It's not the first time I left empty-handed here, just because they didn't know what they were doing. They were no help at all. They put no effort into trying. Sure wish I just went to O'Reilly's.

Zero stars! Customer service here is horrible. I went in looking for some parts but the employee James was very rude and had an attitude. He ended up giving me the wrong part because he didn t ask for any of my vehicle information and when I told him something specific about my car he said it didn t matter. Very unprofessional! Train your employees better and maybe more people won t complain!

I would give them a 5 star rating but the last time I was there one of the counter work that wasn't busy with a customer was busy on the phone having a personal conversation. Ignoring the fact I was waiting

Not great customer service and no one knows what their doing. I had called about an item and was told they had a ton in stock but when i went there it changed and they apparently in my 5 minute drive over didn't have any of them. Told them i called and was told otherwise and they *magically* found the item right behind the counter.

Price for oil filter wrong on shelf,they wouldn't honor it. Not a big selection. Bought it at Auto Zone across the street $3,00 cheaper

Friendly, sometimes a little slow. Also will loan out tools for free must leave a deposit and returns it when tool is returned.
