Service is unlike any I ve ever experienced before. They helped my whole family get new cars! They were reasonable, polite, well, mannered, and respectful. Didn t push, weren t pushy, didn t take advantage of anyone like many salesmen do, and I was glad to see this. Our experience at Wallingford Auto Park was exceptional. I won t be too specific because I know no one is going to read the 5 paragraphs I could write raving of our experience- so I will simply it as much as I can. Dereck was incredible in assisting us with finding a car perfect for our family. Everyone we came in contact with during that experience (the GM, finance, other sales individuals) were all amazing, pleasant and helpful. I could not say more positive things about our experience as well as the exceptional quality of the cars we looked at, including the one we decided to purchase. We will recommend Wallingford Auto Park moving forward to anyone (and everyone) that asks.

So a month ago I got into a hit and run the cops never found the person and insurance totaled my car. I had been on a search for a good reliable car for a good price, Derrick here at wallingford auto park made everything happen and become possible within 2 days. It was amazing! He works fast and efficiently. I definitely recommend anyone to shop here for a car and to work with Derrick when they do! Thank you so much again Derrick!!

I have bought dozens of cars in my life. I will never buy another used car from anyone but Derrick at Wallingford Auto Park. Professional, straightforward, trustworthy - all of the "things." Used car dealers get a bad name so go to Derrick. He will take great care of you.

live in Ma and saw a scion xb for sale. called on Saturday to inquire about the car and drove down sunday to look at. john bogden was fantastic. told us it would not be ready until friday because it need to go into shop for safety inspection. our few concerns with the car were addressed. very painless experience. i would highly recommend this dealership.

I purchased this Sportwagen in April. Almost 6 months ago. I wanted to drive it for a while before leaving a review.Salesman Phil took great care of this purchase from the very first phone call inquiry. I've purchased a decent amount of vehicles from dealers and this was only the 2nd positive experience. At no point in the purchase did I feel pressured or bullied. Even in the FI department where the pain usually sets in.6 months later still enjoying this purchase.Thank you !!!

After 5 months of looking for a vehicle, going to 6 dealerships, all those phony sales people, being told that I didn t know what I wanted-I was told by a dear friend to try Wallingford Auto Mall. He trusted them. ALL the people there are very easy to work with. There s REALLY no pressure, they answer ALL your questions, and believe me I had a lot! Derrick Johnson made me feel comfortable and heard, as I asked about the history of the vehicle, safety ratings, reliability of the vehicles I was looking at. He even showed me the Carfax without asking for it!Now we ve all heard the horrors about going into the financing office when buying a vehicle..well, nothing could be further from the truth here. I went in- sat down-Seriously, was out in 20 mins. NO PRESSURE AT ALL. Told them what I wanted and what I didn t want, they were happy to comply.Im referring everyone I know here!! Derrick was the best! If I ever have to purchase another vehicle - I will not go anywhere else. Thanks for all you ve done Derrick, and all the staff at Wallingford Auto Mall!

My Partner and I spent the best part of Dec 30th 2023...discussing and test driving a 2015 Volvo V60. We had driven 60 miles from Western Mass where we live. The Volvo seemed reasonably priced and in good condition with 78,000 miles on the clock. We put down a $3010 deposit and arranged the finance through their finance office. The paperwork that had to be signed was not thoroughly explained and we found out later they had charged us an additional $250 for a extra insurance, on top of the Progressive Insurance we provided them on the following Tuesday. Why? Our previous car had been a total loss following a hit and run by a large deer. So we had no car, other than a costly rental. We were told it may take a few days to run all the docs up for registration by Mass RMV and that we could probably pick up the Volvo the following week.Well...here we are 10 days later. No car, no registration, and an estimate of now Jan 16th before we can pick it up...3 weeks after we had bought the car. We were told only yesterday that Wallingford use a third party called Beacon to register their cars for out of state buyers. But they only deliver the docs to the RMV...and leave them there! Why were we not told this at the time? Apparently, we now have to wait before the plates and registration docs are delivered to us here at home before we can rent another car to drive down to Wallingford to pick up the car we bought 3 weeks ago. Car dealer management overhaul needed here.The lesson for us? ...Don't buy a car at Wallingford Auto Park CT if you live in MA. Unless you're prepared to live without a car for 3 weeks which seems to defeat the purpose of buying a car there in the first place.

