I have a 2022 dodge challenger RT, I ve bought a new 85mm throttle body, JLT 2.0 cold air intake, bolt on headers, and a new exhaust system and this shop had no problem or issues installing everything every time I showed up with a new part. Thank you, Jim! Had a major concern while on a road trip. My brother is a mechanic and advised me if I continued along, I may set my car on fire! Jim had us back on the road in under 15 minutes. I would absolutely stop here again, even if it wasn't on my way. I trust that my car would be taken care of properly. Professional, knowledgeable, and quick service. On my way to teach at Quinnipiac, I hit a pothole about 3 miles away from campus. I finished driving to campus and camped out in the parking lot calling dealerships for an emergency appointment. On my way back off campus to an appointment, it became clear that I wasn't going to make it. I happened to see the sign for Turnpike Auto Repair and I drove up. Everyone inside was ridiculously nice and they put a donut on without any big hubbub. So thankful for their kindness!Service: Tires

Just got my SUV back after it was sitting in my garage for 2yrs and as always, they went above & behind of what needed to be done and get my baby back to me so I could drive off into the sunset knowing I was driving a safe vehicle! They were recommended to me by one of my bffs and have been going to them for over 10 yrs and as a woman, it's hard to trust most in any part of the car industry but hearing how great they were, I knew I would be in good hands. They're extremely trust worthy, excellent service & prices and all around awesome people! Thanks again for everything! Turnpike Auto Rocks!

Absolutley fantastic work and great experience. My car needed a new clutch, which envolved pulling the motor as well. They made the whole situation very easy minded, not to mention I was back on the road days quicker then expected. I HIGHLY recommend Turnpike Auto, you feel like family there.

We brought our truck in after taking it to a dealership and them having no idea what was wrong with it, after 2 days with no vehicle. My boyfriend's grandfather called Turnpike Auto and explained the problem. The mechanic knew exactly what the problem was and told us it would be fixed within a day. We dropped it off after hours on Thursday and had it back by the time my boyfriend was out of work (3pm) on Friday. The problems were fixed, the service was amazing, the staff was awesome! I would HIGHLY recommend Turnpike Auto Repair to any of my friends and family!!!Thank you!!!

Called because we were suffering from a seized caliper in the middle of a road trip. They responded and said that they could take a look immediately, which they did. Though it turns out the caliper had loosened up and there was nothing to be done at the time, the response and kindness shown demonstrated a level of professionalism and respect that is not often seen. I would highly recommend using their services.
