This job was supposed to be a hour wait. It took them over 2 hours. For a simple tire rotation. Frankly I think they forgot about me. I've seen people who came after me leave before me. I ve been bringing my car here for years and I ve always been very happy with their service department and particularly their good communication. I also converted my lease to a loan here and was happy with that department as well.

Not terribly responsive, but they're just working. Once you get ahold of them, they have exactly what you need (if you need parts for your Toy) and know their stock.

It was pleasure. That is my third car at this facility and they never disappoint. My salesperson's name was Steve pleasant. Got the job done. Got me out there before you know it. Well one thing to know is the price is fixed. They don't give any additional discount. So if you're buying a car and you see the cost is 22k the 22k and plus other fees you are going to pay but the price is not going down.

I have no idea how service was because it was maintenance. Hopefully they treated my car better than the customer. Did you know they have NO bathrooms for customers waiting for their car? They pleasantly tell you you can use the outhouse in subzero temperatures and right in the front of the entrance or walk to Dunkin next door. Kind of funny or not. Good thing I didn't wait to the last minute. I hope workers have better facilities than that.Service: Auto maintenance

Best experience I've had at a service department hands down. I brought my car in for 90k mile maintance, which is more in-depth than the 95 or 100m for my car. Phil did an excellent job reviewing the work items with me, and after the primary maintenance was done he helped rush additional break pad replacements on my car which were sitting at 2mm (critical replacement level). All in all done in 2 days. I have confidence my car was well tended to and the difference in break performance of my vehicle is obvious. Thanks Phil!

Since moving this has been my brand new 2020 4runner's service center. I've taken the truck here for it's 5k, 10k, and now it's 15k service.For the 10k service, Toyota of Wallingford service department was asked to all required services, including the tire rotate and balance. I'd also specifically asked them to check my transmission and drive shaft, since i do a lot of heavy towing, and Toyota's manual suggested a drive train bolt check.Coming into route 15 from picking up the vehicle, when I hit 63 mph with my truck there was an intense vibration in the front of my vehicle. Since I had to go to work I couldn't just turn around and go back, so instead I called them from my vehicle.They insisted the balance was done for all the tires. For support they offered to have me come back the next week to have them verify nothing was out of alignment.After picking up the truck from the double-check, they said nothing was out of the ordinary, yet when I drove on the highway the vibration was still there. Prior to the 10k service, I'd also installed a large roof rack prior to the service, so when this news came I convinced myself it was likely the roof rack causing air turbulence, which I hadn't experienced prior.Now, having picked up my truck from it's 15k service, and another balance and tire rotation later... The vibration has completely disappeared. I haven't done anything different to my vehicle personally,the roof rack is still on it.In other words.. the tires were infact missbalanced, and it took the moving the missbalanced tire to the back, or just a better technician, to actually fix the problem. This is absolutely unacceptable, since I had even gone back to verify it wasn't a tire issue. It makes this service department completely unreliable.I use my vehicle heavily, how do I know now there aren't any other more critical mechanical issues they'd looked over? Highly suggest starting AWAY from here.

I didn't like how the finance guy of the service department talk to me. Even one of the service personnel was indirectly rude.

I bought my Highlander here 14 years ago and the service has been excellent and very professional. Prices for maintenance are more than reasonable.

Very bad customer service with not setisfying answer by customer service department.manager always absent on location. When i ask number for manager they refused to give. Dont go for car service there
