If you re looking to have modifications done to your car, I personally would go nowhere else. As much of a nightmare it was for my car to have work done to it, Jannetty Racing was eager to tackle the situation. With getting me a refurbished power steering rack for my car, then finding out it s bad from the company, after installing it but that was the first one. THREE more later, install, takeout, install, takeout, they got it done. I ll be the story they talk about for the next few years i d say.. Gave me constant updates and we got through this predicament. The work that i had done to the car to just name a few was-BTR stage 3 cam- Fast LSXR intake manifold- Different throttle body- Ac compressor replacement- refurbished power steering rack- new brake lines- Tuneetc Fast forward 4 months later, this car is running stronger than ever with ZERO problems. Just want to give a huge shoutout to Ted Jannetty for everything you do over there, without you guys, my smile wouldn t be as big driving this car daily.Kris, Al, and Zach in the front being so knowledgeable with what works better with which setup, helped out greatly as well. Nick in the back shop with the great work. Overall, i m glad this is the establishment i chose.Car: 2010 Corvette Grandsport

Very helpful with mail order tune. Every time I've add new performance parts and need a update to my tune, its a breeze. Extremely happy with the customer support and direction given since I'm new to the tuning scene. Will continue to do business.

I'm a Customer from Germany, had an issue with my 2010 Camaro SS. Somehow the Harness from my Camshaftsensor was "the wrong" one, after i had sent in my Engine to an engine builder in europe for an overhaul.I struggled to find any information whatsoever online, neither camaro5 dot com nor any other site via google could help me.nobody in europe seemed to have a clue either.i quickly decided to call Jannetty Hotline because of the previous good memories i have had with their customer service and their products.Kris (the only right way to spell it, he told me lol) took the phone and listened to the problems i had.after a brief search he provided me with perfect information about the harness(es) and their differences, aswell as to provide a nice GM parts number to know what exactly i have to order to sort this out.Thanks a bunch Kris, you helped big time! By the way, my Camaro is driving again, thanks to you!I can really recommend Jannetty as i have never had a bad experience with them. Big thumbs up from germany!

Hello everyone,Just wanted to start off by saying that this was without question one of the biggest builds I have every imagined doing. I have been waiting to do this for such a long time and it finally came to fruition. I had done some research and interviewing prior to choosing JRE as I knew for what I wanted to spend on this it better the right choice. Well it certainly was the correct choice. It started with a drive down to Waterbury CT. to meet Theodore and see the facility, very impressive indeed. Ted was very polite and everyone, Kris, Al, and some other employees, professional and again , engaged and knowledgeable!I will admit I was nervous at first because my expectation's where on 10 and this was something that I've wanted to do years. All of that went away immediately as JRE made me feel that comfortable, I was at the right place and was working with Racing Professional's.So what did I do, I won't list everything but as Teddy said to me, "Mike, the only thing left here original is the paint. You have a Supercar here". Guess what, it certainly is! 680 rwhp is absolutely incredibly and the drivability is exactly what it is and explained to me prior to starting. Suspension, brakes, Whipple SC, head work, clutch upgrade, headers, rear end, gears, and on and on.Theodore and the entire JRE Team, I can't say enough how happy I am and when that car starts up a smile is glued to my face! I m not much for writing reviews but after my experience with JANNETTYRACING I thought I need to tell my story. I ordered this car brand new in 2011 I decided to do some mods Because money was the issue I took it to Bridgewater Mass. where the shop got a lot of good reviews I got taken. I got the car back gas tank straps were loose gas tank was almost falling out half the bolts in the nose of the vehicle were missing I had to re-order from GM and their favorite tool was a sawsall. Couple weeks after hydraulic lifters let go cam was scrubbed and I was charged an additional money. I was so Leary and discussed to take the car to any performance shop. For years I did my own work I took it to Jannetty racing the tune was so bad everything was deleted in the computer to pass emissions. Ted Jr. directed me to do some things to the vehicle to improve it he gave me a list knowing that I could do it myself. Big Ted tuned it gained 60 more HP and runs like a charm I couldn t be more happier thanks again guys that shop is a class act and this is a true review.

2015 Camaro SS, purchased a new differential, 4.11 gears and Detroit TruTrac.Just want to give a shout out to the Jannetty crew, especially Ted Jr. I had some concerns with a JRE differential that was making noise. These guys were immediately responsive and very transparent with communication. I did not have to ask for anything, Ted Jr jumped right in and handled the situation with utmost professionalism.End result I have a fully rebuilt diff, and my expense was VERY minimal. Most of my cost was just having a little patience and allowing the JRE team to take care of me. Just a few break in miles so far, but the diff is whisper quiet!Huge thanks to all of JRE, Ted Jr and Chris for the professionalism and customer care. Also, another thanks to Chris for the good humor over packing and shipping! My homemade "pallet" in the crate survived the trip back home in one piece.

