I recently purchased a vehicle from Blasius Pre-Owned and had a fantastic experience. Jerry was very professional, did not pressure me, and made the entire process easy. The finance department was super nice and explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. I made a same day appointment at 2:00 PM and left by 4:30 PM with a new (to me) car. The team even detailed the new car before I left! I would highly recommend visiting this dealership if you are looking for an upgrade.

Not a single bad thing to say about this dealership. Wonderful service from top to bottom, everybody that I interacted with was professional, friendly, and made me feel welcome. My salesperson Ted in particular was awesome. I flew in from out of state to purchase a car and he was super communicative throughout the entire process. He even had the car pulled right up front so it was the first car I saw when I arrived. If I lived closer, this would be my go-to dealership for sure!

Recently Purchased a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado. Purchase was easy and painless. Without any type of sales pressure. Everything was explained in detail and upfront. After purchasing the truck. I noticed a dent on the tailgate that I missed during the initial walkthrough. I contacted my salesperson Ally Brown about the damage. They fixed the dent no question asked. Which they had no obligation to do since it was a used truck. All the staff were great and accommodating. Definitely Recommend

Car buying experience was top notch. Patrick my salesman was terrific. Was able to take care of most of the details over the phone since I was over 2 hours away from there dealership. Was able to get the truck I wanted at the terms I wanted without hassle. Upon my surprise I brought my own financing and they were able to beat it. Would recommend them to everyone. One of the easiest experiences I have ever had buying a vehicle.

PROS used cars like the one I bought(honda crv) was in good standard and affordable. Not like the multiple Honda dealerships I went to before. I got the best interest rates I could possible gotten of the multiple dealerships I went to. the versatility when picking a warranty was amazing. In the expensive side but that s because I adjusted it to my needs(a lot of miles not a lot of years) sale staff seems honest enough compared to the other dealers I went to. The person who attend it me(Mario) was honest and told me how things move in the that specific dealership. 100% recommend him.Cons Stupid brake pulse safety(which in my car barely works). Added to all new vehicles and apparently used as well. 299 charge add on that no one needs but it s put there and you can t take it off because it s already installed. So, technically not an add on just a mandatory fee. purchase the ceramic coat inside/out but was no worth it at all. When I arrived the next day car was not ready like promise not clean properly and definitely no ceramic like I seen in the other dealerships I went to before. Car had to be taken back waited 1-2hrs, looked better but not good enough compared to what I seen in other dealerships.In conclusion, try to avoid every fee/add on even the stupid brake flickering add on if you can. Just get gap insurance and good warranty that s all you need.GOOD dealership overall!!!

I was on Carfax just looking at the different Subaru Crosstrex's that my area had to offer, and I ran into one from here that was priced well under Kelly Bluebook. Sounding a little to good to be true I made the Hour+ drive to the dealership expecting the worstor some sales gimmick to try and place me in a car I didn't want. None of that happened, I was impressed from start to finish. The salesman was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and was by far the most pleasant dealership experience I have ever had. The dealership was bustling with happy customers and soon to be customers. They had a beautiful showroom. As for the car its, Perfect! exactly what I wanted. 10 out of 10 would recommend and do again!

I wish I could pick 4.5 stars, because that's my honest score for our experience with Blasius. My wife and I just leased a 2024 Chevy Equinox on Saturday 3/2/24. Leading up to signing the paperwork and getting the vehicle, we dealt exclusively with Isaac Smyth in their Internet Sales department. He was very easy to work with, and he was both responsive and straightforward with our questions. Compared to almost every other Chevy dealership in CT, Blasius beat all their offers by quite a bit. The only thing I didn't really care for was that all their cars (new and used) include a vehicle tracking system - whether we wanted it or not - at an extra cost. While I fully understand that cars are stolen all of the time, it doesn't really save enough on insurance to make up for the extra $33 a month or so (when factored into the 3 year lease). But since our model was a demo, the extra discount negated that extra cost and then some. We got all our other discounts like bonus cash and conquest lease loyalty on top of that, which Isaac took care of for us.Picking up the car wasn't perfect (clerical errors on their side - easily fixed). But once everything was in order, we were in and out of the finance manager's office in less than 10 minutes. He even mentioned that he saw us their with our two little ones (1 & 5 yr olds) and wanted to get us taken care of quickly. That was greatly appreciated!Since our vehicle was a demo model, it was slightly used (but sold as new at a discount). The outside was completely detailed and perfect, but the inside wasn't completely clean. Not a big deal but we expected at least a vacuuming and a full wipe down.All in all, we loved the straightforward pricing/quotes, the ability to get everything done ahead of time (credit app, document uploads, etc), and eagerness of their staff to make you happy.We've leased/purchased 11 new/certified vehicles from 9 dealerships, and this was one of the best experiences we've had (aside from the minor snafus). There's a reason they're CT's highest volume Chevrolet dealership.

