Damaged One wheel badly..then yelled at both his employees as the young one collected his things & walked out. The older employee was all upset from the abuse of the owner. This was after they took a chunk out of one of my Alloy wheels and scratched it good. (picture below in repair) Enver ~ then denies he did it !!!!...fresh aluminum chunk and long scratch after I just detailed the car an hour ago.. Also ~ 3 tires 35psi, one 50psi !! I tipped the older man a Ten spot up front too. Here is a picture of the damage later as I am fixing it and going to plastic dip all my wheels now~

Terrible service showed up with truck on rim had spare needed to be put on truck guy was on the phone walking in circles after 30 mins of walking in circles finally decided to ask what I needed then before I finish telling him I need done cuts me off and tells me he doesn t have time for that. Remind you the shop is empty as can be I see why now but TERRIBLE SHOP DONT GO TOO ! I recommend the one a little more down on the left after Baldwin !

These people are rude I went in to get tires on my vehicle I explained to the guy that I preferred new tires instead of used ones at which time he started to over talk me and tell me he only had used tires for my vehicle and I can take it or leave it. I politely told him that they were. Or the only tire shop in the area and I will leave it because his attitude sucks and I refuse to spend a penny at a place that has zero customer service skills. He then laughed and told me good luck. Being that I was prayed up I left that place and found another shop that had great customer service and now I have new tires.

Couldn t ask for better tires from him my boy rj sent me down there and he did my wife s car with brand new tires mounted and balanced and I went back a couple weeks later and bought another set for my truck from him..good guy with quality tires and work!!! Needless to say I ll be a return customer and I ll be spreading the word!!!!!! Thanks again bro

The person who runs this place is very rude. I went there for new tires and they ended up breaking my wheel bearing. I tried calling him and he basically told me that it was my problem not his. I do not recommend this place especially how rude and arrogant he is. I witnessed how he talks to his employees. Not a nice guy!!!!

Don't put your life on risk buying cheap tires because they don't care about your safety.I bought 4 very new tires from this place a while back and I only put about 18 to 20 thousand miles on it and yesterday 1 of the front tires popped up on the highway doing 75 MPH .Today I went to the owner and he act like he doesn't care about. So please if you can stay away from this place and is worth it paying a little more for better QUALITY.BE SAFEAlso the guy was very mean and looks like he does not like Latin people..

Went in for a last minute Tire repair , the people were very nice and i recieved a used tire for a great price! Quick service and professional. I would recommend them to anyone i know.

Do not waste your money here. The owner is a joke. His workers scratched two of my wheels with the tire machine while installing the tires, and he tried to deny it, and called me a liar. I will never ever go spend my money here again.

BEST TIRE SHOP AND SERVICE IN ALL IF CT! Enver is a very respectful and considerate person. He & his employees do the job well and there s guarantee on tires! The service is EXCELLENT!! The PRICE?!?! If you need a new or used tire, in Waterbury. Definitely the place to go, they have you on & out, even without an appointment.. The prices are inexpensive, I find its cheaper than anywhere else in the Waterbury area!! They will always find out what's wrong with your car & tell you the prices up front.. I HIGHLY recommend Envers!! My family had lived in the Waterbury area for over 40 years & We always used Tony's tire shop on South Main, this year Tony's suddenly closed & someone recommended Envers on South Main St..very happy with the service

The best shop in Waterbury I was there couple times so was great with me fix my car I was happy so much special you ask for Enver is there and help people I was there one day one old lady cam hit the sidewalk with the tire and she broke the tire and she said to them I don't have money then they put the tire for her for free I think so Luan never been in that shop and you can say that then the state that to him

This is the worst place, because the person has bad attitude, he doesn't know how long it takes to replace just rear struts I mean just rear struts nothing else. He tells maybe 5 or 6 hours are you kidding me joke. I went there and he want it me to leave and comeback , but he told to go there and wait funny
