Had a couple cars tinted here now, both times the tint job came out excellent. These guys are professionals and pay close attention to detail. These guys are professional. Called them, explained to them what I wanted, agreed to drop my car off, did the work exactly as i requested and had my car ready when they said they would! Would recommend to anyone looking for vehicles window tinting services.

Decided to try this place put because it has the most reviews in Waterbury, some really bad but the majority were good reviews. I called to setup the appointment, the lady who answered sounded like she had a attitude, but wasn't rude and quickly had my appointment set up.Day of the appointment, I had trouble finding the entrance but Chino came outside and helped me, he was very friendly and knowledgeable, gave him my keys and 4 and 1/2 hours later the car was tinted. Tints were perfectly done and no trash or smell of smoke was in my car as mentioned in other reviews. Definitely plan on going again if I ever need to get another car tinted.

After using another tint company for over 20 years I decided to go off some friends recommendations and I'm glad I did Brass City did a fantastic job!! Angelo took good care of my friend and I. Got our cars in and out before the estimated time and did a hell of a job on our tints. Good pricing and quality work this is the third time I come here and plan on it for any future to tinting needed. Highly recommended.

I've been goi here for years! Great work! All the cars I've owned have been done here or redone here. I've gotten my Mitsubishi, Mazda, dodge, Volkswagen, Lexus redone after cats destroyed it(6 of 9 Windows had to be redone, cats cut the rubber seals broke my defrost lines in the rear and melted the plastic on the b pillars) my new civic my girlfriends car my body's old truck his new jeep, my other friends new Subaru, and now that I work for a dealership selling cars all my clients are either done by them through us or I send them there after the fact. I stand by their work and have no problem writing this review for them.

I stopped by Brass City Tints to get my old tint removed since I am registering my car in a state that does not allow what I had on my vehicle. Everyone was really helpful and cool to talk with and made me feel very welcome. If/when I get new tints put on my car I am going to come back when I am in the area. They did a great job, were reasonably priced, and I really appreciate them helping me out.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Terrible customer service and professionalism. I drove 30 mins and showed up right on time for my apt (which I made one week in advance). I was fed some bogus lies that the vinyl in stock was damaged (aka they ran out of stock). Regardless, they didn't call me to reschedule and I wasted an hour of my life. They also tried changing the agreed upon price day of. I took 2 of my previous cars there and each tint has air bubbles. NEVER AGAIN.

I think Angelo really knows his stuff and his son's are falling in the business and I think they'll do just well fine they have a blessed business we're lucky

Been going here for years my family too. We ve only had tints done but always came out great I mean A1. Angelos wife is amazing she comes off a little hard but she s really just the kindest women ever. Come in with a big smile and it will get u far , love this place!

Doesnt pay his workers. Keeps all the money for himself. Slaves his workers. Pays them little so they have to depend on him and throws it in there face. I worked there for many years couldnt even afford my rent even after putting over 40 hours a week. Calls people the N word very toxic. And they take off door panels and destroy them 100% of the time. Unfortunately a very bad one. Dropped my car at 9:00a for a 3 hour job. I went back to pick it up the owner told me he needed another hour because he had problems with another car " not mine " so I went back home and 1 hour later I stopped by to pick up my car that out of nowhere a dent showed up on my rear bumper "believe me I look at everything on this car everyday I wash it twice a week, but the owner swore to me it didn't happen there and I know it did, now I see why he needed an extra hour.My advice " DON'T BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE "There's nothing I can do now, that's my word against his, I can't prove anything. FML

Chino and his son are awesome at tinting windows. They did my Mercedes, Audi, and BMWs. Very professional and they back up their work. Strongly recommend.

Please to all who is reading this. I was a victim of my brand new tires and rims. I went to Brass City Tint Llc in 563 Watertown Ave in Waterbury Ct. Not only was I a victim of my rims and tires, but this man, the owner of the business, Angelo Cavan stole 280$$ from me. He lied about the alarm system he was going to put in my car. It only cost 20$$. And the only reason I learned it was 20$$ after paying him 300. $$ was because I knew something was wrong. My alarm never went off even when a child bumped into my car with his bike. He promised that I wouldn't have a problem anymore because he put one of the best car alarm system. I trusted him. He seemed to be friendly, honest. He talked about God and said he hated thieves and how God don't like ugly. Well unfortunately he stole from two honest hard working people... Please, Please don't be victimized by Angelo Caban and his wife. My husband and I went to ask about the alarm or that he needs to give our money back. He was soo nervous he didn't know what to even say. He bluntly told us how there were atleast 2 costermer who went there and told him how he and his wife are scammers . .. I couldn't believe that he said that to me. I just said to myself, and I'm just another one..... Don't be another victim or have to learn the Bad way like we did..... If you want good service and want to be treated like a human being, Don't Go There Ever....

My wife took her vehicle to have tints to match the back original privacy glass and they did a terrible job. READ ALL OF THE REVIEWS BELLOW. The people that runs this business are RUDE! They gave us a hard time refunding my money.Service: Vehicle window tintingService: Vehicle window tinting

Tints on my Grand Cherokee came out great. Had an issue with one of the tints bubbling and they fixed it fast and without any issue. Will be back for other cars.

I Only gave him 1 star simply because he gave us our 300$$ he stole from us.. People please read this. I was a victim of my brand new tires and rims. My husband decided to go to Brass City Tint and ask him to help us to put an sensitive, great alarm system. He warned my husband that it would be soo sensitive that it would go off even with a strong wind. My alarm never went off even when a child bumped into my car with bike. I new something was wrong. Very wrong. I googled the alarm system model and learned it only cost 60$ . If you buy it on E-bay, it cost 20$ brand new. 8$ used.... I just couldn't believe it. We trusted him since he kept preaching he was a man of God.... We went there the second time to complain about the alarm system. And I also wanted my receipt that was never given to me. He told me that I would have to pay for my receipt. Pay for my receipt?? That is unheard of. .. The 3rd time my husband went there, my husband said to him, Do not preach the gospel and do not use God's name in vane .... I just want my money back... I also told him I wasn't mad, rather hurt because I trusted him... He told us to come back in a week because it take several hours to take it off.. In fact it only took him 7 minutes to take it off... He was soo nervous that he kept saying how costermer were complaining about the work he's done and telling him that he and his wife were scammers. I said to myself, I'm just another victim too... Please, I would like for you to take a time and review this place. Dirty, filthy, but mostly Dishonest people.... Don't go there.... I simply don't want someone else to go through what we indured in the hands of this man Angelo Caban Sr. And his wife.... The day we went to get the alarm taking off, he was a totally different person. I tell you, he wasn't a God's man anymore.

Rude and not willing to do a vehicle and accommodate a working individual and if u come at 4 pm they will not do your car if it s gonna go past the time they close. They must not like money. I have 4 cars for them to tint but because I get out at 3:30 they won t touch not one smh

I wish I could give them 0 but I'll have to settle for one star . Let me tell you a story. Angelo's sons did my tints on my Acura TL. Broke a part of the door so it wouldn't open or close from the inside or outside. I had to take it to the kids dad who owned another time shop to try and get the door open . This guy tried to tell me the motor was going bad on the door that's why he couldn't get it open . How would u know the motor was going bad if you couldn't open the door? Then he tried telling me the car was old and un reliable . At the time my tl was about 3 years old and in months condition. Then after a week of trying to oeop the door he finally does. I have no clue what he did . But I still couldnt open it from the inside to this day. Refused to pay for anything. This guy and his dad are total scumbags . Beware of these shady jerks .