Very nice place. They were open and honest. Gave me service records and a carfax. Helped me with the additionals i needed and made sure my questions were answered. Highly recomended. Sales rep was also amazing.

ASK FOR RICH! I have never purchased a vehicle by myself, let alone taken out a vehicle loan and he made the entire process pressure and stress FREE! From handling the paperwork with my bank and registering the vehicle on my behalf all while I was at work. I've had my vehicle now for just over three weeks & I've driven over 1,300 miles already, between traveling for work and being on holiday, and NOT one car issue has come up nor has a light on the dashboard turned on. Did I mention that I got a great warranty package as well? Ya'll it's so worth it to purchase a vehicle at Wallingford Auto Park and to especially have Rich's well informed help.

I had such an amazing experience here at Wallingford auto park. Joe was an amazing salesman who was very patient and attentive to all of my questions and needs. Chris who prepared all the finance papers took care of me he was very informative. The whole experience was amazing and I will continue to go to Wallingford auto park. I highly recommend !! If you hate the sale pitch then go with Rich!I came to Wallingford Auto Park to purchase my new to me vehicle and couldn t be happier! I can t stand feeling pressured by the salesman or the sales manager to purchase a vehicle. That didn t happen here. Each person I dealt with was down to earth, honest and sincere. If you re looking for a great deal and want to deal with good people, come here. Thank you to Josh, the sales manager; Chris the finance manger and Rich, the sales person for making this a smooth, easy process! I will definitely come back here and recommend it to my friends and family!

A car was bought from Wallingford Auto , 2 months later the car needs a whole new engine . I called them about it, Joe ( a manager) said. "So what do you want?" Did not care at all the fact they sold us a car they knew would break down. Will Never buy from Wallingford Auto again. Big Mistake!

Bought a car with full warranty. Car threw a code for the catalytic converter. Theyre trying their best to not fix it, they claim it was a gasket even though there was zero leaks. I know the code was present before purchase since they couldnt run it through emmisions either. Tires also never held air since purchase, tire light has been on since i drove off the lot which should be their problem to fix. Now they tell me its my problem to deal with and i have to buy new tires 3 months after purchase even though i have brought the car to them at least 3 times for the tire light. Dissapointed with the customer service after purchase. Probably wont buy a car from a dealership again after this experience.

So I purchased a vehicle a few years old and declined the offered warranty at a $2000+ pricetag. Test drove vehicle and it seemed solid. Granted I'm aware it's a used vehicle it shouldn't need repairs within the first 2 weeks of purchase, and here it is over $14K vehicle purchased at asking price and took it back to the dealership twice only to still have noise somewhere in the front drivers end. Repairs will come and go but problems should be found and solved before it gets to the customer, that's just smart business. The salesman assured any needed repairs would be taken care of prior to me taking the vehicle home and this unfortunately wasn't true. The vehicle supposedly underwent a "108 point" inspection and somehow still needs a repair though other repairs were made the major one still exists, how do you explain that one? If I was understood a repair was needed I would've agreed to have the repair made at another establishment less the asking price but no way would I agree to asking price + the repair cost so soon. The staff was kind and nice but I don't feel it was a truthful and upfront business transaction. Down the road I think I'll skip the middleman (dealership) and buy directly from a personal seller and make any needed repairs out of the money saved. Needless to say I will not be making anymore purchases from this specific dealership.

My dog and I went in for our first car and worked with Richard Blanchette! He was SO nice and went out of his way to make sure i felt secure in my decision, took the time to really break down every step and option. My trip to Wallingford Auto Park was well worth the distance. The sales staff were honest & helpful in assisting me to find the perfect vehicle to replace my much-loved vehicle. There were so many great used cars to choose from (not easy to do today given the current supply & demand challenges). Wallingford Auto Park gave me a great value on my trade-in and worked several angles to get me the very best financing. The sales staff were efficient and very respectful of my time. The car was clean, extremely well-detailed, and even had a full tank of gas (I ll miss my hybrid vehicle). I cannot say enough positive things about the Marcello, the Sales Manager; Chris, the Finance Manager; and lastly Patrick, the Salesman. How could I not help but fall in love with the salesman? Patrick is very good at what he does. He really listens to the customer, works tirelessly to find just what the customer wants, and is there for the customer every step of the way to make sure all goes smoothly. The entire team at Wallingford Auto Park really goes the extra mile to make sure each customer is completely satisfied. If you are in the market for a car, I would highly recommend Wallingford Auto Park.
