I bought a 2019 lt trail boss from Patrick McConachie and the customer service was second to none. I would recommend Blasius of Waterbury to anyone and definitely would buy another vehicle working with Patrick.

Blasius had to be by far the best Vehicle buying experience I have ever had. BUT the service department seems to be a completely different company all together. The lack of communication between service advisors and customers is non-existent. Voicemail after voicemail is left without a response. An empty promise to have them call back is made by the secretary in service. By no means am I expecting a detailed report on the status of my vehicle, but a basic status update on diagnostics, repairs needed and timeline of the repair is all I ask for. But I am here going on 2 weeks of needing to call nearly every day just to get a small amount of information on my truck. No callbacks, no updates, no customer service skills at all. What an absolutely terrible experience in the service department. I do NOT recommend, and this will be the last time I come for service here.Services: Transmission, Tire rotations, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Service department is terrible. One person says one thing. Another person says something else. They have bad attitudes. And I've had to take my truck there several times because of my warranty. And it was there just for diagnosis for day's to tell me they couldn't find anything wrong. So I had to take it to be fixed somewhere else

This was a seamless experience. Raffaella my saleswoman and Glenn finance manager were extremely helpful, and accommodating. The radio that is in my vehicle was an aftermarket radio that failed to allow me to have the full experience. After speaking with Raffaella she offered to have it replaced with the original radio as well as giving me a new key with key pad. I will recommend her and the Blasius Waterbury Team for your vehicle needs.

Josue had given me excellent customer service. I have had a new transmission put in, a new wheel bearing, a manifold leak repaired and just recently have had both of my front sway bar links replaced. He has saved me a great deal of money by dealing with the extended warranty company and most of all is honest. This is a guy you can trust with your vehicle. My salesman Patrick McConachie was great! He helped me all the way through the process. I traded in my 05 Colorado for a 23 Colorado. I just wish I could give more stars on the great customer service.

I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Tucson from Blasius on Scott Rd and Matheus Bertocco aka Matt was amazing, my transaction was seamless even though I was waiting for over 2 hours because they were down a finance person but Matt offered to take me anywhere I needed to go and was getting my vehicle prepared for me to take home and they had it smelling good and nice tires were shining. During the initial test drive he gave me the carfax information on the vehicle which the vehicle was in very good condition and the previous owner kept it maintained from the service report so that was a relief for me. From the moment I walked into the showroom everyone was very professional the type of place I would like to do business with again. Thank you so much Matt for not only being a great sales man and professional but also a kool human being. Keep up the great work.

Bestrim sold me a Kia Soul and he checks in from time to time via email ensuring that I am still a satisfied customer. For the most part I am and don't reply. It's the thought that counts and that I can appreciate.Something recently happened to my Kia Soul and my son posted the story on Facebook and Bestrim replied to the Facebook post and I was so appreciative of that.My car is now at the Blasius Kia dealership in Watertown and so far they have been just as nice to me. Great customer service overall.Life happens and good customer service makes a huge difference, if you know you know.

Horrendous communication...They told me I wouldn't get charged for towing, parts and labor because a vehicle I purchased the PREVIOUS DAY went into limp mode.Got it towed down there. They fixed it free of cost then told me the tow is not reimbursed.... Could have been avoided

Have explained in rating for a different location and since Google asked again and after driving it since last week its still not where it should be for what I paid and for what I am pay for every month I am not sure who I should speak to about this because at the dealship level I feel like im being played and or brushed off enjoy the rest of the day thank u for taking the time
