Did an amazing job! Got rear ended back in September, they took care of everything involving the insurance claim. These guys made my car look better than before I got hit! Gentlemen at the front desk was super helpful in giving me updates whenever I called. I have some modifications done to my car & they got all the aftermarket parts spot on. Really great job worth the wait.

Absolutely fabulous place to bring autos in for repair. We are lucky to have Gravels servicing western Connecticut, as they are perfection. Working with Joe was straightforward and easy. Gravels is trustworthy and true to their word. Drop off vehicle, they work directly with insurance, pick up vehicle, vehicle fixed flawlessly. Gravels did a flawless repair on my truck! Super super easy to work with and will work directly with your insurance company. My family has been sending vehicles to them for years and everything comes out amazing!! Some of the best work around hands down!

I am super delighted with your work, professionalism and with the love that you work, apart from everything you have an excellent customer service that is super brutal Joe is the best, I was very confident at the beginning of all the damages that my car had but when I finally saw and had my car in my hands wow the difference was very big.... My car seems like nothing ever happened to it and now it runs much better than before, it took a little while but it was for obvious reasons, they were things that happened outside of their control, but nothing From now on they will have me as a client for life and I recommend them to anyone and everyone.

This company must not be owned by family anymore. The person that I dealt with. Joseph Crisallei blatantly lied to my face about having a mechanic on site to look at a car that I purchased and do repairs. Repairs were not done properly and wrong parts installed to the door .Joseph Crisalle posts company reviews regarding parts for the company to boost their sales. Due to their faulty repairs I was left to pay for the door to be repaired properly. They did not even assess the door to find out the problem beforehand, just assumed. When trying to deal with this company I got public and personal harassment from this person. I reported them to the better Business bureau. They didn't even have the dignity to respond low class
