I had gotten into a car accident, and I chose Durable to do my repairs because of their great reviews.First, the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL. Stacey, the woman who runs the service/repair desk is so polite and sweet! Always a pleasure to speak to! Keith, who assisted me with my vehicle walk-around, was so patient and understanding! I loved how he answered all my questions and addressed any concern I had. Not only did they take my car in immediately, the car was completed EARLY! They were very communicative through text, so I always knew the current status of my repair. They even VACUUMED my vehicle and it feels better than ever. Thank you to all of the workers!!

Everyone I dealt with, the receptionist, the estimator and the shop foreman were friendly, respectful, and professional. My 98 Roush Mustang was repaired perfectly and returned to me in spotless condition. It was ready earlier than I originally expected and the repair was less than they originally quoted which I truly appreciated. I would recommend them highly.

As many people know having an accident and needing repairs is a stressful thing . From the very beginning I was met with kindness at durable. Keith my appraiser was understanding patient and treated me with such kindness. Stacey in the office was also incredibly nice and helpful. I was so nervous how my car would come out and it was absolutely beautiful. I was kept updated throughout the entire process and it was finished right on time. I can t thank the mechanics and body techs by name , but thank you for your hard work. I truly recommend durable radiator to anyone and appreciate them so much .

The first place I called the man was very rude to me. He told me he couldn't even think about getting my car in for a month. That's what led me to calling durable. Durable was so nice, especially Keith. He took the time to go above and beyond. To explain everything to me abouth how the process was going to work. They kept me in the know the entire time they had my car. I would 100% Recommend durable to any of my friends and family. Best of all my car came out so good beyond my highest expectations!!Thank you keith and everybody else that helped me out you all were great!

I had a flat tire and triple A used this company as my tow company. Driver arrived angry that he had to be there. I couldn t replace my tire because the lugnut was stripped which I had told triple A before hand. The driver argued with me and wanted to try to remove the nut anyway because he didn t want to tow my car. It didn t work. He then refused to tow my car and drove off. He then reported to triple A it was a modified car that he couldn t tow. My car is factory stock and has been towed before with no issues. The driver was angry and rude because he had to go out at midnight and didn t want to actually do any work. The tow company left me stranded in a parking lot at 1 am and said it wasn t his problem.

Got me in and out fast. Made the process very easy with no interruptions to my work schedule. Extremely impressed with customer service. They even detailed the inside and outside of my car. Incredible work. Felt like they were taking care of one of their own vehicles. Would 10/10 recommend. Will only use them for repairs.

I had an amazing experience with Durable. I was kept informed about the status of my vehicle via text message frequently. I didn't have to call once asking for an update. My car looks amazing- as good as new! The staff is exceptional. I would recommend Durable to anyone needing repairs on their vehicle. Thanks again!

Keith and the other members of Durable auto body shop are very professional and communicated very well during my journey on getting my car repaired from a auto accident. The repairs was completed on time. Communication with the body shop and rental company was on point. Outstanding work and would highly recommend!

I had the most positive care repair experience with Durable. They were polite, professional and just really nice people. They took the time to look at my car and they kept me in the loop during the insurance claim process as well as the car repair. They delivered my car when they said they would and they called me but the best part was that they did make me aware that if they had a challenge I would be informed of that as well. That is huge to me because if you live long enough stuff happens. But some places just avoid you and make you chase them just to find out it might not have been totally their fault. Durable has found a client for life and I will tell anyone willing to listen

I had the best experience with this company! They were so nice and helpful and that made everything so much more flawless. My car came out like brand new. They communicated every step of the way with me. Even enterprise went out of their way to make me feel supported. I would highly recommend them and enterprise to anyone on need of car repairs. I can t thank them enough!!

Flawless execution and exceptional customer service. They are a firm of great people. From Stacey, who answered my post-accident call, scheduled me in, and kept me up-to-date on the repair through the app and subsequent calls, to Rosario who scoped and led the repair, I felt as though they were valuing my business and doing what was best for me. In the end, they did an exceptional job on my 2022 Volvo S60. I would highly recommend them.

Had body damage to a 2022 Mazda. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The estimator explained that parts might be delayed due to the current supply chain issues. He also explained that he tries to use OEM parts even when the insurance company pays for after market. The car looks like I drove it off the dealership lot. Very impressed with their work. Would recommend them to anyone.

Tesla authorized repair shop that is awesome! Repair was outstanding (thoroughly explained and fast) and Customer Service was fantastic! Tesla owners - this is the place to go and definitely not Airport Road in Hartford which is awful

I was told on wendsday 04/22/23 to bring my truck in on Saturday that it would take 3 hours to put a remote start on my vehicle . I get there on Saturday and I was told that it's appointment only after I told them what I was told . That's 525.00 they won't be getting
