Not consistent! Car smells the same as it did before, they usually spray it nicely. Vacuum was subpar and they didn t wipe my dash or seats thoroughly. Payed $30 she tells me it s $35 for a them to vacuum the small spaces/crevices lol accurate pictures attached.. taken right after what a joke

So the other day I decided to do something I never do. I took my car to a car wash. Happyhandcarwash was just on my way, so I decided to give them a try. I saw their prices and ask for a super interior which cost $65, I gave him $70. I must say, their waiting area is amazing, you get free tea and coffee, they have tablets for kids to play games, and they have one cool thing, a massage chair, just one, I wish they had 2 or more. But I still got my turn to use it after this other dude was on it for 35min. Anyway my car was finish in 40min. I went to check their work very disappointing. They told me the interior will be nice and clean, dashboard will be shiny, and the car will be smelling good. I thought they were going to super interior clean my car. They did a very basic clean. They didn't clean the cup holder inserts. Terrible!!!! That wash was not worth $65 period

When I first started coming to this carwash , the service was phenomenal ! They seemed to have a great detailing service . Such an eye for perfection and the customer service was great. It made me want to keep coming back . But unfortunately , the last few times have just been horrible . The service has been atrocious . Poor customer service and my car doesnt even seem cared about . My car just looks dirtier than what I came in with. Now it just feels like I go to waste my time and money . I absolutely , do not recommend this carwash at all . Please dont even bother going . Save your time and your troubles .

They should use aprons to protect the cars from scratches jeans with those metal pins on the pockets, belts, jackets with metal zippers and etc. can scratch your car when they are drying the roof or the car, just like they did on mine 2023 Mercedes . When you provide protective aprons to your workers I will think about coming back.

I'm usually very happy with this place. They are meticulous, and respond to requests, like spot cleaning, etc. This last time, I felt they were rushing and not so responsive. Maybe it was the cold weather, but they seemed eager to just be done with the wash and dry. Let's see what happens in the spring.

Stopped in for the first time today, got a car wash with tire shine and spray wax. Turned out great and they wash by hand. No scratches very delicate. Great for a newer darker car. Good deal at $20.00 plus tip.

Been taking my car is here forever for their full service. Highly recommend it. They should probably change that from full-service to mini details . There is such a good job outside and inside.Recently, I got one of my cars detailed outside With wax and buffing. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Never knew my car could shine like that. The sad part I m getting this done before I wanted to put this up for sale. They did such a wonderful job taking care of all the cosmetic blemishes. It has a lister I ve never seen before You could not tell it has 70,000 miles on it!

My first time going there and they took great care of my wife's SUV. I opted for the carpet shampoo and/seat shampoo and the air brushed dashboard/console. The car was IMACCULATE and well detailed! Will go back again!

I don t know why I keep going back? I guess I thought a hand car wash should be better than an automated wash but that s not the case at happy hands. This isn t the first second third fourth time, the car is never really clean after paying. I think I ve learned my lesson, stay away from happy hands they can t even wash a car correctly.

Very impressed, I highly recommend this car wash. Just brought my 2021 BMW X7 there. Was looking for a very good touchless car wash, and I found it. Everything by hand, exterior and interior, wheels and windows. My car looks showroom new. Several people working, and they all hustled, they all took pride in their work. They are horrible I paid 60 dollars and they didn t even clean the bottom of my car when I told the manager all he said was there is nothing I could do seriously I literally just paid your top service and you tell me there is nothing you could do I will never again bring my car to this dump o wait and let s not talk about the inside of my car I used to go to the one in Thomaston ave wich is great by the way So I thought I would have the same experience but nope I was do wrongServices: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Expensive but well worth the price. My genesis has never been cleaner. Just wish they didn't have wasps flying all around the seating area because you wait 40 mins plus for detail

Its not too common to come up on a true hand car wash. This company is thorough with their work. Great and happy greeters, and the work is worth the price. They detail inside and out. Check it out

This is one of the best carwash places I've been to, they do such a great job with the wash my black vehicle stays clean longer than all of the carwash places I've been to and great pricing. Keep up the great service

They did a decent job, but missed some obvious spots with the actual wash that I wiped down later. Employees were friendly, helpful, and great overall though.

Happy Hand Car Wash does a good job of hand washing and hand drying your car. They even whipped out inside the doors. But they don't power wash under the car but they do power wash inside the wheel wells. Over all they did a pretty good job but didn't wipe off the dash, vacuum the floor mats, clean the inside windows and they did not clean the back of the hatchback very well, I had to clean this myself when we got home. Just to mention, we did get an upgraded wash. I would still go back as its difficult to find a hand card wash.

I have been to this place before and even have recommended them before, but yesterday my car was barely cleaned and I paid for the highest level detail and there was still hair all over my back seat, the cup holders were not cleaned, and the dash board didn t even looked touchedService: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

Best car wash in the city. Been everywhere they vacuumed and washed my carpets so well even took up the carpet. He even put my car seat hooked it up wasnt easy. Thank you happy hands wont go anywhere else even though theres no indoor waiting area.

They charge me 74.45 for membership more the two times! My credit card bank is doing an investigation.
