We did the TSA pre check here and had a great experience! The woman who helped us (I wish I asked her name, I m sorry) was so sweet and helpful. We were worried about the location but this seemed to be in a very safe area with plenty of parking. It was a very fast process and she was so nice to our son and included him in the process. Thanks so much!

I was sent there for a TSA appointment Saturday 2-24 the scanner GOVplus claiming your appointment Is all set. So when I get there I went to the window I spoke to (forgive I can t remember his name ) tall black man . He said politely to me there was no appointment for me. WHAT ! Please take I ll seat what I can do. Then he spoke to the woman who s in charge of doing TSA who was also polite as well. She said if this person doesn t show I ll do it for you ! They were a no show . Low and be hold she did it for me. I was so happy cause I didn t have to do all those forms again. I couldn t thank them enough.

This location has TSA pre-check. We worked with them. Service was great and quick. I recommend. You have to make an appointment inline and be an AAA member.

They treat gold customers like they re the walk ins off the street. You shouldn t wait hours for a tow that you pre pay for annually. It s crazy my father needed a tow he s a gold member and waited 4+ hours for a IN TOWN TOW. that s ridiculous. When I was a kid AAA was fantastic now its terrible quality control is down clearly

Got a flat tire so I went on the app. The app was super easy, no hassle of waiting to talk to someone, and they had someone sent out to me asap. Jonathan from Avenue was there within 20mins of sending the call. He was super nice and soo quick! the whole process was less than an hour. I had my daughter with me so I appreciated everything being so quick and simple.

I had to renew my license because it was due to expire. First an appointment was set-up because I had opted not to renew online. The appointment system works. There's no crowds, no hassles and the employees were nice.

Renewed my license. SO worth having AAA membership for that alone! There was a line when I went in for license renewals and because I had a membership, they had me go in members line, then I was called up almost immediately. I almost felt bad going ahead others waiting...but that's part of the perks of joining AAA...and the staff was very friendly, nice to everyone, and very patient with every person's questions. I never write reviews. This was well worth it!

Went to AAA to renew my license. I was greeted the moment I walked through the door. Everyone that I dealt with was super polite and friendly. It was a easy experience. There was a line but in no way was it as long or excruciating as the DMV.

I have been a AAA member for 20+ years and overall I enjoy the service they provide. I recently used the battery replacement service. I am writing this review specifically for the battery replacement service. Avoid using if you can. If your battery is faulty, getting a replacement is pretty close to impossible. I got many different stories for each of the agents I spoke with. Save youself the headache and just go to the car parts store and buy one there. In case you have an issuer the auto parts store will be able to help you where AAA will not.

Renewed my drivers license at AAA. Waited only a few minutes. Very easy to do. They were very pleasant to work with. Definitely would recommend them.

Inquired about auto and home insurance. Spoke with Josie who was professional, friendly, very knowledgeable. Willing to work hard to find the right policies to meet MY needs and budget. Which she did! Very pleased !

Good service but the wait for return call was very long. It took over 3 hrs for them to call back. However once they called back they were very helpful.

I went in to collect information for a trip to California with a pet. I was greeted with smiles, and my questions and requests handled immediately. I saw how others were equally well treated. I had just renewed my license at the DMV, but next time I will do it here.

This office visit was awesome! I was greeted with a smile and "how can I help you"?The customer service rep was able to answer any and all questions and get me through the process without problems or delays, Oh ya, she also made eye contact.This is a very friendly office.

This is the only place to renew your driver's license, I would have been in line at the MVD for hours, it took 15 minutes at this AAA location and the young lady who helped me was wonderful. I was able to do the verified license at this location.

I stupidly drained the air out of my tire using a broken air station at the citgo on meriden road. Luckily a driver from AAA was literally across the street, so all in all quick and painless.

Went to AAA Waterbury to renew my license...was in & out in 10 minutes! Who would go to DMV and spend half a day waiting in 4 different lines to do the same thing? Nobody I know! Thanks, AAA, for making a necessary task so much less painful!!!

Was stranded on my motorcycle 30 minutes from my house with a shorted battery. Not only did they tell me "there are no batteries that fit your bike nearby", but they also refused to tow me.Furthermore, I found a battery literally 20 minutes from where I broke down.

Great service. In a few minutes I received several maps and a trip book from CT to the Biltmore Estates in NC. Also received books for FL, Victoria, BC, Canada and tour brochures for Italy and Ireland. Fast and courteous representative.

I have had quite a few experiances with AAA and as always it was fast the driver was friendly its always a good thing, not that breaking down ever is but with AAA you know u have them to cover your back no matter where you are!!!

We went to our local AAA to get international currency. Good exchange rate with none of the additional fees charged by banks to purchase euros. Great service offered by AAA.,

I was under the assumption that this office did driver license renewals. When I arrived, I was told that they do not do them and to go to Southington. Woman was very nice

Went to get a new drivers license card cause I lost mine. Was the best experience ever, I was treated with respect and kindest and process only took 10 minutes total.
