This is the best place to get an oil change, will definitely go back here. Everyone here was incredibly kind and knowledgeable!Anything car related is usually confusing and stressful for me but all the staff here are so kind and patient. They answered all of my questions, taught me things about getting my oil changed, and overall went above and beyond.Would highly recommend, this was a very efficient and positive experience!

I drove up and was behind one car in line, the gentleman came out had me back up to let some cars move, and I was next in line they told me. Twenty minutes later and they took all The cars behind me into the bay and left me sitting there, and then additional 15 minutes service was horrible. They should ve taken first come first serve, or at least put me in front of the first day that they knew that was gonna open up first I even told the guy I had to be at work so I left.

Went there today with my latest used car and got my oil changed. I started using my car to do uber eats and want to save actual service records. They were quick and easy, it's nice not even having to get out of the car.They checked my air filter, and tire pressure. And I was horrified at what my used dealership had the nerve to leave in there for an air filter. It was beat to all hell and absolutely covered in all manner of debri. My dealership isn't exactly expensive, but I know them and they at least usually blow the filters off with an air machine. My car is fine so I was more amused than anything, I digress.I absolutely took the upsell, I was planning on checking the air filter and doing it myself eventually anyway.Same with the wiper blades. Yes, they upsell. But, I had the extra cash and got an oil change, and a worn out filter and wiper blades done, quick and EZPZ. I'm not complaining. Less things I have to worry about for now, and I can commute to work, do ubering, and see my kids and friends and not worry about scheduled maintenance for a while. Good to go, thanks Valvoline!!

Although the service was good, staff was friendly, the cost was totally outrageous $81.00 for an oil change, I mean it's $20 to let oil out, $20 to put oil in, $20 to change filter, $20 to close the hood

Awesome place. Even though there was a line, they were quick. You get to stay in your car and they were friendly. Will make this my place to go for an oil change.

I used Valvoline on Rt 5 in Wallingford I usually change my own oil so this was the first time ever had someone else change my oil and the last time. They screwed my motor up cuz they didn't put in enough oil. My motor now has a rattle in the lifters because of it. My motor neither leaked oil or burned it but when I heard the rattle I checked my oil and I had to put in 4- 1/2 quarts of oil before it would read on the dipstick and I noticed they wrote on my invoice that I had a severe oil leak which is not true my power steering leaked which has been fixed since then and my motor never leaked oil so why is it after I got an oil change there It needed 4-1/2 quarts and if there is no leak and the motor doesn't burn oil then where did the oil go that I had to add so much. It didn't go anywhere they just didn't put enough in and the messed up part is I have no way of proving it because I had to add the oil and now the level is where it is supposed to be. So my experience was horrible and I recommend that no one use them. They don't even deserve the one star if I could I would give them negative stars.Service: Oil change

Don t ever go here to change your oil. They broke my hood latch on my suv and was unable to open it had to bring it to a mechanic In order to be fixed $650. Assistant manager Drew told me he could take care of it now after a claim was put in it s denied there s nothing they can do. A complete JOKE absolute terrible service.

I can t believe it s taken me this long to find this place. I don t think I ll ever go anywhere else. I ve brought 2 cars here this month to have serviced. If you want to see the definition of teamwork? Come here. The whole crew is so kind, competent and professional and fun to talk to! They all have great genuine personalities! Their teamwork is something to be admired! Bravo!!! In this day and age, customer service is in the toilet! But Not here!! I m very impressed!! Very refreshing This owner should be proud of this team.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

I just moved to the area and with everything going on hadn't checked my oil in quite a while.I took my car here and I have to say honestly, these young men were completely professional. Very nice.They explained everything that I needed to have done to my car because by fault of my own, by not changing the oil, the car was shutting off on me. They explained everything that needed to be done. I understood it. My car runs beautiful now and I highly suggest if you need an oil change you bring your car there. As well, they changed out my front headlights that kept going out on me. These young men really helps me quite a bit and I'm very grateful and very appreciative to them. I will go back again and this is where I will be taking my car from now on.