I recently had differential trouble with my 07 Mustang GT. Long story short, it needed to be totally replaced. The shop I took it to gave me some bad information, to upsell me on a more expensive differential. Which ended up causing more problems in my car. Constant grinding sounds while driving and a very loud clunking noise when slowing down. Just made the car sound and perform terrible.After bringing the car to multiple mechanics that were unable to identify the problem, I heard about Jannetty Racing from my step father. Going back 20 years, he had truck trouble and Jannetty Racing was able to fix the problem without any issues. For my step father to have nothing but good things to say about a shop is rare, he is a very hard guy to please.Right from the start Jannetty Racing was great. Everyone I had interacted with has been super helpful and they take the time to answer my questions. They did a very detailed diagnostic on my car and not only identified the problem that other mechanics couldn't, but took the time to fully explain them to me, how the problem happened, and how they can fix it. They walked me through everything!The car needed a lot of work, and I also wanted to upgrade some parts. The guys helped me compare brands, prices and reviews on many different upgrades. They kept me involved and the process was easy and a little fun. The work was done fast and efficient and absolutely no problems! The car sounds and performs great, I actually enjoy driving my car again!After all the work was completed, they even cleaned my engine bay, its never been cleaner and looks great! Its been a week since I picked my car up and I am extremely happy and satisficed with the work and my experience at Jannetty Racing. Its an entirely different experience when you go to a shop where they are passionate about cars and love what they do!I will continue to bring my cars here in the future, and I live over an hour away! I highly recommend Jannetty Racing for anyone looking for a shop for repairs and upgrades. Ted, Kris, Zach and the rest of the Jannetty did fantastic work on my car and I couldn't be happier! Very positive experience with this shop several times, they know exactly what they're doing from sales and common courtesies to the actual shop, tuning and dyno work. Both the shop and the sales area are well organized, the guys who touch the cars treat them with respect and care, and the shop has a high quality dyno with a separate customer area. I'm completely satisfied with their installations and results (both are always explained in detail, by the way), and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.As to the 1-star reviews questioning the shop's integrity and calling them ripoff artists, I'm sorry but it's extremely hard to believe, and I think either you're full of it or blowing some small misunderstanding out of proportion.When I first contacted Ted years ago without any reference or personal acquaintance whatsoever, asking for recommendations on what to buy, he refused to sell me parts and service that he knew I wouldn't be happy with. We remained in communication for a year before I ever set foot in his shop and actually purchased anything, and yet he kept being very helpful to me, a non-customer whom he had never met. Also, he doesn't mince his words, he is courteous and decent but there's no cuddly talk or ego stroking if that's what someone wants, they probably need a shop run by shrinks and not automotive professionals.Once in the shop, their invoices are extremely (and granted, somewhat unusually) detailed indeed, but I actually find this valuable as I now have a full reference to what exactly went into the car and what work was done to it. They never, ever tried to pad the invoice and last time I actually paid less than the original written estimate, because the modification required less labor than Ted had anticipated. Jannetty Racing isn't cheap, but they don't gouge and in my experience the adages about being treated the way you treat others and getting what you pay for applies here 100%.So there are two sides to each coin, and although there definitely are scammers and crooks and quacks in the performance business, Jannetty Racing is none of those.

2020 RAM 1500 5.7 E-Torque. Stock due to MA Inspection. Mechanic recommended Jannetty Racing for a tune. Spoke with Kris, who recommended a tune from HP Tuners. Scheduled the RAM and dropped off. The day of pickup, Ted was just getting ready to tune the RAM on the Dyno. Was able to observe the entire process, with detailed explanations from Ted. Ram is an entirely different vehicle to drive.Very responsive and quick. The entire team at Jannetty, is professional and polite. The business is immaculately clean. Highly recommend Jannetty ,if you are considering any mods/service for your vehicle.

