, competitive rates, and of course does a great job on your vehicle. I trust him WAY more then the big names. When the large companies tell you "we can't do this and that until this and that gets done", Jerry fixes what you needs and advises you on other things you will need later one. And guess what? I rather take it back to him for the rest of my work. Just did my brakes and fixed this annoying noise. Never feel like he's ripping me off.. Definitely keeping me as a customer.Service: Brake service & repair

I could not be happier with my experience. I needed to have my AC recharged and looked at. He was thorough, professional, and really went above and beyond. The price was more than fair for the service and attention that I received. So happy to have found a place in the area for my vehicle. I will definitely be back for all my future car needs!

You can t go wrong choosing Jerry s Auto Care for your car s needs. These guys provide amazing service and show they care about the customer. I got an oil change here and I was in and out in no time. I would highly recommend this place

I have been coming to Jerry s for all my mechanical needs, he s knows what he s doing. I trust him all my vehicles not like many places were one things gets taken care of and something else is bad the next week.

Jerry and team were amazing. I dropped my car off and everything that was promised to be taken care of was done. No sales pressure or upselling. I rarely leave reviews but I would definitely 100% recommend this place for your car.

I'd love to say that I had a good experience here, but unfortunately, that isn't the case.For starters, the car I left here was there for 10 days despite having only been worked on for about 5 hours, so the wait was anything but pleasant.Possibly the worst of it is when I received the call that the car was done and the brakes worked again. Jerry said you could send someone flying out the front windshield, which is very far from the truth. A friend of mine also has a lesabre and for comparison, we checked the stopping distances of the two. The buick Jerry claimed had been done, took about an extra 60ft to actually stop, so my mother, the original owner of the car, wasn't able to use the car due to the risk of rear ending someone.Jerry said I could take the car back to him with any issues, but I'm a firm believer in "one and done". Lie to me once saying that a problem is fixed when the car still can't stop the way it's supposed to and that's it.Overall, Jerry himself is a cool guy. No problems with him, but when it comes to a problem that a few other shops in town couldn't solve, it'd be best to take it to a shop that has plenty of experience with that particular vehicle and all its issues instead of here, which is what I did.

I want to thank Jerry and his team for the great customer service and quality of repair on my '67 mustang. I wouldn't trust any other shop other than Jerry's Auto Care Center. Thank you for being very honest and dependable!

No matter what needs to be done or repaired on my car, Jerrys Auto Care Center always gets the job done. i go to Jerrys rather then the dealership not just because of the cheaper pricing but also because you trust their work. Ive dealt with many different shops and theres no one out there that can match or surpasse Jerry's affordable, honest, quality service.

I went here for the first time because of the good reviews & I was not Dossapointed. I was 150% satisfied they treat you like family & did an amazing job!!! I just moved to CT didn t know of such a great place! Will never go anywhere else! Honest & great mechanics.

Went for a tire change and was very friendly and helpful and didn t charge me any extra. Very professional and a nice clean waiting room. I will definitely be going back and recommend to everyone else thinking about going

If it was lowering and rolling fenders on my 2014 Si or performing scheduled maintenance on my truck, Jerry's Auto Care Center is the only shop I trust my vehicles with. Great work and great customer service.

After the oil was changed, the car leaked, everywhere and smoke, and then after the oil was changed somewhere else, it didn't leak
