Melissa was essential to getting us into a beautiful Honda crv. The delivery of the vehicle was professional and prompt. Doing business with F&J auto wholesalers was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. I would refer anyone to buy their next vehicle from F&J .

I am a person who gets anxious whenever car issues arise that are outside of simple maintenance. However, everyone at J&F auto has had the demeanor and patience of a nurse; helping me to feel comfortable and secure, offering a full explanation of what needs to be done as well as a breakdown of the cost. The pricing was fair and affordable. Even when another problem arose I was able to bring my car back to them to clear the secondary issue. Again, they were kind, helpful and very patient with me. They have earned a repeat customer for life. I will bring them any of my business in the future and I will recommend them to anyone who asks me where I take my car. Thank you again.

Best DMV HUBI was stress because I needed to register my car(I did not buy from them), this week. Everybody knows how DMV work, that most of the time you cant get appts the same week unless somebody cancels or you go to a different town. I made an appt at this Dealer with Melisa for today, and everything came out Perfect all thanks to her, making sure I had everything before the appointment. She gave me enough information to make sure I was as ready as possible to register my car. When I got there I was greeted by a gentleman, and told me she will be right with me. Great customer service. My appt was at 12pm and I was out of there at 12:26pm . She went through everything and made sure I understood. I really appreciate your help, & Thank you Again

Went down to J&F Auto to get my new vehicle registered and with my luck nothing was going right, due to problems on my end, But Melissa was awesome! She was patient and worked with me to get it all figured out. Def give J&F 5 stars!

I was hesitant to shop at a dealer as the only other time ive ever visited one i had a miserable experience with pushy salesmen. The guys who work here couldn't be more friendly and Melissa was a pleasure to work with and was very thorough with the paperwork. They let us look the car over in thier shop and take it for a drive without hesitation. I have only bought cars from private party this was the first time I've ever bought something from a dealer and it was incredibly smooth and pleasant process. I would reccomend this place to others any day.

Cannot say thank you enough to these guys. I was 2.5hrs from home and having car trouble. I walked in seeing if they might be able to help and without question they did everything they could to get my car running safely so I could continue on my journey. They even ordered a battery they didn't have in stock and had it delivered in a matter of 10 minutes. I never felt taken advantage of and whole heartedly appreciate their help!

Went to get my car registered and I was very unprepared . With that Melissa was willing to make sure we had all the paperwork that was needed to register the vehicle. I honestly don t think I ll go anywhere else but here to register a car in the future! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

As an automotive technician with 10 + years experience working on vehicles at many car dealerships, this is by far the best and most honest place I ve worked at. I always took pride in coming into work knowing this place treated everyone with honesty and respect. I was treated like family working here and Jack and Melissa always treated me and every customer they dealt with the same. Highly recommend coming down for service on any of your vehicle. The service department is extremely honest and fair. If you re looking for a vehicle to purchase recommend coming here first. All there vehicles are thoroughly inspected through the service department and this dealership truly stands behind there name. Can t say enough amazing things about this dealership and recommend you come down and experience it yourself.

Melissa the office manager was absolutely wonderful, very thorough, patient with all of our questions we had and explained everything .She always got back to me in a timely manner and made the process of purchasing my new car simple! She is great , highly recommend this place for sure!!

From the moment I arrived at J&F I was immediately acknowledged . Everything was so seamless and nice from the test drive , to working with the office manager to get me into the car I fell in love with. I had no issues at all, and all of my questions and concerns were answered with no problems. Most dealerships can make you feel anxious or overwhelmed, but I didn t feel any of that ! If you re looking for a good car from good people, definitely check them out!

Excellent customer service & follow up care. We have recommended J&F auto sales simply because our experience with them from the first phone call to purchasing our truck was a great experience. We went to several car dealerships before meeting with Melissa & the team & we were jaded & expected them to be rude & dismissive based on the negative experiences we had & we reluctantly decided to give it one last shot before purchasing a vehicle privately. We were very pleasantly surprised & our experience with J&F auto has surpassed our expectations!! We highly recommend!!

