Never in my life have I had new tires installed and had the tech break off a wheel stud, but these grease monkeys managed to do it. On top of that, they said they don't fix things like that. They take no responsibility for their own carelessness. Then when trying to remove the tire myself to replace the broken stud, I found 3 more studs that were cross threaded and broke when trying to get the lug nuts off. Steer clear of these morons. They have no idea what they are doing. I'm not done dealing with these people yet. No telling what I'll find on the other 3 wheels.

Great experience, very quick and responsive team. I had a flat tire and they fixed it in no time. TIM was great and very helpful.highly recommend

I stopped in the tire dept to inquire about getting new tires. I was greeted by Sam. He asked me the necessary questions and gave me my options. I made my choice and an appointment to get them put on. It was quick and easy.Thank you Sam

2011 F350Had to buy tires sooner than later thanks to a Tek screw. The gentlemen who ordered them did so without payment to expedite the shipment and cut down one day on a potential 3 day lead time. Showed up that night to pay and they arrived the very next day.Same guy who ordered did the install and the service was top notch. I don't understand all the bad reviews, I highly recommend them.

Used to buy all my tires from BJ's tires. Costco tire center is much better compare to BJ's in customer service. At BJ's Always some newbie who doesn't know what to do . Went last time, one newbie was training another newbie , I went in , no customers , he was showing new person something in computer, so I stayed quiet untill they finish their conversation, conversation kept going , I kept waiting quietly, in between, he looks at me too, after 7-8 minutes, I pretended to walk out, still conversation going on, after about another 7-8 minutes , total waiting for about 15 mins, I just left. And decided to not renew BJ's membership, and went straight to Costco and got new membership, .now, at Costco I called before I went , they over deliver their promise. Much better than BJ's. I am glad I made that change .

Friendly, Helpfully techs. The manager is terrible though. Was the Only customer and been waiting over 45 minutes for the manager to bring out the tires.

I have a blouse that I bought last year and I wanted to return it or exchange it for something else and the woman said that they no longer had it and it was not in the system. When I went to where the clothes were, there were many blouses that I wanted to return. Either the woman doesn't know how to work at her job or she didn't feel like helping me.

They have variety and quality of products but the prices don't help, it was almost empty with no customers. They need better prices and coupons and more promotion to compete with Costco.Tienen variedad y calidad de productos pero los precios no ayudan, estaba casi vac�o sin clientes.