Was blown away by Ted and his team. The professionalism was insanely good, staff, was incredible and service was incredible!! Really enjoyed the day at the shop and the work that was performed! I had the JRE 650whp package installed on my 2013 Camaro ZL1 Convertible. This project started out with the 75whp package and morphed into the top-of-the-line package. The shop also mounted and balanced a new set of Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires and then did an alignment. Ted was professional and patient through all of my indecision and change requests. There were several phone calls to go over these options. This was important to me because I had never done business with Jannetty Racing Enterprises and these discussions helped me to get to know a little something about Ted, and the calls were just as much about helping me make informed decisions as they were about building trust. While the work I had done on my car was not cheap (nothing worthwhile ever is), it was easily worth EVERY DIME that I paid. I am completely satisfied with the value proposition here.I picked up my car yesterday and was totally blown away by the results and the quality of workmanship throughout. It was truly a professional job of the highest order. The care they took of my car while it was in their custody and the attention to detail on the work performed was off the charts. Ted and his team went over everything on the car with me when I arrived to pick it up. We also took a look at the old parts. I told Ted that I don't want anyone else putting a wrench on my car -- ever. The shop is a 90 minute drive from my house and I will take the car to JRE even for routine oil changes. Update (12 July 2021). Tony repeated his magic! My 2005 Lotus Elise is outstanding on the track after road forced balancing the tires, a custom alignment, and corner balancing. He turned good into perfect ! It was amazing the last three times I was on the track. I shaved 10% off my previous best time. OMG! Thanks Tony! You re the best!29 Oct 2020I have telepathic steering!I brought my 2011 Lotus Evora to Jannetty for an alignment. Up to now it's eaten tires, and tracked poorly after multiple unsuccessful alignments from the name brands. I heard about Tony (an alignment whisperer I believe) at Jannetty and had to give him a try.He spent over six hours on my car between Road Force balancing the new tires, and fixing the mistakes in the alignment from the previous "mechanics", including unfreezing a toe-link. He preloaded the car with 75kg sand bags in the front seats as I hoped (Lotus spec) and delivered an alignment that was amazing.I drove home in a steady rain at high speed, realizing that my steering was completely different. No bump steer, amazing tracking, and an incredible direct feel of the road. It was as if the steering was telepathic.Tony.... well done. Don't even think about it - get your baby in there !!!Kris hooked me up - great sales person - made it easy for a non-technical car lover - and they took care of my issues mechanically before they tuned my vehicle (which I really appreciate). Ted is huge (literally lol) he does the tuning - you don't want anyone else super nice and efficient.

I have not visited the shop... but after seeing Zach's "Walkthrough Wednesday" episodes I wish I could drop in from time to time! I very rarely write reviews, but felt as though this one was warranted..Ted and his crew are phenomenal.!!!They did quite a bit of work on my 2010 Camaro. If they did not find the issues, it could of been disastrous and cost me a lot more money in the long run.As soon as I walked in, I was greeted personally by Ted and several of his crew. They all made me feel at home immediately. Ted showed me around the shop, work area and Dyno area. They had nothing to hide. Nick took my camaro in for an inspection and found several issues. He explained what he found and the best way to have them fixed. Nick is a truly a perfectionist and it showed in the top notch work that he did. 2 weeks to the day and my camaro is running like a wild beast.Ted even gave me a heads up when he was going to dyno my car, so I could be there to see it. He actually encouraged me to see it done in person.The communication between Ted, his crew and I was excellent throughout the process. He responded to all my emails and phone calls or even had Al reach out when needed.Ted is also a master perfectionist when it comes to the tuning aspect of the car. I discovered JRE by noticing their name associated with some extremely well built performance vehicles while watching YouTube videos. After researching their business I decide to call and ask a few questions about a nightmare I had been living in.My vehicle, 2014 GMC Sierra Denali 6.2, had been under repair for over 10 months with a shop that put money first. They cut corners, disregarded safety and had already destroyed one engine. After countless excuses and set backs I finally took my truck to a shop I knew I could trust.Ted and his entire staff are immensely knowledgeable, professional and caring. After hearing all my concerns with the vehicle I left it in their care. Within one week JRE had was able to perform major repairs to my truck. Both mechanical and technical.After the repairs and tuning I'm proud to say I have TOTAL confidence in my trucks abilities. These guys are excellent. They know how to provide customer service. I have been working with them to resolve several issues that occurred after changing my rear differential from 3.42 to 4.1. We haven't quite gotten it worked out yet, but that hasn't stopped them from trying, all the while including their efforts in the original fee I paid. He walked me through each phase of the reconstruction, explaining what needed to be done and why.Throughout the two month process, Ted was always available to speak with me. Have worked with Ted and his staff three times now, every time its a phenomenal experience! Made the mistake of going to a local speed shop before going here and I was extremely disappointed with the lack of communication, the lies and how I received my car back. The level of communication is beyond expectation with Ted! Let me start by saying that Ted, Kris, and the rest of the employees at this place are fantastic. Upon calling the shop to get my vehicle scheduled in for basic maintenance and to have it looked over before being put on the dyno Kris was nothing but helpful and patient with all my questions and concerns answering them above and beyond my expectations. We spoke about what was needed to be done and he had me scheduled in right away and gave me a quick estimate over the phone. I was pleased and surprised to how simple this was after dealing with two other shops/tuners who couldn't get my car right for me nor cared when I had issues. The day I dropped the vehicle off I delt with Kris and Ted it was super simple and Ted even took the time out of his day to show me around one of the cleanest and organized speed shops I've ever seen. Ted also answered all of my questions and concerns with no issues and made everything crystal clear and transparent. A couple days later the car was ready and ever since then it's put a smile on my face again after a year of issues. I would 200% recommend everyone to give these guys a chance to work on your vehicle they treat it like it's there own. Very impressive business with extremely knowledgeable staff. Shop was very organized and clean. Recently installed a supercharger and Jannetty fined tuned and added many extra details needed for smooth performance. The car runs and drives flawlessly. Ted was great, I emailed him about fixing a botched tune on a Sunday. To my surprise he emailed back within a hour saying he would be able to fix it. My car went from having poor street drivability to a car that drives better than stock.
