I had an exceptional experience with this place and I can confidently say that their service is top-notch. I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. My car was meticulously cleaned and polished to look as good as new. Even the interior was spotless and had a refreshing aroma that left me feeling satisfied. I opted for their luxurious package and I must say, the outcome was nothing less than spectacular.

I would highly recommend using CT professionals . Drew hooked me up. His mechanics are honest and reliable. I struggled for over six months going through mechanics to figure out what was wrong with my car , with the engine light being on nobody seem to be able to figure it out. I took it to Drew and within 20 minutes they knew what the problem was. he fixed my car in a very timely manner. Excellent prices for parts and labor you cannot compare to anyone. Anytime, any work was done on my car He always reached out to me to let me know the problem was before any work was done .I got a flat over the weekend and was in need of help. Within the same day. He had sent one of his mechanics to come out and help change my tire. I would highly recommend using Drew . He is on my speed dial . I drive many mileages a day work related . I am happy to say I finally found a mechanic that I could trust and rely on. He is amazing.

Went there for engine bay cleaning after valve cover gasket fixed and Tony took it upon himself and compounded, polished and wet sanded both headlights for a great price.

These Guy At CT Finest are the best in CT Waterbury. The Main Drew came to my help. This man drew this wonders on this Vehicle. Have a few scuff marks and it only took about 15 mins and it looks brand new beside the little dot. Truly satisfied!I brought in my older car that had been sitting for over a year and was pretty dirty (dog hair, pollen, dust) and had an overall musty smell from sitting so long. I had them detail it, shampoo the seats and wet sand the headlights. Just picked it up and I am thrilled with the results. It looks and smells wonderful! I wish I had taken a before picture of the interior but you can see how nice it was upon pickup. I did a search of auto detail businesses in my area I picked up a new company car that I wanted to Shine I am a 52 year old executive that knows how business is supposed to be conducted. After calling 5 places and getting nonprofessional responses I stumbled upon CT Finest Professionals Auto Detailing through google.My initial conversation with Drew was professional and exactly what I would expect from a business. He actually caught me off guard ( which is hard to do) when he said how soon are you looking to have their completed.. my reply was STAT.. he said he would be there within 30 minutes Drew and his team came to my house, picked up my car, and promptly started to work on it let me say, when he brought it back, it was Newer than New . Sparkling!!!Exceptional service, professional business man, and a more than fair price I would highly recommend.Editing, since I just had another service performed by Drew and his team. It looks like Google will only let me leave one review so I had to add to this.Drew provided such great service on my first experience, I called him to see if he installs remote car starters they do. I received a great starter installed on a 2022 4Runner and was an excellent price. The service and follow through was exceptional. I m at a loss for words over the job that was done to my car! Incredible work, service, and professionalism. I was even able to get my car picked up and dropped off. This is a 2010 Ford Escape that needed a lot of TLC and CT Finest provided just that and more. Engine was washed and my check engine light was on and they checked to see why. I wish I took a before picture to show the cat fur on the seats and dirt on the floor. They did a fantastic job I could not be happier. Drew was very accommodating and the detailers, as you can see, were thorough. I must admit, their location was a little sketchy and threw me off a bit, but that was the only thing I could criticize. I was impressed by the quick text replies from Drew. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a quality car cleaning. Even my wife is considering contacting them for her car, and believe me, she is picky.

EDIT**I previously gave a 5-star review but after everything set and dried I m still seeing stains here, and lots of them! I m disappointed. I tried contacting them and was told that they do not do refunds but instead try to fix the problem. I was told to fix this I would be charged more. After spending $80, I can t justify spending more to get an initial problem fixed. I feel like I trusted someone who was dishonest with me and is trying to get me to spend more money. I can t recommend this auto detailer to anyone else.

Great experience with Drew and his crew, installed aftermarket headlights and taillights, installed new spoiler, tow pulls, and wheel emblems. Doing under carriage lights and front emblem next. Reasonably priced and quick service.

When I called them, they fit me in without an appointment to my convenience as well. I am so great full with the service provided. When they told me the price I thought to myself, that s a bit steep but when I saw the final product not only did I pay but I gave them extra for the professionalism. Plus when I called somebody else they quoted me at almost $500 just for interior cleaning. The car was beyond my expectations when they finished with it. I thought it was a completely different car went I got it back. They are the best detail shop around hands down. Drew was professional, friendly and not at all pushy. I recently had the pleasure of working with CT Finest Professional Auto Detailing and was blown away by the incredible job they did on my car. Not only was Drew quick to respond and able to fit me in on short notice, but he also did an amazing job with the detailing.My car looked better than it has in years after Drew finished with it. I was so pleasantly surprised when I went to pick up my car at ct finest professionals auto detailing. The car looked exactly like the day I bought it.