We had such a great experience buying our car. Jeremy G. Was great he test drove the car with us and answered all of our questions. Miranda also did a phenomenal job with our paperwork and financing. The manager Carmen was great as well. No pressure just gave as all of the numbers and let us make our decision. Everyone was so kind and gracious. Will definitely return when it s time for our next purchase and recommend to our friends and family.

Everyone that I worked with was excellent from start to finish! Incredibly polite, easy to work with and they made sure we got the best deal.Mike Abbatiello was our salesperson and he was fantastic. He helped to handle a potential insurance issue and his customer service went above and beyond! He did an excellent job of answering all of my questions and took his time going through all the features of the car. We could not have asked for a better experience.Highly recommend Blasius if you re in the area!

I had the absolute best experience! I went on my own just to test drive a few cars, Eli was my salesman, I had expectations and a budget Eli was patient, kind, and extremely helpful. Showed me what I wanted to be showed, stayed in my price point. Showed me a total of 7 cars, 4 test drives, I never felt pressured or a burden. He worked so hard to find me the perfect fit!!

My 5 star rating is specifically rated for Rich Noble in the sales department* I came to the dealership to view a certain suv I found online.. after a test drive, I realized that particular suv was not for me. I really did not have any other cars in mind and Rich was great about showing different vehicles in my price range that met my needs with 4 dogs + a baby on the way (and was so gracious dealing with my indecisive personality). Thank you, Rich!However, I have to give the service department 3 or 4 stars.. they didn t have my car ready the day they said they would, so I came the following morning & the car wasn t even detailed yet. We waited for a bit, did a final test drive, and they finished detailing the car while we were doing paperwork with Miranda (who was also wonderful - thank you, Miranda!)Rich definitely made this experience a pleasant one despite the few bumps we experienced, and did everything to make it right. A valuable asset to Blasius to say the least - highly recommend working with him!!

I just recently leased a Chevy Equinox from Blasius. My salesperson was Frank Prusinowski. He was great to work with. This was the first time I had leased a car and he walked me through everything I needed to know. He showed me how to work all the bells and whistles(and this car is loaded with them). He even came in on his day off to accommodate my schedule. Every one I met there were friendly and helpful. I would definitely send my friends there when they need a new car.

I drive an hour and pass several Chevy dealers to use Blasius in Waterbury. Salesperson Dan Barolli is hands down the most efficient and effective salesperson I have delt with in decades. Dan and the Blasius team are well worth the ride, they are fair, friendly and professional. They simply get the job done!

This was far and away the best experience I ve had at any dealership. I had been looking online for a pre-owned Colorado ZR2 and found one at Blazius that was in my price range. Met with Michael Bartolini and took it for a test ride. I absolutely loved the truck. More importantly, Michael was genuinely friendly and knowledgeable. At no point in our discussions did I feel pressured to make a decision. I financed it through my Credit Union, traded in my old Silverado and have been enjoying the hell out of my new ride.I can t say enough how much this experience was made better by the way I was treated throughout the entire process.I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

It was such a pleasant and easy purchase at Blasius after having horrible experiences at other dealers in NJ. Steven Lord was the sales rep that helped me test drive all the models I was interested in and listened to all my concerns without any pressuring. They were very reasonable with my trade in. The whole team including the managers (Larry and Glenn) were very professional and willing to work with me on the pricing. After I picked up the car, I noticed a bubble on one of the tires, and Steven replaced the tire without any hesitation. When a dealer takes care of issues after delivery on a used car, that s how you know they care about their customers and their reputation. It is clear that they are a volume dealer, they won t waste your time trying to gouge as much money out of the customers. Can t recommend them enough.

Tyler contacted me when I had inquired about a vehicle. Tyler was phenomenal and helped me look at a couple of trucks in my range without any pressure. Let me do a thorough inspection without feeling under the gun to get the deal done. Only complaint I have is when I drove 1.5 hours to view the truck with an appointment, the truck was being repaired. The repairs were completed expeditiously and I was able to look at the truck and ended up purchasing it. Finance manager Miranda was awesome as well, broke everything down and was by the best finance person I ve dealt with in regard to vehicle sales. I ll send everyone I know here and will definitely come back when buying.

The price may seem good online, but when you go to look at the car and receive a formal price Blasius adds an additional $1300 for a tracking system that they installed (not requested by the customer).. Although I was told this was disclosed in the fine print, it was not disclosed online under the description for that vehicle. Be aware of undisclosed additional fees that significantly increase the cost of the vehicle. If you are looking for a dealership with transparent pricing and information and a more straight forward approach, you should probably look elsewhere. If you are comfortable haggling to get fees removed, than this maybe your place.

I recently went to Blasius Chevrolet to purchase a used vehicle I found online being sold there, and I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, helping me leave with the car that I wanted. Everyone was amazing and so easy to work with, from the sales team, to the financial advisors, and everyone in the service and body department.Steve Flip , the salesman I worked with was so nice, his manager greatly helped me on pricing before meeting with a financial advisor.