The upmost respect and gratitude for the staff at J&F Auto Wholesalers!!! Unlike some auto sellers, they're not aggressive with their business approach yet extremely confident with the vehicles they have for sale. I witnessed first hand the detailed care they provide making sure that the potential buyer leaves their premises confident that they've made a great purchase. They even give reassurance to the out of town buyer looking to make a purchase. I personally traveled from NYC to their location in Waterbury, CT by train which Mark, who is the absolute best and beyond informative mechanic for the dealership, was there to pick me up giving me the comfort in knowing that buying this vehicle was a great decision. In addition, Melissa who is also a staff member for the dealership, was consistently in contact with me and very patient with me while in the process of making my purchase. She even took the time out her very busy schedule helping me to find my local bank and searching for an awesome insurance quote for my newly purchased vehicle. This survey only offers 5 stars to give, but if stealing some from the sky to add to their rating was possible, I would gladly take that risk!!! Thank you again & hopefully in the near future we will do business again & again!!! Happy Holidays & Best Wishes!!!!

I recently purchased a Toyota Venza fromJ & F Auto wholesalers in Connecticut. My experience was great, staff was very helpful and friendly. Melissa in the Finance Department was Awesome, prompt and very helpful. Melissa stayed in regular contact with me while processing all documents needed to getting me on the road with my new vehicle .Jack and his Team in the Mechanics department made sure the car was fully serviced , detailed and making sure the vehicle has everything needed for state emissions/ inspection. I am totally % satisfied with my purchased.If your looking for a nice vehicle for a very reasonable price, compared to all the other dealer's I would highly recommendJ & F Auto wholesalers.Ask for Jack & Melissa .

This place is amazing! Jack took so much time helping my husband and I look for a car, he was extremely thorough and patient, and gave us a great deal! Melissa was wonderful. She walked us through the process, from beginning to end. They knew i wanted to get a car as soon as possible, and they made it happen, while still making sure we understood everything and got the best car we could, at a great price!I've gone there previously for my husband's car to be worked on, and each time every single employee has been friendly, and gone out of their way to help us.I definitely will be recommending this business to everyone I know, for car maintenance and for purchasing cars! It by far is the best shop I've ever worked with!Thank you again Melissa and Jack for everything you did for us! You guys are amazing!

I went to this dealership to buy my first car about 5 months ago and the experience I had was great. I bought a 2001 BMW 3 series and it s a amazing car to drive and it s very rare to find one in such immaculate condition!! Both Jack and Melissa were extremely kind, honest, and patient!! They took the extra effort to fix a few things in the car before they had me take it home, which was a 2 hr drive away. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a used car!!!

Melissa was amazing to work with. She took care of all of the details, most before we even arrived. We ended up with a great car, with nothing to worry about, and were in and out in a timely manner. Overall extremely pleased with our experience at J&f Auto Wholesalers! Would 100% recommend.

I can't say enough positive things about JF wholesalers. These people were awesome. I looked at a car (which was in mint condition) Monday morning, left a deposit Tuesday morning, and picked up the car Wednesday. They detailed the car. They changed the brake pads. They placed new spark plugs. They filled up the gas tank. Everything was first class. And the people were great. Melissa was wonderful. Such a nice person and so efficient. She made the registration simple. Mark was so helpful. Like talking to a relative. And the owner Jack was phenomenal. Couldn't be nicer and more knowledgeable. Not only did I have a great experience buying a used car, which everyone knows is not usually the case, but now I have a shop to bring my other cars for service.Can't recommend the business more highly.

I found J&F Auto by accident while looking for a used car. I was skeptical at 1st but the reviews were stellar and I decided I'd give them try and see what happens. Well, they were as good as advertised! The service, patience and understanding I was given when purchasing my car from J&F Auto was nothing short of OUTSTANDING. They were polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Any issue with the car was quickly sorted out and dealt with to my liking in order for my to drive away a satisfied customer. They answered all my questions and gave me great advice on how to keep my car running smoothly. I also want to give a special thanks to Melissa. She was super accommodating as I was trying to get to the car (I live about 2.5hrs away) and even came in on an off day to make sure the sale went through without a hitch. My only regret is that J&F isn't closer so that I could get to do business with them for any maintenance my car may need in the future.If you're looking for a quality used car dealer and live in the Waterbury area, please stop by here. You won't be disappointed....they're good ppl, good at what they do.

After a HORRIBLE experience at the Winsted CT DMV..encountering their outrageous rudeness, it was a tremendous pleasure dealing with someone so very kind and knowledgeable, willing to help me register my cars with care and respect. Will ONLY be doing my business regarding dmv issues with J & F in the future! Highly Recommend!
