I was in an accident, both doors were badly damaged.I called Mario. Thanks to O'Neil Automotive for the referral. Mario was very diplomatic and patient. As he spoke and explained the process I knew I was in good hands.His team is very kind and caring. They did an excellent job. Looks brand new. I truly appreciate the time and detail it took he and his team to fix it. The day Mario returned my keys over to me he explained everything his team did. I was deeply appreciative to receive my beautiful SUV back. Thank you so much!!Service: Painting

After getting in an accident on I-84, Jake s kindly fit us into their schedule to assess whether we could continue our journey. They promptly and skillfully got the car fit for travel again & saved our Memorial Day plans to visit family. Jake s is professional, very fair, and went out of their way before the long weekend to help someone from out of town. We are grateful!

Jake's did an excellent job fixing my car. In fact Mario drove me home and picked me up. He was personable and very nice. I need another job done on my car which I am going to have them do. They dealt with the insurance company which was great. In fact the adjuster at the insurance company told me he would go to Jakes for his own car. FANTASTIC!

I have had excellent repairs and service at Jake's. Mario took care of everything for me. From dealing with the difficult insurance people to booking my car rental. And my car looks great. He went above and beyond . I noticed today that he had even cleaned up my messy hubcaps. I would highly recommend Jake's to anyone who is looking for quality customer service and auto body repair.

As soon as i walked in the guy wanted no part of me. He instantly said to me "it will cost more than you want to pay" ... all i needed was my fender painted. 1 fender... He does not know my financial standing. Maybe if he recommended painting the whole car, i might of done it. But after him basically saying that it will cost more than i could afford, i left. He did not want to even look at my car.... he wanted me out the door. Stay away...

Great work customer service. Mario keeps you informed throughout the whole process. Cannot be more satisfied with the results of my SUV, looks like it has never gotten into an accident and my SUV drives smoothly. I would recommend Jake's 100%.

My New 2017 vehicle was damaged badly in a Middlebury Restaurant on Sept. 21, 2017 when parked. No one came forward to admit the fault. That Saturday I took the Car to Jakes Auto Body and spoke with Mario. Mario put the car together on the spot and fixed 93 % of the damages till we got it in a few days later for the complete repair. This action enabled me to drive my new car around without embarrassment until the complete repair.At Jakes auto I was comforted about the damages and that It could be repaired like new. I was lucky that the damages were affordable for me for an out of pocket repair without putting in an insurance claim.The car was ready in three days and I picked up the car and it was fixed like new. I had a great time talking to Mario and his wife and they are great, friendly people that I could have talked with them all day.Thank you Mario for making a stressing situation into a smoothly dealt memory now.I would strongly recommend this shop to anyone needing auto body repairs.

I hit a deer with my 2015 Chevy Malibu and did quite a bit of damage so I brought it to Jake s. Mario The owner was very knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the whole process. They did a wonderful job on the car and I would recommend Jake s For whatever bodywork needs you have.

Honest, competent and pleasantI can't think of anything else that I would want from the people working on my car, and this was exactly the experience that I was given.Mario is wonderful, and this is a body shop very easy to recommend

Fixed my Brand new 2018 vehicle, diagnosed it, went above & beyond to make it look nice after it was fixed, and saved me some money from my deductible. Awesome people. Awesome service & expect good results.

Very friendly environment. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Went for an estimate and the guy in the front went outside and did the estimate. He explained a couple of things to me and gave me all the info I needed.