Although they were quick and easy they told me I had 2 problems with my car that is a 2019 model.They said I am leaking oil and I am also leaking transmission fluid. When I asked about the severity of the transmission fluid leak they said it was a 4-5 out of 10. So I scheduled a service appointment at my dealership and drives my car as minimally as possible for an entire week while also stressing about both leaks.The dealership tells me that I did have a small oil leak which they will fix but I did not have a transmission fluid leak.Although I consider this good news I am still out $120 for this service visit and the amount of stress I dealt with from having a possible transmission fluid leak all week was absolutely not worth it.Take your car to a more professional company to get your oil change, receiving bad news that is wrong is NOT worth it.They clearly do not truly know what they are talking about and calling themselves car service professionals is an overstatement.Service: Oil change

Always a positive experience. The staff is cheerful, professional and gives solid and honest advice about what your car needs. As a female, going into any place auto related is anxiety (I sometimes feel I'm being bamboozled though it's another b word really) but here? Absolutely not! Check for coupons online. All the prices for oil changes are a lot, this one too, but the lack of nonsense and a positive experience is priceless. Fast service. Time is more precious than money.

This Valvoline seems extremely well run. I had my oil changed quickly and got the technician's service suggestions with no hard upsell.

They did a great job. Had me in and out without any issues. I have a more unique style oil filter so I always bring one with me, but for more standard vehicles they'll have the parts. If you aren't sure give them a heads up

Why is the environment so toxic?Why dont they use a funnel that has been properly drained and cleaned to pour oil?Why do they put new oil in a dirty plastic conrainer with other oil.Why are they more interested in your background info than doing a job and getting paid?Will not be coming back.

Drove up, had a full synthetic oil change done with in 20 minutes. Waited in car while it was being done. Good service, used a Groupon coupon for discount, which they honored with no questions asked. No appointment needed. They gave us a print out of what the car was due for as far as it's maintenance. They were very polite and courteous.

It was quick and fast. The technician was friendly and professional. I was in the car the whole time. There was no line since I went after checking their least busy times. It took 15 min. Oil change with middle priced synthetic oil is like $75. You can Google coupons which they always seem to have online and find the $25 coupons and not settle for the $10 on their web site.

Really great experience! I arrived with no appointment, but they took my car right away. They let me stay in the car while they did the oil change. They did a full synthetic change, checked and topped off fluids, checked tire pressures and showed me the air filter and cabin filter, neither of which needed to be changed. I was ready to pay full price (which was reasonable) when I was reminded that there s a coupon on their web site. So I got a quick oil change and a thorough inspection and I saved $25! Friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. I ll be back for sure.

It's usually really convenient to go to Valvoline but the last two times I've gone to this one the line took forever with this most recent visit keeping me in line for over 1hr to the point that I had to go when I got to the front of the line since I had no idea when I'd get seen and the service finished and I used to get pretty prompt service

Easy In. Easy Out. Normally I Use A Different Valvoline But It Was On The Way. The Price Has Gone Up So Make Sure You Use The Coupon On The Website.

No wait when I got there and tech was really good. Offered me different options and services, but wasn't pushy about it. Overall, we had a great first experience with this Valvoline and our tech (Matt), and will definitely consider coming here for service instead of the dealership on these maintenance items.

Just went to Valvoline for an oil change. Every other time I have been there they checked my tire pressure etc. When I asked why this wasn't being done the woman stated that I had only asked for an oil change. At $78 for an oil change the least they could do would be to check my tires, air filter, etc ad they have done in the past. Will not be giving this place any more of my business; very poor customer service.Service: Oil change

The best experience I have had at a Valvoline, and I will be going back, even if I move away from this location.Four employees worked together to change my oil, as my car has a heat shield under the hood which blocks access. They were able to get me in and out within 10 minutes, installed new wipers in seconds, filled my coolant, and offered to replace my headlight. When they found that my previous headlight had been replaced improperly and caused damage, they pointed out the issue with layman's terms and gave suggestions on how to fix the problem.The employees were courteous, professional, and the service was incredibly affordable. I recommend anyone who needs an oil change to make this your primary provider.
